Mint Mobile review: Telephone service
Had an issue with my email which was where I received mail from Mint. Lost that account since I used two step security and my phone changed after previous one just died so was unable to update phone number with Mint since the email used was no longer accessible. Could not convince Mint to update my phone number at the website, was told I had to wait a month for reasons I didn't and don't understand. Am trying to get credit for $360 or credit.
Claimed loss: I lost 11 moths of prepaid service.
Desired outcome: I'll take a refund in the form of a bank deposit or credit for the next 11 months. Honestly had no other problems besides this.
