I signed up for 15gb plan, got a text saying I had a new 15gb of data. About 1 hour later I got another text saying 80% was already used. Phone says less than 4gb used. Mint refuses to refund the data or the cost of it.

If you sign up for this service you will be ripped off. T-mobile is the office you want to visit to let them know how you feel about being ripped off.

Recommendation: avoid these thieves or you will be ripped off
