Mint Mobile review: Samsung Galexy A16

i had my identity stolen. My phone. I have been with mint mobile for years getting no help. IN DEC. i paid for a years worth of service. i got my phone back passcode was changed.. I cant use my Galexy A16 with a years worth of service. I need my PHONE fixed, CAN WILL someone please help. My phone the A16 stolen and i ordered a free government phone stolen from my mail box. My A16 is was told i could put neww password through u all is still asking for the passcode after being factory reset i have lost out on months of service, Lesley Morgan High WTH do i do,,,
