10/15 - requested a refund (which I received) because I had signed up for FREE cellular service and as I'm on SS with very limited income it was offered to me. When I contacted Mint to cancel my service and refund my $80+ here's what happed. Service was canceled and refund given, however, they also blocked my phone due to me having canceled service they have told me on at least 5 calls to them that if I paid for their service they would release my phone, but not until I paid them I need my phone for medical issues and this makes no sense I own my phone I was only using their Cellular service

I have two family members that joined them and they also had same problem - Blocked number/phone one daughter in law had to purchase a new phone. My daughter has no phone at all with no money to purchase a new one. Mint is horrible
I just went with xFinity received their SIM card and new phone number, put it in my phone and guess what I still have a blocked phone ... Phone is like totally locked now - I don't understand. What do I do to get my phone released, I owe them no money - I had cancelled my service - the minute I did they canceled/blocked me no phone service. I own my phone it's not theirs. this has been going on now for almost a week. No response to me - please any suggestion is greatly appreciated.
