Mint Mobile review: Mexico vacation ruined…. Poor service since the start

Just home from ruined Mexico vacation! purchased and prepaid for 10 days of international service that NEVER WORKED, Misinformation from very beginning of switching to mint! To start nice person verified the IMEI numbers and brands of our phones and cheerily told met they were compatible with Mint. Went ahead with the service, recd mint SIM cards quickly- BUT my husband’s phone was NOT COMPATABLE! Let me make this clear…we had to cancel our previous cell provider as that’s necessary part of switching to the new MINT SIMS. Panic. Perfectly good phone now not able to use successfully. These Mint service reps tell you what u want to hear but can’t back up their promises.YOU MIGHT WANT TO STEER CLEAR OF MINT AND WARN YOUR PEOPLE
