Metro by T-Mobile Service and management in its entirety

We have been with metro for close to 12 years now... We have 2 phones on the $60 plans...in addition to our nearly $100 monthly bill, we use hotspot on our phones to watch movies and things... So that means we have to purchase additional data every month in order to do this... That can add up to another $60+ or more every month... Our plan now includes membership with amazon prime... Since I am an existing prime member, and have been for years, I have numerous services and programs connected to my account... My annual membership fees are due on the 10th of this month... So I contacted metro and requested that they make the adjustment to my existing account to reflect that metro is responsible for the annual dues and all other things about the account remain as they are... I was told to cancel my account, I explained the reason for wanting to just have to fees of membership adjusted and for everything else to remain as it has been... Their response was to state that I should pay my fees myself and then open a 2nd account... So. It is of thier opinion should pay double for it... Once annually and then again monthly through my phone payment... Now thats not the worst of metros problem...in addition to that... It has resently been robbing us of our hotspot data as well... We havent been able to access our hotspot on either of our phones... And when we contact metro, even their system states we have approx 40gbs of hotspot data available on each phone... But metro blocks our use of it... And when we speak to c.S. Rep... We are told that the system is messed up but they are fixing it... Yet they then state we have no data available... When only minutes before we had close to 80gbs between both phones available... That I must purchase additional data if I want to use my hotspot... Left with no resolution but to buy more... I had 6 more gbs added to each phone... But was too angry to enjoy a movie, I decided to wait to watch anything until today... Yet when I checked to see if they had fixed their issues and replaced my data back to the nearly 90 gbs now that should have been on our phones... Instead it states only 15 gbs (not 46) on each one and that half that data had been used over night... This is straight robbing us... There isnt any attempts to fix or resolve these issues...' if there is no effort to replace what has been taken... Then maybe the bbb can get them motivated... This is unacceptable on every level...

First i have a phone plan that includes prime membership...i am an existing prime member with many other programs and services connected to my account...my annual dues are due next week. So i contacted metro to have them adjust my amazon account to reflect the membership fees to be covered by metro...since it will be very time involved to cancel it...having been a member for years...they stated that i must cancel it...after explaining my situation...their answer was for me to pay my annual fees and open a new account..in other words i should pay twice for prime...since my plan is just shy of $100 a month for my phones ...and my prime is alittle more than $100 a year...they make effort to work with me on this issue...secondly. I contacted metro to state i was not able to use my hotspot data..that i have an abundance of available data to use..which i pay extra for ...their system stated this my phones both stated this...but when i chatted with a rep. she says its all used up...that they are aware that there is a problem with their system..they are fixing it...but i now have no data available...now we are talking 41 gbs on one phone alone...that isnot cheap...i pay extra for that data...this isnt a minor little thing when the other phone had about 37gbs of its own data...that is close to 80gbs of data...what are they thinking...pay twice for a service (prime) and oh well datas vanished from our system...oh well...its not money out of metros pocket...so it seems to be something that they do not feel merits their attention...and they feel should not be resolved...this is unacceptable...my extra data use costs approx. $100 dollars a month on top of my monthly plan payments...and now prime too...this is robbery...so much for the great customer service and phone service that i had for the past 10 years that ive been a constant metro customer...

Metro by T-Mobile service

Customer Service agents are very illiterate and rude. They all need to be fired. They are very repetitive, and deliberately attempt to annoy customers. They will mess with your internet service on your phone, just so you can call in to complain, obviously they like to waste your time; and play with your hard earned money. They need a whole new group of people working for them, starting with the cell phone towers all the way to the customer call center reps.

Metro by T-Mobile The data and customer service and hidden charges

I've been using metro PCS and my phones are so slow on the internet I have top-of-the-line phone and I get the $60 service which I don't know why they say unlimited when not every 2 days into my beginning my monthly cycle my inner I said I used up all my data on my that's crazy and the sad part about it is my granddaughter tries to do her homework and check it out of online and she can't even do that it's sad that they robbed us of things like that today I went to go get a replacement chip for $10 and they want to charge me for activation even though I was going to do it myself and the rude

Metro by T-Mobile phone service

I had a phone for about a year then my boyfriend went to pay our bills in Washington Court house Ohio. They did not correctly apply the money to our bills and they charged me double the next month. I went to another retailer and the offered me to change phones and get a new account until the credit me back the money. So I did. Well not even a week later my service is off. I called customer service they assured me they would fix it. Well next week rolls around boom my service is off again. So once again I call and get the same thing. Now a week later my service is off again. I am tired of this. I missed important phone calls due to this. I want this fixed or my money back now.

Metro by T-Mobile an employee

I currently just left the Metropcs on 2653 Mt. Vernon Ave Ste #E with great service from a young woman named Lucia. Exceptional customer service. Upon arriving an older woman was sitting in the opposite chair eating and watch a show on her phone. Granted she pay have been on break. I left the store satisfied. When I got home I did not know how to remove my old Google photos off of my phone. I called back (as Lucia stated to do if I had any questions) and the other woman answered (Natalie) and I asked her the question and she said "well you can come in and ask her since she's the one who helped you." I asked if she could ask her from me since she also stated she did not understand the question and she said "well she's with another customer and I don't know how long that's going to take." I said that's fine can you just ask her when you are able "well she's busy and he just walked in you can come to the store and she can help you" I said "I do not want to waste my time if she also doesn't know how to do so can you at least put me on hold and ask her?" The entire time she gave attitude in her speech as if I was an inconvenience to her and she did not try and do her job at all. She simply past it off to the only other person in that store that was already with a customer. Her behavior was highly unprofessional and as a representative of the company, is purposely making it look bad with the careless neglect for simple customer service.

Metro by T-Mobile metro pcs stores

Just about all Metro PCS stores in my area of Fort Worth Texas have their phone numbers unlisted & their business hours listed for each store are wrong on the Metro PCS.com website. And if you do find a phone number for a store, they don't answer the phone. It's all pretty shady business practices.
It gets pretty frustrating when there are Metro PCS stores on every corner just about & you get different info. & prices from all. I think I will switch cell phone providers just to eliminate the hassle of trying to contact a store.

Metro by T-Mobile customer service billing

Metro on Buffington Road, guy said he can activate my new phone. Charged me $15.69, couldn't get new phone to work, but didn't want to refund money. They refunded my money and phone shut off. I went to another one to get it back on. They say the guy should have made sure first. They got my phone back on, but I was charged with another 15.69. Sucks!

Metro by T-Mobile someone else on phone

I have been a customer since 2013 I have in the last year had somebody getting in on my calls and hanging up on me and also something bad coming through the phone itself that gives me massive headaches, I have to put phone away from me for a while longer than hour before using it again and this has only started recently.. I feel strongly of putting a lawsuit against them for the suffering and the problems it causes. as well as my privacy as they stated would be protected has not especially since they changed over the name.. im mad about the whole thing they cant solve the problem at all. they know its happening, and they have no control from their end.. talking with them im hung up again they experienced it while I was on the call with them then it hung up 3 times more.. im done .. they need better privacy protection not only that I went out from home and the same truck has been showing up where I have been going.. if I hadn't been on phone at time and was just getting out of car it was right behind my car could have easily grabbed me if I had of gotten out right at that time.. I cant trust MetroPCS services cause somebody is connected to it somehow.. im changing to another phone service id advise other woman out there to do the same if it starts happening to you.. watch your surroundings when going out cause they cant protect your privacy..

I have done business with MetroPCS for 7yrs with the Lakeland FL on North 98 office went in there yesterday cause my phone wasn't working right and got the worse service ever the guy wouldn't even look at it not even touch it just said buy a new phone I ask him what ones us good deal he pointed them there real rude this happens alot at this store the staff is terrible there very bad attitude I'm thinking bout changing phone to another company.

Metro by T-Mobile one time 48 hr extended service

My issue is MetroPCS' 48hr one time extended service when you aren't able to pay your bill. They provided me a one time extension for 48hrs and provided no other service in the mean time. So I was able to use my phone to call or text, but I wasn't able to send screenshots via text or videos, pictures and other images. I wasn't able to access the web or applications that required internet services, including but not limited to GPS, any bank app, game apps, and no Google apps. I was only able to use the MyMetro app to make a payment and call Customer Care which is 611. I wasn't even provided with the Metro website. So I called 611 and the automated teleservice system answered and provided me with only 3 options. Pay my bill, ask for a 48hr extension, change my service plan all through the automated system, not through a representative. I asked for a service representative several times and was denied with no explanation. After several attempts, the system disconnected the call and my phone went directly to the MyMetro app. The speaker on my phone activated and the same automated teleservice system advised me to use the MyMetro app to pay for service.

I wasn't able to reach a representative until I borrowed funds to pay the bill and call 611 again. The main menu changed and provided more options as well as to speak with a representative. I spoke to a customer service representative (CSR) and they advised me that the 48hr extended service is for emergencies services only. So, my issue is this; using the GPS for somebody who is lost or doesn't know the area, using MMS via text to send any type of photos or videos, using the internet to assist with obtaining intel or access to info and having access to apps on the mobile device to gain information or to get assistance (Like Cash app, quick pay apps, Paypal, Capital One, bank accts) not urgent enough? People use their mobile devices for everything today. Technology is of vial importance today. I don't own a laptop, a house phone or a PC due to what capabilities mobile devices provide. Access to the internet for anything: Jobs, money, bank accts, info, intel, study material and emails. Everything in your life is on your mobile device. Communication: Facetiming, text using screenshots, photos, videos and other intel. Services for GPS, location and help to get from point A to B, Finding where you are, sending that information to others. Things of that nature are important and should be important enough to provided full services for that extended timeframe to even possibly assist with payment by any means necessary for that individual. Even with the Wifi on while on this one time 48hr extended service, I was not able to send photos/videos via text. Just use the internet and other apps.

Metro by T-Mobile metro pcs took phone phone under warranty unethical behavior

About three weeks ago, went to metro pcs by t mobile east silver springs store in ocala fla. On nov 9. Went to that store because, my wife phone could mot make any phone calls out. He checked the sim card, told if it was that it was 15.00 put a new one in wasn't that so he said that the phone is under warranty told us to pay 20.00 for shipping my wife didn't want to pay he had the phone, so he said ok when I get the phone pay shipping handling,

One week later I go back to store and ask what about my phone, he says go to 27th ave that where warranty phone are. He send a text message to the store, say get it end of week took my phone number to let me know, I called 27th ave 200 store ocala fla no names to be shipped no phone as of dec.1 have to pay 80.00 on dec11 he never put the phone to be replaced. Lied

Metro by T-Mobile cell phone

I purchased a cell phone from the store on Saturday November 10th, 2018 from a sales rep named Denise M. I have had MetroPCS for 4 years and wanted an upgrade of one of the phones on the account. I paid in total $211.33. After the sales rep inserted the sim card into the new phone and turned it on I noticed a small white line on the phone, however, when I asked her about it she said "it was just the light, it was nothing". For the next dew days what I thought was a line was now a prominent crack. I contacted MetroPCS customer service and spoke with a representative named Phil Id# 501531 on Thursday November 15th, 2018 after calling the store and being told they had made a mistake when the initial sales person said if anything was wrong you can return it to the store in 7 days. I explained to Phil I pointed out the line and was told it was nothing and now I know it is a crack and they do not want to exchange the phone or honor the agreement that was mentioned during the purchase. As per Phil, I was told to go into the store where I purchased the phone and ask them to process a change replacement, he would be placing a note on the account to process the change. When I arrived at the store today, November 17th, 2018 I initially spoke Nancy who refused to provide her last name or the initial of her last name. Nancy told me although she was a manager she could not do anything "she had to wait for the hiring manager to come". After 20 minutes the hiring manager came, I informed her what happened, what the previous sales associate said to me, that I pointed out the line on the phone and was told "it was nothing, the light". I also told her I had been working double shifts and assumed the associate that sold me the phone was correct when she said "it was the light" when she referred to the phone. I provided the receipt which indicated the phone was not purchased a full week before, I contacted customer service after 3 days, etc. She then contacted who she described as the GM Amyn who at first agreed to exchange the phone. After a few minutes she began taking pictures of the phone and said there appeared to be a small scratch on the phone suggesting it had been dropped. I told her the phone had not been dropped and reminded her I saw what I now know was a faint line on the phone suggesting it had already been damaged and if that happened it happened before I purchased it. She also said "if I accept this phone and my boss later decides I should not have accepted it, it will come out of my check". What about my money. This statement to me suggests I am not valued as a customer and my monies shouldn't mean as much to me as their monies to them.She then told me they could not accept the phone. I have upgraded another phone on this account and purchased other accessories and every time I have entered the store there is someone new. The courtesy and respect does not exist in this store. As I was leaving, the initial manager I spoke with raced over to what she thought was another customer trying to sell a phone. This store feigns respect but it does not extend beyond the purchase.

I was told by person working in metro store that he could order me a brand new galaxy 8 & he told me I had to give him $100 deposit & the phone would come in in 3 days well I went to the store today to pay the balance & pick up the phone & he reached in the draw & pulled out a phone which was not brand new it had no box no nothing so I told him that is a refurbished phone I left a deposit for a brand new phone & I told him I wanted my deposit back because this is not a new phone he then informed me that I could not get my deposit back which is not right at all he lied & said he was ordering a new phone for $600 when in fact he got a refurbished phone from somewhere & tried to pass it off as a new phone & sell it at the regular price listed in the store which was $599 this store needs to be closed lying to customers while they pocket the profits from selling refurbished phones for full price.
