गैस स्टोव बहुत दिन से खराब चल रहा है जिसके सर्विस हेतु आप के कस्टमर केयर employee से लगातार लगभग २ माह से अनुरोध किया जा रहा है परंतु इतने लापरवाह कर्मचारी हैं कि उनके द्वारा सही से बात तक नहीं किया जा रहा है शिकायत सुनते ही फोन काट दिया जा रहा है जिस कारण मेरे समस्या का समाधान नहीं हो रहा है। यदि ऐसे ही होता रहा तो आपके कम्पनी के मार्केटिंग पर विपरीत असर पड़ेगा कृपया अपनी सेवा सहयोगी को इस प्रकार के दुर्व्यवहार से रोकें एवम उपभोक्ता को कंपनी के नियम के आधार पर सेवा उपलब्ध कराएं, अन्यथा की स्थिति मे उपभोक्ता फोरम अथवा सक्षम माननीय न्यायालय में अपील किया जाएगा। धन्न्यबाद ।

new phone defective
on 27/01/2015 purchased iball Andi 4 tiger smart phone item code [protected] from naptoll phone [protected], [protected] for Rs. 3999 /-. phone was received on 29/01/2015 and found defective and reported to naptoll customer care on 30/01/2015. as per their advise contacted iball service centre vadodra 02/02/2015. it was informed that vadodara service centre is having its service branch at bharuch 392001 at address 31 dowoodi market panch batti bharuch. accordingly service centre at bharuch was contacted and phone has been handed over to service branch at bharuch on 05/02/2015, since then the mobile is with bharuch service branch. regularly branch service centre is visited but one or the other reason the service centre owner is not available and till date the mobile is with the centre. i spent money to make use of the mobile but it has become cause of harresment for me. the brief defect is stated as that its batter drains very quickly, blue tooth does not transfer / receive data specially big file, even setting time and date it is changed automatically, without taking the money is deducted from the balance, key pad font from capital to small size are not changed while typing, can not contact any number from memory, screen is not soft zooming, requires change of screen guard etc etc regards ... complaintant HARBHAJAN SINGH VERMA -PHONE [protected].

I'm Murali Krishna. I purchased IBall Style BTHS05 (Bluetooth) on date of 18-03-2013. I'm tried many times its not charging. I'm connected to charger and kept more than 2 hours not charged and not switch on.
Today [protected]) I gone service center at Ameerpet. But it is not opened Then i waited at there more than 45 Minutes. No one came and not opened.
What u want do now...? Give me suggestion in this issue...

if your iball bth05 is not charging properly then check the port of the charger is inserted properly or not.
