Metro by T-Mobile phone service

Several times i am not receiving incoming phone calls, actual phonecalls or notification (not even recorded in the log). The last time my son called me 5 times urgently and i got nothing! I was not out of coverage area and we both had full bars on our phones. I was on youtube the times he called me. I am furious! Also alot of times when i try to make a call, i get a message on my screen say "Not registered on network". This has got to be the worst service in California!

Metro by T-Mobile making a payment

I frequently use your site to make a payment each and every month. I totally understand that Metro PCS and T-Mobile are trying to do their thing enter-twining etc. I feel it is not fair to have to go to the Metro pcs stores to make a payment each month. Please get the website together. Totally unacceptable because for one we definitely have to go to the store to make your payment, you have to pay the $3.00 extra and oh yes if your use your debit card lo and behold it's another dollar. This company wow. Been with you for many, years. I ask please, please fix your website to make payments.

Metro by T-Mobile rude unprofessional and intoxicated manager

I went to a Metro PCS store in Lake Forest, CA
I needed to pay my bill and cancel another phone line in my family plan and the manager (Jose) was using a rude tone.

Manager Jose: If you're having a bad day then there's nothing I can do about it.

I was shocked what he said to me because I was having a fine day until he spoked to me like that in a rude tone.

I came here to pay my bill and cancel another phone line in my family plan.

I didn't come here to listen to the manager's unprofessionalism.

I told Jose that he was being rude and he was not to speak to me like that.

Then he continues talking very disrespectfully to me, he kept repeating himself to me like what what what
I can't hear you I can't hear you why are you still talking why are you still talking why are you still talking.

It was unbelievable to me.

I looked at him in the eyes and his eyes looked dilated like he under the influence of
Drugs or alcohol. I could even smell the substance coming from his body out the pores.

I felt irritated and uncomfortable and I'm never returning to that store again.

Just heard that it is now going by a new name Metro-by-T-mobile.
The big questions:
! is it just a name change because of the bad [censored] that MPS brought to T-mobile or is there going to be some change and improvement to the service?
! is T-mobile going to flush out the [censored] employees and distributors of MPS?
! if T-mobile retains the same bast**ds & [censored]es like Antonia we will not see any good come out from T-mobile

Metro by T-Mobile rude and unethical behavior

I am 61 yea rold man. A retired msgt of the us airforce. Disabled with a medical condition. On 9/27/2018 around 4:40 pm. I entered the metro pcs store located at 191 s. High street in columbus, ohio 43207. I noticed that store was extremely hot inside. I asked the associate there miss patty. Could she switch the air conditioner on. Miss patty stated in a very rude tone of voice no! She then said the air conditioner made her sick. Other customers behind me were complaining about the same issue as well. I have spoken with my counsel concerning this matter. Please keep in mind that this problem has been going on since the very beginning of summer. Miss patty acts as if she has no sympathy what soever for the valued customers who come there. My mother mrs. Jeanette james who is 87 years old with severe knee pain sends me in to pay her monthly bill. [protected]. If miss patty continue to distribute this type of behavior. Oh yeah, don't get me started on the salespersons working. Rude! And the mgr or owner, whatever he is, has his nose so far up his female workers behinds, he is useless! (He only hires young, cute girls; nothing wrong with that except for the fact that he never listens to the customers and always sides with his workers). This is at the MetroPCS on Echo Park/Montana st. in Los Angeles, CA. 90026

Metro by T-Mobile payment

Spent 2 days almost for Representatives after these idiots tell me that my bank is a reason why my payment didn't go through but their system was down and they decided to deny my payment but it's still pending on my account and it's going to post. Now I had to dispute to get the money back to resubmit the payment because Metro doesn't want to do anything but blame the bank and the customer. Pay my bill on time all the time argue with people who barely understand or comprehend just regurgitating the same information instead of rectifying the situation. And now these are trying to suspend my phone for their error on top of all of them admitting that it's their error but still they want to say it's my fault and then I'm the one suffering. I've been with Metro if I don't know how long since high school almost and now they want to pull some crap and wonder why people say Metro sucks. I'm going to be looking for a new phone company this weekend

Metro by T-Mobile cancellation

I am trying to take my phone out of MetroPCS because I decided to change providers. Anyways I had purchased my phone with Metropcs and it was paid in full in one shot. There was no lease or any other sort of agreement. I bought the phone and had service with MetroPCS. Before today I have had service with MetroPCS for over 5+ years. Well anyways I try to change my service and take MY phone that I paid for in FULL to another service provider. When I went to do this, Metro decides to tell me for the first time that I cannot unlock my phone from them for another 50 and some days. They explain to me that because I bought the phone with them that I had to have it under their service for 180 days and there was no way that I could pay my way out of it or do anything except be stuck with them for another 50ish days. What really infuriates me is that when I went to buy my phone at Metro nowhere did they tell me or make me sign a document or policy, or even a terms and conditions that states that I would have to maintain service with them for 180 days to be able to unlock my phone. I believe it is outright wrong to force someone to have to maintain a service with a provider simply because you bought the phone in their store even though I was not given any nor did I sign any agreements to have this phone under their jurisdiction/service for 180 days. I personally would have never bought the phone if this was the case. Now all I would like to do is to simply unlock my phone from MetroPCS...

Metro by T-Mobile unlimited data

I live in Cleveland Ohio, but I work in Solon Ohio. When I am home my internet is good. But when I'm at work I don't get any signal.
Even when I was in Las Vegas my internet was good. But in Solon Ohio I couldn't get any signal.
Please do all that you can do to make this matter right.

Metro by T-Mobile service and call phone

I transfered 4 phones from spring to metro pcs last month. There was a promotion for 3rd line free. $100 rebate for transferring new line and $100 instant rebate. $49 for an I phone 6. I had iphones. With Sprint and that is why I transferred to metro because off the promotion. I am from Connecticut and no one had 4 iphone 6 in stock. I called a corporate store in Massachusettes and they did. I drove there and when I arrived the salesperson told me that I misunderstood the promotion. But he can give me 4 free phones. The next day I called to speak to a supervisor to exchange the phone but I had used one hour of talk time therefore I wasnt able to. She did acknowledge the mistake her sales rep made but there was nothing that can be done . I am upset that I was manipulated and misled. I am very disappointed that I allowed this to happen because I are an honest person and nobody deserves to be taken for a fool

Metro by T-Mobile not happy

I am not a happy Metro PCS customer I've been a customer for quite some time now yet I have not been able to receive or get text picture messages so I'm not a happy customer I'm asking to replace my phone numerous times they don't want to replace my telephone so I'm still not a happy customer customer satisfaction supposed to be one of your best and most foremost thing that I don't believe it is with you folks so I'm considering switching plans because of the option here of not being able to get my phone replaced so I believe that you need to replace my telephone to make me happy and my telephone number is [protected]

Metro by T-Mobile unethical behaviour

I'm from Italy and I will stay here in USA for almost 3 months. I went on 1st of September to a Metro pcs store in 615 Greenwich Ave Warwick RI02886 for buy an USA sim card for my italian phone.
I paid in total £ 75 included:
- £ 15 for the sim
- £ 50 for the plan with unlimited internet, calls and sms
- £ 12 for activation
I had many problem with my italian phone using internet, it was very poorly and slow connection and sometimes not connection at all.
I went to ask information in many other Metro pcs but they didn't know how to help me, someone from the store suggested me to go where I bought my sim but the store was closed.
Finally a guy from 719 bald hill rd. Warwick Metro pcs said that the issue was my italian phone cause my italian phone uses different band to connect on internet from usa phones. That guy said also to me that I've been robbed cause with the price that i've paid for the sim I should had a free one phone but they only register me with this new metro pcs phone ( that I've never received ) and He convert then to my italian phone. I was very upset. So finally I did a new sim card with this guy at Bald Hill Rd and I paid 10 £ for have a new usa phone.
My first sim was with this number [protected] and i don't use it anymore. this is my actual sim that i used with this new usa phone with this number [protected].
I wanted to make a complain about the behavior of this person who cheat me.. I've the receipt with me and his name is Vinil R. I'm very disapponted.I just come in this country for the first time and I didn't feel welcomed at all. I would like to be refound or at least have a discount for my next recharge on this number [protected] . I was really upset.

Metro by T-Mobile one individual store bad customer service

The worst customer service my sons phone has noy been accepting or allowing calls i thought maybe it was settings related or service took it to redwood city store woodside on sunday ask the guy can he help me with my phone he checked and said that i switched to a differnt phone and the acv. Was suspended for non payment which i let him know i did not switch phone and my bill was paid he says he doesnt want to go back n fourth with me it says on his screen

I went down to metro pcs in Los Lunas the one next to rue 21, Maurices. I asked them to change my number to a diffrent one and a diffrent area code and they said they couldnt. The girls their are horrible. My mom had a incident their aswell not that long ago. I went down to Belen to see if they could and turns out it was possible. The girls in Los lunas are lazy and don't work. You should really look into it as this has not only happend to me.

Metro by T-Mobile outlet manager unethical behavior

Greetings,
The outlet manager's behavior at 14360 BELLAIRE BLVD HOUSTON TX 77083 falls outside of what is considered professionally right or proper. Details of my debt card information including the security code was copied without my approval. Unfortunately, he outlet manager could not articulate a reason that let to the action. Furthermore, I felt financially exposed as such I made additional complaint to my bank regarding this matter.

Metro by T-Mobile customer service

I've had 2 customer service representative try to help me on how I can block phone numbers on my phone and I couldn't understand either one of them. They need to get people who can speak English a lot better. I have been with Metro PCS for years now and I'm thinking very seriously about canceling my service for this very reason. Thecustomer service really needs improving.

Metro by T-Mobile service & product

Lied about price of reactivating my phone. Charged me 25$ bc stated I had to get new phone. Call to pay by phone and such bad connection they hang up on you. Long wait in lines. Always makes 30th the due date. Must pay 5$ to change due date. New phone I hate I just wanted to reactivate old phone I got from THEM! I do not recommend this service provider.

Metro by T-Mobile lg phones and coolpad defiant phone

i bought a lg phone in march of 2018 and only had it a couple of months and this phone seemed like it had a ghost in it. I took it to the metro pc store and was told that it was my port that had messed up, it wouldn't take a charge or anything, it won't even come on now, I just bought a new phone august 10th of 2018 it was the coolpad phone, the screen froze up . I couldn't put my password in and @ the left top of screen it says it was in airplane mode which I didn't put there, I took it to the store metro pc where I bought it from, he called the tech @ the company they told him for me to send it to the company and they would have to return it back to factory reset, and I would lose all of my info, I did that with my lg phone . when you lose your info, it like losing your id, trying to get it back again is hard, phone numbers and videos and pictures. I called the company and they walked me thru the procedure to take my phone back to factory reset, cause I didn't want to wait 7-15 days to get my phone back. now it's still frozen . so I went back to the metro pc store I bought it from and the sales person told me to leave it with her and she will see if she could fix it, ok that was alright, when I went to go pick it up she told me I must of dropped it on something hard. so now my warranty wasn't any good I told her I didn't drop my phone it became very nasty . in conversation I had a year warranty on my phone . i'm so made because they r selling messed up phones and who have money like that to keep buying phones every couple of months, I had been with this company a long time but now I think its time for a change. I would like a refund or a new phone it's that simple . I cant send a photo of the phones because they don't work .

Metro by T-Mobile service

Metro Coustomer Service is OK.
MetroPCS have this promotion with iPhone 6s now but every store I've been so I got denied I don't understand why metro are providing this promotion if they can't serve people. I don't blame MetroPCS I just blamed the store owners buying into all these franchise but they too cheap so I don't know why they're doing it.

Metro by T-Mobile billing online payments

9 -2-18, and for some reason metropcs's website did not take my payment for $138.00. After attempting to pay online with MetroPCS bill pay online service and getting rejected I called my bank. There are three unauthorized charges against my account for $138. There is one another I was charged against my account for $140. MetroPCS wrongfully charged my account I want reimbursement and I want it today however I was told it would take 24 to 48 hours once they process was started. That's b******* I want my money back I'm just trying to pay my bill and these Jokers are going down. What a crock of s*** it's time to call the congressman that represents my district. From everything I've got probably time to open up an investigation. Watch out Metro here I come

Metro by T-Mobile service

Worst metro I've ever been too ! Always rude and smart attitudes. They never try to help and only care about selling whatever it is and getting you out the door. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Its always the MANAGER of the store that's always rude and sarcastic when your trying to spend money and give them your business. The manager doesn't know how to talk to people without getting a attitude and then expect for you not to be angry back and it just does not make sense. This store needs a new manager ASAP .

Metro by T-Mobile customer service at store in austin tx

I was at a local metro pcs store and walked in with my mother and 3 of my children. I was looking to switch plans from boost mobile to metro. The lady behind the desk who is working For metro pcs denied me service and refused to help me bc she said, " I don t have to help you. It looks like you're on drugs." Your service attendant not only refused me service but she also was talking to me in a threatening way, and the attendant did all this in front of MY CHILDREN.
I was horrified being that I was sober and also because this had been the first time I was able to spend time with my family in a while and this happened.
I strongly suggest not using Metro services.
