I’m constantly having an issue with my internet service with mediacom. I have technicians out and the issues never appear to get resolved. I’ll get a temporary fix and it starts again. The technicians and the maintenance crew don’t seem to be able to resolve the issues but mediacom still wants payment for there lousy service. The customer service representatives will hang up on you as well as just try to push on you what mediacom tells them to say and issues continue. Mediacom is only concerned about their bottom line and not its customers. Sure the technicians will come out constantly but don’t resolve the problem. This is unacceptable and in my area I have no other option for internet service. I have reported to FCC twice and have not gotten a resolution. I need internet because I work from home and is constantly losing money because the internet is always having problems.
Desired outcome: To have my last bill paid by the company since their service caused me to be unable to earn pay from my job.
