I stopped using Big River Broadband in May, but they still took money from my bank account for two more months of service. When I called to get a refund of $92.57, they said they would give it to me, but I never got it. Then, they took $457 from my account for equipment they had already picked up, but they still haven't refunded me despite multiple promises from a supervisor and me calling in.

These guys came out in Feb to install internet for my son, but it didn't work from day one. They came out to fix it, but it still didn't work. We signed a contract with them, but it never worked properly, even after several visits. They wanted to install something on the roof and hard wire it, but our landlord wouldn't allow it. In March, they agreed to let us out of the contract if we got a letter from the landlord. We did, but in Oct they took $472.59 from our bank account without warning or notification. They said they never received the equipment or letter, but we sent it certified mail and they signed for it. It's now Nov and we still haven't received a refund. They won't return our calls and blame the virus. I had to file a complaint.
