I got a notice from Storm Internet Services on October 24, 2022, about a collection

I got a notice from Storm Internet Services on October 24, 2022, about a collection. I don't agree with it because their service was really bad and they messed up my internet equipment. They didn't do anything about it for over 4 months and didn't care about my complaint. We've been with them for 15 years! This happened from May to November 11, 2022.
