Dec 3, 2009 on vacation we stopped for a snack, 9:31 am. BIG BIG Mistake in our choice of locations, store #7203. I have never been served such horrible food! Both of my burrito's were cold enough the cheese was not melted, the hashbrowns were also cold, as well as greasy. What is hard for me to understand, my wife had the chicken bisquit meal it was fine, the lady at the window made a point to yell us the straws for our drinks were in the sack. So along with horrible food, no straws. I would hope this reaches corporate and someone there does what should be done. I patronize MCDONALDS 2 to 3 times a week and have for years, this beyond a doubt is the worst store I have ever had the misfortune of going to.

On Feb 25, 2010 I went to MacDonalds on Court St Binghamton NY 13904. I placed my drive thru order. I have 3 coupons for free Big Macs that we received from BU Bearcats basket ball games. My husband and I have 4 season tickets for the Bu mens and womens games all season as a sponsor MacDonald handed out these free coupons when the team reached 65 points. They refused to honor only 1 of the coupons on this visit and I was told that I could not get /redeem the next one for 3 hours. It was the middle of a blizzard here. The 3 of us have coupons that clearly state that 1 coupon per customer. They claimed it was 1 coupon per order. (we had 3 people in the car 1 each) We have redeemed those coupons all season without incident. The discontinue date on them clearly state Feb 28, 2010. If MacDonals as a sponsor hands out these coupons to people who have earned them by being at theses games should also honor there commitments as stated. Needless to say I cancelled my order and left. I plan on contacting the Binghamton University Bearcat office to let them know that these coupons are not being honored. I for one plan on never going to MacDonalds again over this Lose of faith in action in honoring the contract they made with BU and the season holders who attend these games.
