Submitted my order online, once there the staff could not find the order. Instead of trying to retake the order go resolve the issue, they want to fuss at me stating I had done something wrong! I showed the manager the screenshots saying my order was complete and sent to the correct location. After about 30 minutes of fussing they say they have found the order. The fries were cold n soggy and burgers room temp. Worst experience ever! It took an hour to get food that was not even edible and it cost $40!!!
