McDonald's review: Food quality at McDonald’s Chatham

I made an order on justeat around 2pm on Sunday. A few hours after eating his double cheeseburger My father was violently sick. It gradually got worse and He became unconscious. Rang 111 and they said he has food poisoning. He has only just left the hospital today as yesterday his health rapidly declined. I am severely unhappy and would not only like a refund but an apology. He is still unwell today and this has affected him and me greatly.
