McDonald's customer service and appearance

I went in today to get my breakfast but I change my mind after what I saw
The General manager I think her name is Ada was very very rude . To one of the customers trying to get a refill on coffee.
And also the store was discussing
Napkins everywhe. I just couldn't go back there .if the General manger is like that I can't imagine how she is with her employees. I think she just started there because before the ways a Spanish guy very nice and respectful. I just wanted to let you guys know .

Hello i am writing thus to you because the mcdonals in my city is not giving proper food the quality of food has gone down and they are not serving the latest launched products by mcdonalds the service is not good and they are not serving latest launched products . The new food item rice bowl is not served by them . Kfc and subway serve latest products launched by them.

McDonald's drive up window

I just got home after sitting in the drive thru for over 30 min.at one point the line didnt even move for 15 min. My food was cold by the time i got it, and all i got was a half empty tank of gas, a cold bag of food( wich i payed 21 dollars for!), and an im sorry for your wait. Im sick of going to mcdonalds and feeling like a sucker every time i walk out. Shame on you mcdonalds!

McDonald's ordered a 6 piece chicken nugget kids meal and received a hamburger patty.. nothing else just the patty!

I had ordered a few things everything else was correct but I did order a six piece chicken nugget kids meal through the drive through at mcdonald's in ceres on whitmore ave around 3:00pm. Did not receive any chicken nuggets what's so ever, just the hamburger patty... Nothing close to what I ordered. I'm very upset at the fact I received that, it made no sense to me what's so ever.. And to top that off it was even cold.. Very disappointed

McDonald's service

I came in for lunch, the lady handing out food called out the wrong number 3x when I asked if it was mine she said no. Gave the meal to some one else the Mgr Karla was standing there & I asked what was going on she told me she didnt know and walked away. This is why you should hire people that speak english and can articulate. My total wait time was 20 min! I couldn't even enjoy my lunch.

McDonald's biscuit

I ordered a sausage biscuit on app it was cold. I called told manager this is the 2nd time this week ( I go everyday for strawberry creame pies...which are cold). I drove back went in. I was approached by a man dressed as a manager. told him I called it was cold, he said I don't believe that. he walked away said we can make.a.new one. he walked away ranking spanish. later as I waited I decided to tell him I didn't appreciate him saying he doesn't believe that the food was cold. I said u won't even touch it. I brought it in he didn't touch it. when Rosa brought new biscuit, I told her I wanted to speak with that gentleman again. he came up I expressed I didn't like him telling me He didn't believe me, I come everyday to this restaurant. he was giggling g and walking
away. I asked his name he laughed and said, I didn't think know. I asked a young black girl, she laughed and said I'm new I don't know. I asked Rosa she said his name was ridrigo.

McDonald's charged incorrectly

I ordered a Sausage, Egg and Cheese McGriddle meal, which was shown on the menu in the drive-thru with a cost of $4.59 (the sandwich only was $3.19). I asked for a large drink with my meal. The employee working the drive-thru told me the Sausage, Egg and Cheese McGriddle was not available as a meal. When I explained that it was on the menu, she said she would need to talk to her manager. After a minute or so she again said it wasn't available as a meal and she would have to charge me for the sandwich, hash brown and drink separately. I was charged $3.19 for the sandwich, $1.00 for the hash brown, and $1.00 for the large drink. When I pulled around to the window to pay I asked again why the option for the meal was listed on the menu if it wasn't available and the cashier told me it wasn't available on her cash register so she had to charge me separately for everything. I should have been charged a total of $4.91, but instead was charged $5.76. The price isn't the issue, but rather the craziness of someone telling me I couldn't order something that was on the menu.

McDonald's customer service

I went through the drive through at the Morgan McDonald's in Morgan Arkansas and was treated like an absolute slave. I ordered the same thing I always order which is 2 bacon McGriddles and she repeated back to me 2 bacon McGriddles with no egg and no cheese. I said no mam I didn't say to take off the egg and cheese I want that. She said no, I'm not going to put the egg and cheese on there I'm going to sub it. I said no I want the egg and cheese and she continued to tell me NO! Needless to say I left without ordering any more or finishing but I am angry enough to call the police to that store

McDonald's customer service

I take my wife to Dialysis on monday's, wedenday's and friday's, its the closest McDonalds near her treatment center and every morning we stop by and order a small decaf coffee with 5 creams and 5 splendas but we never get the splenda but we let it go and continue our morning. But this morning 8/29/18 we ask the teller for a courtesy cup of water so that my wife can drink while taking her medication, but the teller told us to order the courtesy cup of water through drive up next time. we usually have water in our vehicle but didn't find any at this time, that's why we asked for water at the pick up window, the teller was very rude about so I just drove off and decide make this compliant. It is what it is but some people need to be a little more professional and at they're best when working with customers. Its a shame how some people don't really care about they're jobs se but are quick to collect payment for they're rude services

McDonald's about the general manager

Someone needs to really step up about the general manager yelling and been disrespectful towards employees get rid of the non sense.if don't nothing change ill just have to call corporate office about it it seems like there's a lot of favorite tisim going on there it's not right at all if it my store there would be a lot of color there I just don't believe in all of that!

McDonald's cashiers

I travel to and from Canada from NJ several times over the summer. We always stop at the McDonalds on Clinton Street in Cortland, NY. Every time we went in there this summer the lines have been long and the people behind the counters were doing their best to keep up on the orders. What really ticked me off is last Wednesday, August 22nd when we were going to Canada we stopped in and again the line was long and the cashier was taking her time texting on her phone instead of helping the customers on the extremely long line.

Then when we stopped there again yesterday August 27th on our way home the line was long & the 2 cashiers were texting on their phones. One of them even said "Sorry for the hold up but this is my boyfriend". It is so irritating to have to wait for people to stop texting to get good service. Meanwhile, everyone working the back and drive thru are running around like crazy to fill the orders.

Put the phones away people and help out your customers!

McDonald's poor customer service

At approximately 6:00pm yesterday evening 08/27/2018, my husband, my daughter and I went through the drive-thru at the restaurant located at 6415 Ramsey Street in Fayetteville, NC. There was a pick-up truck sitting in front of us for 2-3 minutes and it sped off from the menu/microphone area and I thought it was odd until we got up to the window. First of all, we could not understand what the gentleman said to greet us so my husband just starting ordering. My husband ordered our 5 year old a Cheeseburger Happy Meal and the guy on the microphone said "what else", my husband added that he wanted a Go-Gurt with that, we were not given any options that normally are asked when someone orders a Happy Meal, the guy then said "I said what else", very rudely, still never asking what side we wanted with the meal or drink. So like the truck in front of us, we pulled away from the drive-thru as well. 2 carloads full of customers were lost yesterday because the guy on the other end of the microphone was very rude and "ghetto". May seem small to you but my 5 year old was very disappointed when we had to go somewhere else.

McDonald's food

Do Not go to this McDonalds unless you want your big mac to have a bite taken out!

When I first got here, the dining room was empty, the few customers in there where horsing around with the employees. One the kitchen staff was sitting on the floor. The drive thru was packed but they acted like it wasn't busy at all. Then about 3 or 4 minutes of standing there, a girl finally said, ma'am are you being helped and I said no. They took my order finally. Then I proceeded to listen to the manager yell at them to cook n make the tickets. I got my order with 3 sandwiches and nuggets. All thrown in a bag. I get home and I opened my big mac, took the top bun off and seen a bite taken out of the burger. I immediately went back and the restaurant, which was packed with teenagers, in like 10 minutes. I worked my around the rude kids that wouldn't move and asked for the manager and she said she was the manager and I explained what I found and showed her and the manager asked, "what was wrong with it?...really!?! She put in another order for one and didn't apologize nor refunded my money. Bunch of children running the place, the manager was young n ignorant!

McDonald's service and products

At around 6pm Monday, August 27, 2018, I went to the drive thru at McDonald's in Goose Creek, SC. I finally got my order resolved because they weren't charging for the 2 for $5 Big Macs, but for 2 full priced Macs. As I left to pull to the payment window the person taking the order shouted, "That person just left without paying".
I paid my bill at the first window and went to the next window to pick up my order.
I had 4 different people helping me at the window. One young man brought me the large Dr. Pepper with light ice. Then in a short time he brought me the straw for that drink. Then, he brought me the medium iced tea with no sugar. then in a short time he brought me the straw for the tea. Now I'm waiting for at least 5 minutes, and another young man comes to the window and said, "You ordered the Double burger with cheese meal, fries, single, and 2 big macs. Right? Oh, I might be talking too fast. It's just be a minute." then he left. Then another young man came to the window with a bag and said, "I'm new here. Here you go, maam. thank you!". I looked in the bag and said, "something's missing. He said, "what is it?" I said, I ordered a 1/4 Double cheese burger meal and I don't have the 1/4 double cheese burger. He said, "OH I don't have no idea about that. You'll have to talk to him." And he pointed to someone to his left that I didn't see. Well this young man came to the window and was VERY rude. He said, "what didn't you get?" I said, "I just told the other young man that I didn't get my 1/4 lb double cheese burger". HE Shouted, "Did he tell you that was all?" And I said, "no. he said thank you like that was all. He said, "Well. We cook each double individually and it isn't ready yet. If he didn't tell you that was all then there is nothing I can do about that." and he left. I just waited for another 2 minutes. He same back with a bag and said, "here it is." Like I was snooty for asking for my burger. Then as I drove off he raised his voice and said, "GOO OD Bye"! I won't go to McDonald's any more. It is clear that they have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. When I took the food home, my husband said, "what kind of drink is this?" I said, "Dr. Pepper". He said, "no way. It tastes like dish water". I tasted it and sure enough, it did taste like dish water. We threw it away. Then, when I ate one of the Big Macs, the bread was so dry that it crumbed apart when I held it to eat it. Bad Food; Bad Service. Dishearted Customer...turned sour on McDonalds.

McDonald's every thing

I went to McDonalds. Ordered fries. Pay. And when they hand me the fries. 10 of them fall (drive through). Then I asked for ketchup, and she give me an attitude, "you didn't order any". Like come on I ordered fries, through the drive through, does it look like if I have ketchup in my car. I also ordered a Milkshake, and I'm assuming it was armpit hair, but there were like 6 or 5 curly hairs in my drink. Also the lady serving technically threw everything at us. McDonald's the mcdonald's app and staff who handled my complaint. both in store and by phone.

My card was charged twice on two separate days for the same order and I was treated very badly. All I recieved was attitude. Because of this I have no hotel room to stay in and have had to resort to sleeping on a city train. That card had my damage deposit on it. And they could care less. I couldn't even get an explanation as to why my order wasn't closed the first time I paid.

McDonald's service

I am quite upset. I have a 2 year old child and I often get him happy meals when we are out and about and he is hungry. I went to a drive thru and when I asked for the extra fries instead of yogurt or apple slices I was told I could not have this as my option. I asked why, and the worker told me because they are not allowed. My son does not like the yogurt and he is too young for apple slices. I have never been told this and was quite upset. Since I was on the drive thru line I asked to speak to a manager. The manager came on through the speaker and I told her my situation. She told me that due to nutritional guidelines she is unable to give me the extra fries but will allow me to do so this one time.
I am quite upset at McDonald's and the managers that work in this location. Her name was Libby and it was the Central Islip location in Long Island New York. I typically do not go to this one, however I was in the area.
I do not feel that it was appropriate for the worker and especially the manager to tell me how nutritional I should be feeding my child. I am a paying customer and should be treated with respect and not judged when I am ordering food. Also, I shouldn't be told that I am not allowed to order something for my child.
I am hoping to hear back from somebody regarding this matter because I am quite upset over this and I do not feel that it is right to speak to somebody like this. I hope the workers and managers in the location are presented with this and do not do this to others. No managers should speak to customers like that. They are supposed to be able to have exceptional customer service experience and this person should be spoken to directly.

McDonald's bad service

We waited 20 minutes for our meal. and in the end they gave us our order wrong. They forgot our cheese burger and apple pie. I've worked at McDonald's for 10 years and we've never made ANYONE wait that long. I'm very disappointed with this terrible service. The only thing we got from all of this is i lost my time and my money and my son without dinner. We live 20 minutes from there. You need to train your employees better. Because the first time she told us to move ahead said our nuggets would be ready in 3 minutes. After 20 minutes she went and told us that the big mac wasn't ready! We didn't even order a big mac! And when her manager came to the window she didnt even apologize. Next time I'll think more then twice before going.

McDonald's two quarter pounders!!

I live 10 miles from the McDonalds in Oteen, NC and by the time we got home and noticed our two quarter pounders with cheese were literally RAW inside all the way to the edge. I had taken my first couple of bites before realizing this. This is disconcerting. The Buncombe County Health Department should be made aware of this. I haven't purchased a McDonalds hamburger in at least a year. Perhaps they cook them rare these days. Not sure. Can't complain on McDVoice as that's apparently a scam. Only some consumer company wanting our personal information. Why does McDonalds give receipts with that website www.mcdvoice for consumer voice when they really don't want opinions.
