My daughter brought me home a Mc Double burger and while I was eating it, a piece of something was sticking out of the meat. I pulled it out, its 3/4 inch long and is strong like a string, you cannot break it. I'm submitting a picture of the item and the receipt with all the information from the Mc Donalds. Would like to know what the heck it is. I did not eat the rest because I don't know if their was more in it. The date is 8/8/2018 It was the Mc Donalds in Malone NY.

The Mcdonald'S on burnside and jerome Avenue in the bronx are always and I really mean always getting orders wrong. Im always missing something and when i tell them, they get upset. They NEVER give bbq even though you're suppose to get. Its a big hot mess in there. Now they have the kiosk machine and they don't want to take orders on the register but some people don't know how to use it. I just want better service. It's like we go there to argue about an order when simply all i want is my food. It would be great if you can send a undercover employer just to see what im talking about.

I had gone to Paris as a tourist from India and while I was in Paris, I went to one of the McDonald's outlets at Place d'Italie whose address is 75013, Paris, France.

We bought snacks worth Euro19.30 and tried to pay through the AXIS BANK Forex card No [protected]. My card was swiped for three times but the cashier at the outlet informed that the payment did not materialize. Since my Indian phone was not activated, I was not able to verify the missed transactions. I believed the cashier and paid the due amount of Euro 19.30 in cash. Subsequently, when I checked the balance and also the emails from my Bank, I came to know that Euro 19.30 was debited each of the three times at the outlet.

This is also obvious if the timing of the emails is checked. The three transactions have happened once at 02.07 hrs and twice at 02.28 hrs (all IST).

It is apparent that the outlet has taken 19.30 x 3 = 57.90 Euro extra. I would request you to please take up this issue with the concerned McDonald's at Paris and get Euro 57.90 back to my card. I am also writing an email to my Bank.

Hello, I visit McDonalds in La Vergne TN once or twice a week. A couple of months ago I ordered the big breakfast platter with an extra side of bacon. I got home and the extra bacon was not with my order so I called and was told they put my name on a list. I went a week or so later and my name was not found, so I figured an honest mistake. A couple of weeks or so ago I ordered for myself and 3 grandsons and when we got home my McGriddle was not in our bag. I called and once again they put my name on a list. Today I went to get the McGriddle and was told they could not find my name on list and I needed my receipt. I very politely stated I'm not trying to lie about a sandwich, I just wanted what I paid for. Manager told me she could not help me and I was laughed at by another employee when I made the comment I was going to contact corporate. I have not yet contacted the Better Business Bureau, but I feel like McDonalds has stolen my money!

I was waiting for my order at the drive thru window at approximately 10:30 a.m. on 08/07/18 at McDonald's in Lake Placid, NY. As I was waiting, I saw the shift manager nearly nose to nose with an employee who was preparing drinks by the window. It was obvious by her body language that the shift manager was angry. As I continued to see the exchange, I could clearly see her mouth form the words "If you don't like it, you can f*ck off". The employee she was yelling at was clearly upset. The shift manager's first name was Kristen (I made sure to read it when she handed me my order). I am upset to think that a person in a supervisor position feels that it is ok to degrade an employee this way, especially when the employee she was dressing down was an older woman. I truly hope that this matter is addressed and at the very least, this young lady be retrained or removed from a position of authority. Until then, I will not be returning to this particular store.

The service is horrible. They are slow, lack supplies and are unprofessional. Additionally, I was told they could nt take my $5 bill because it had a tear. It was ripped in half, but had a tear.

I asked for a cup of water with my purchase and I was given a mini frape cup that an infant could drink. This is disgusting. I will never go there again.

As a customer, my money matters and I will not patronize a place that treats customers in such a manner. No other mcdonald's I have visited has done such things.

Me and a friend went through the drive thru because we are lunch ladies and are getting only a 1/2 hour break while setting up our school kitchen. My friend ordered a 4 piece tender meal, I ordered just a fish filet. She down loaded her coupon on her phone so my fish was only $1.00. So her meal price plus one dollar. Our recite said $10. something. We told them it was wrong. She grabbed the recite and closed the window on us. After 2-3 minutes, a different guy opened the window and said to pull over in waiting area. He shut the window and didn't give me a chance to say anything. So I waited. When he opened the window again, a lady in the back said, "why da hell she still there"? I said, "Because you don't have to cook my change, just give me the difference." The boy told me again to park to the side. This is at 11:30 with MANY cars behind me. I did park, and my friend went in to get my change, so I wouldn't go to jail! She came out with $1.83, no recite. They said they couldn't get a recite, they just fixed it. The money isn't the problem although the fries were cold. I worked for Publix for 21 years. It won't hurt to be a little pleasant to paying customers. Especially when the mistake was hers. No apologies or even a fast fix. I will never visit this or any other McDonalds. These disrespectful kids can't talk right or work a register, but they blamed me. How many other people have they over charged and complained when caught? No training at this location!

I went to the store at 1571 east ridge road in Roch, ny 14609, today around 11:30 am. All I ordered was a cone. Something must have been wrong with your machine because it was more soft than usual. I could almost drink it ! it was short and flat and dripping. There was also a hole in the bottom of the cone, which has now stained my shirt. Back to work. Thx.

I and my wife went to McDonald's Beachwood 27570 Chagrin Blvd, Woodmere, OH 44122 to eat and use the Wifi sitting in our car just like other people in McDonald's parking lot not bothering any on 8/4/2018 in afternoon time around 5pm manager called the police on us saying we were sitting in the parking for more than 3 hours we didn't know McDonald's had a time-limited to sit in their parking to eat and use the Wifi. The police asked for our ID and driver license to run our name I gave it to them didn't want to argue with them we felt threatened and scared by the police! We felt our Rights was Violated and it was racial Discrimination! I and my wife are mentally disturbed by this.

Whilst traveling home, we ordered a meal (including 2 breakfast muffin meals at 3, 60 euros, a medium burger meal at 7, 20 euros, a fish fillet meal) at the computer. However, the queues were so long (maybe 40 minutes waiting probably more)- just after we had paid for the order at the till, we were told we couldnt have it because the breakfast orders had stopped. The server offered us a measly 99p burger instead and 8 chicken nuggets (nothing with them) instead which we think cost less than the 3, 60 euro muffin meal. We couldnt complain though because the queues were so bad and other clients were really concerned about missing their flights . So we accepted the change of order even though we had overpaid. Our son's order a burger without any added bits (mayo, gherkins etc) was all wrong too so after a very long wait and after over paying-only 1 meal for the 4 people was correct. The server was also very slow; whilst waiting for another client's burger, she didnt serve others until another member of the public complained.
The whole event was avoidable though. If McDonalds had advertised that there was another McDonalds outlet in the departures area, on entry into the airport, we would have just seen the long queues and eaten there instead (which was basically empty when we walked past it!).
We would like to request either vouchers to use in the UK McDonalds or a refund.I enclose a photo of the bill. We could not have complained at the time because the servers were so busy and the queues so so long. We would not have been popular at all.

Ordered. Went to window to pay. Waited 2 min. Cashier cashed me out with a mouthful of food. I ordered 2 hamburgers with no pickle, extra onion. Received 2 hamburgers with extra pickle and no onion. It was printed correctly on both the receipt and the grill slip. This is my neighborhood McD's that I grew up with. This location has gone downhill. Im disappointed. This mistake is unacceptable to me.

McDonald's located at 909 West Riverdale Road, Riverdale utah with family I ordered some food and went and sat down with my kids at playland. 40minute later got up to get to see where my order was noticed girl in back touching herself all over with no gloves then touching food. told manager he said sorry he would tell her to put some on my order was completely wrong and a ton of flies everywhere in there landing on food in back and out in dining area.

Hello to who this may concern, last night I went to my local mcDonalds at 461 State Route 31 S Washington, NJ 08827. I ordered 2 meals. the buttermilk crispy chicken tender meal with an orange soda, I was extremely disappointed and shocked as to how hard and unsatisfying the tenders were, The meat was like rubber and EVERY piece was extremely hard. I was shocked! In addition my husband's meal was equally as disappointing he said to me when did you get these fries? today ? they are extremely cold and soggy, I agreed. I would have brought it back however unfortunately I was on a time schedule and thought that McDonald's would be a perfect place to stop by. To be completely honest I have no desire to re visit this or any McDonald's again, I do frequent fast food chains in addition to McDonald's, I think maybe once did I go to Wendy's and have an issue with my meal. Once in 5 years! I Feel like when I think of McDonald's it was one of my original favorites and has slowly become my last. There always seems to be an issue, I took a break from McDonald's and as of last night it was my first trip back in a while. Not happy at all with the quility of our meals! not sure what you Can do in order to make this right, i wish I could go back and enjoy my meal again! I would love a refund to be honest as I paid $18 for two meals. I'm sorry I could not write a better email with one

I attended McDonalds Lilydale this morning at approximately 9.30am, when I got to the collection window I was told to go and park in a disabled car park. I asked "you want me to park in a disabled carpark?" and was told yes. I parked beside the two disability car spaces as I know that parking in one of these designated areas is illegal and just plain wrong. I work in disability and I know how important it is for these car spaces to be left available at all times for those who need them. When our order was finally bought out to us I asked the duty manager (did not get his name), why were we told to park in the disability carpark and his reply was " we have a big enough carpark for them people!" To say I saw red is an understatement and unfortunately I retorted in a very rude and harsh manner, to which I am embarrassed about.
This type of attitude towards people with a disabilities and their right to access the community in the same manner as this leaves me deeply upset. This issue needs to be rectified, the disabled car spaces need to be kept free for those only who need them.

I had a chance to visit this store yesterday and the service that i've received from Safet, the manager was absolutely disturbing!Wanted to order extra chicken in my salad(which is possible to customise where i come from).His stuff firstly mimicked me how i spoke then he got involved saying ‘That doesn't exist anywhere'!I've advised Mr Safet that surely customised orders do exist somewhere, he went into deeper conversation with me as in ‘where is it possible'.When i said in Australia he started lounging and said rudely how he's has never been in Australia!To make things worse he went to back of the store and continued talking to his stuff how he's never been to other country's Mcdonald's.Other, younger stuff got involved and were laughing on the same matter while other customers were present!Such an unprofessional behaviour from the manager and his stuff!All i tried to do is to prove my point that i wasn't asking for impossible!
Dear Mr Safet by the looks of it you will be stuck in Serbia's McDonalds(as a manager) for the rest of your life!Shame on you!

Submitted my order online, once there the staff could not find the order. Instead of trying to retake the order go resolve the issue, they want to fuss at me stating I had done something wrong! I showed the manager the screenshots saying my order was complete and sent to the correct location. After about 30 minutes of fussing they say they have found the order. The fries were cold n soggy and burgers room temp. Worst experience ever! It took an hour to get food that was not even edible and it cost $40!

A young man whom name was Josh, was to what I believe is the superviser was VERY rude to a young female customer. Was harrassing her infront of others and was despecable. I am [censored]ing pissed what kind of place are you running. The superviser disrespecting customers. What is that sending to your other employees that is okay to harrass people and you can go up the chain. Wow. I will NEVER be going there as long as he is there.

I would like to start off and say, I enjoy eating breakfast at your establishment. However, today was not a pleasant visit.

This morning at the drive-thru, I placed my order with a large coffee and was asked how many creamers and sugars. As I drove around to the pick-up window, I realized the coffee and sugar was added to the drink. I politely asked the cashier if she can make another cup with the creamer and sugar on the side. (The order was for a friend. Did not know if they wanted it in their coffee.)

The cashier kissed her teeth at me and replied " Oh my gosh" and walked away from the window. I'm sadly to say, I will not be attending this location in the near future.

The McDonald's in Charleston TN is outrageous. The workers are rude and make everyone pull up from the window after paying so their drive thru time will look good. And this didn't just happen once it's everyday all day. And if you complain to manger they just say o well and make you wait even longer. Something needs to be done about this. You don't treat paying customers like they are such a bother

Cannot ignore the situation I've got to in McDonalds just 20 minutes ago. I've decided to visit McDonalds today here in Bulgaria, Nesebar(the one cafe located right aside of Shell gas station- cos in any country I'm sure to get high quality service- but not today! I have ordered HappyMeal with one of the toys my which person or kid can see on display ( place where you can see how this toy looks like and kid or adult chooses toy he wants and ordering this toy on the cash desk). I have asked one toy (binocular)- but young lady on the cash desk answered : there is no this toy and brought my only two kind of other toys they have available to give. I said to her : but you have one in that display box - give me this one. She answered : no! Only two kinds you can have! There where no one Sorry or anything like this.. I've tried to explain - it is not fare to kids and people- if you put different kinds of toys in the display box- and kid chooses it - you cannot say them : no! You will have other toy- we give other... I asked them to take out of this display box toys you don't have available to serve. Got answer- no! Then I said that I will leave them negative feedback and they answered- it is stupid! After all - I have decided to order double cheezburger menu - they didn't put any napkin to the bag- later 8 have asked - why - the answer was - to get napkin you have to request to give one to you... no more comments. No service! No respect to people! It is not mcdonalds or if so- it means McDonalds quality is dying and if your company will do nothing with this situation- it will mean that the same situation can be be not just with quality of service but with quality of food... I attach pictures of this McDonalds place and display box with big choice of toys when in real there is only two kinds of toys they have to give to kids.
With hope to changes for better and respect to foundator of the great brand.
