I purchased this from the Bowie Md Lowes.

The order was placed back in July 13th 2023.

ORDER #[protected].

The store keeps informing us via email that the product will show up on a specified date and the item never shows up. We have been going through this for 4 months now. I have never had this much of an issue with an order. I want to either receive a refund or a credit back for 4 months of waiting and reordering. This has been a nightmare for me and my clients. And I am on the phone as we speak with the bowie store now and keep getting the run around. I need to have this door delivered ASAP or Corporate will be called. This is the worse customer service that I have ever experienced with LOWES.

Desired outcome: DOOR DELIVERED AND A CREDIT FROM THE STORE.
