Lowe's review: Laminate flooring purchase and lowes installation

We purchased Lowes laminate flooring and installation at the Lowes Store, Fairborn, Ohio. The flooring was for the kitchen, a hallway, bathroom, and dining room. The flooring was to be installed on 18 Sep 23. After the old flooring was removed and your installer was about to install the new flooring, he discovered that the flooring material and quarter round material was damaged/flawed. There were 26 boxes of material with bubbles, scratches, dents etc. that could not be used, and new flooring would have to ordered and installed. We would have to live with the bare floor until new material could be received.

The new flooring material arrived, and the truck driver indicated he could not bring the material into the house. I brought the material into the house to acclimate. My charge, $5.00 per box x 26 Boxes = $130.

Next the installer found that the new material was flawed. We had to inspect every plank. My Charges, $1.00 Per plank x 208 =$208.
