Lowe's review: price match policy and rude unprofessional conduct

On or about May 17, 2019. I went to Lowes to purchase a 10X 10X 6 dog kennel . Prior to reaching Lowes, I had stoped at the Near by Tractor Supply and priced their Dog Kennels. T.S had the same Dog kennel for $219.00. Lowes sells its 10x 10X 6 kennel for $220.00. Per Lowes Home improvement policy, Lowes will match the lower price and beat the price by 10%. Store Manager Carlos, had me confirm the price and in stock availability, after which he still refused to Honor Lowes policy. Quoting that one (1) dollar is the same as the same price. I would like to state for the record that $219 and $220 is two different prices. I also, would like to state for the record, that this is Lowes Home improvement 's policy and pledge to the public and its customers. I have and hold in good standing a Lowes Credit Card, however after this event refused to use my card. I still purchased this kennel, despite the disrespect given by this manager. However, I am considering returning this kennel if this matter is not corrected. Again this is Lowes policy and it is very disheartening when you find managers like this in stores that you shop in and do business with. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and on Yelp. Thank you for your time
