Lowe's review: Confusing mess of employees with an online/ pickup order

Lowes In Hornell NY is definitely a mess. I had placed an online order to pick up some paver blocks, online said they had 100 something in stock... Perfect. I go there to pick it up, the employees pulled the wrong blocks and tried saying that I was wrong when clearly, I had my receipt on what I was supposed to get. So, they then spent an hour looking around for a product that was not at the store and that was falsely advertised "in stock" at this store, that was not there. So, I then had to pick out a different type of paver block. I spent hours at this store waiting for decent help, the management there is total chaos and garbage. There are a lot of employees there that just wander around brain washed, not doing one bit of anything, Just what a circus, the lack of manners, respect, dignity, work ethic is atrocious at this store. Noone cares one bit, Ill never go to a Lowes again after dealing with this nightmare. Furthermore, this was all in the garden/ pickup areas, It is hard to find decent working employees these days, but after the few I had to deal with today it was just embarrassing for everyone involved and they should be ashamed, but they aren't.
