I made an order on June 23, 2022, they did not deliver it on 5/25/22 had to go back to find out what was up with my order the manger was very rude and they could not get it to me till 5/30/22 I paid people to the work I need done at home but could not get the work done because of Lowes did not get my order to me so I could not get the job done and it cost me $ 300.00 so now I have pay some more people to get the job done the manager at the store said that was too bad I am disable Veteran in a wheel my order need to be put in my back yard by hand witch I could not do I have done bussing with Lowes from 2019 till now but it cost me money I did have to throw away because of the store not doing what say they do and they call the night before to make sure I be home I feel very use and let down by the Lowes in Austin over the miss manage of Lowes beside loosening money I did not have to waste so I lost money because of the store not doing their job right in not getting my shipment to me so what can Lowes do to help me fix this problem they cause me in need of your help I did place an order from a differ Lowes in Austin hope they will not mess up they are to get me my order by 6/27/22 but still have to get someone to do job I need done and I will have to pay them too because of that store screw up I hope I get a replay back from a Stressed veteran
