Lowe's Rebate Scam

I bought 5000$ of samsung appliances and was told that I would get a rebate of 10%. This was on their black friday sale in oct.2021. I've called them 3 times because I was rejected? Finally sent them a copy of the original receipt. Still nothing. The same thing happened last spring on their paint sale. 40.00$ rebate per 5 gallons. purchased 3 - 5's. rejected. Don't fall for their rebate scam. go to Home Depot and you might get a rebate. I just know you won't get one from LOWES.

Lowe's Product not delivered as expected

I went to Lowes in Spring Hill, TN on 12.22.21 and purchased a Whirlpool Range to be delivered on 12.26.21. I received a call from the delivery person stating that the store did not have my range or else he was unable to find it. I called the store and spoke with a girl in the appliance department who said the delivery person probably couldn't locate the range, but it was in stock and she would call me back. I waited 2 hours and went to the store to find out that nothing had been investigated until I arrived wanting answers. After searching the stock in back, there was no range. She suggested I look for a replacement range that I may like and proceeded to wait on 2 more customers while I stood there waiting. When she asked if I found one, I asked how could I without knowing what was in stock and what wasn't? She waited on another customer and finally it was my turn AGAIN. She went back to the stock room to see which ranges were actually in stock because apparently their scanning devices do not match your par levels. I called the Columbia, TN store to see if they had one and he replied it (device) says we do, but let me lay eyes on it. They had one. I requested a cash or lowe's card refund with the $1200 on it because I was told that it would take 15 days to reach my bank! The girl at the service desk pushed the wrong button on the register and it went back on my bank card! The short story is the appliance girl blamed the girl that originally sold me the range which helps NOTHING. The teens working at the service desk need more training. I have $2400 invested in a range that cost $1200 until I receive my refund. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and my last experience with Lowe's for appliances if this is as good as they can do.

Desired outcome: My desired outcome? Customer SERVICE should be number one!

Lowe's Return metal clad cable wire

Bought a 250 roll of metal clad cable wire, lost the receipt tried to return for a store credit. But was told I could not return because this was a high theft item... I told the clerk guess I could stick a 50 lb. Coil of metal clad cable wire in my pocket and walk out of the store! Called the store manager and after a 45 min. Wait, was told she could do nothing.. Called the lowes customer care line [protected] it should be called the we don't care line! Was told it is up to the store manager in every store to decide if they will give you a refund! And was told don't bother to call a district manager, they don't have any power over the store manager? I'll never buy from lowes again, guess they don't remember all of the other home improvement stores that have gone the way if the dodo!

LOWE's is a stupid group of stupid managers! The 250 ft. of wire you bought from Lowes is worth 40% more then you paid for it at Lowe's! The $470. of wire I bought at Lowe's and could not return I sold on Craigslist for $820. two months later! Lowe's has screwed me over 3 times now, so I am moving my $3,600. yearly electrical purchases to Home Depot and I always had receipts too! I will tell all of my electrical friends the same story.

Lowe's Sent to wrong dishwasher repair organization to get warranty work done

On or about December 15, I went to your Lowe's store on the North Loop in Houston Texas, and asked for the phone number of someone who could repair an LG dishwasher when the parts on it were still in warranty. I went to your store in person because I could not get an answer to my question over the telephone after several attempts. I was told that I should call D3S Service LLC whose phone number is [protected]. Someone from D3S came to my house and took a picture of the identification tag on the dishwasher and immediately left my house. This trip was completely unnecessary because I had already made a picture of the identification tag and could have sent them the picture by email or by text if they had asked. I told D3S that the faulty part was covered under warranty during the first call. Then on December 19, D3S called me and asked for a service charge of $129.85. I gave them a credit card number and they gave me an estimate of over $400 . I repeated the parts were covered by the warranty and they said something to the effect that the warranty did not cover the parts and I gave them the page number in the owner's manual that said I should not have to pay for the parts. Only after this last conversation with D3S, did I find out from another repair service that LG uses only their own technicians to do warranty work. I paid LG 200 for a second service call.
Within two days an LG technician came to my house and fixed the problem in about five minutes after I spent the better part of a day finding a phone number for LG. Your store gave me a phone number of a technician not authorized to do the warranty repair work, probably so the store could collect a part of the fee from D3S knowing that LG does their own repair work and effectively refused to give me LG's phone number which the store almost certainly had . Thus your store acted in bad faith and I will never buy another appliance from Lowe's again.

Lowe's Terrible business practices and doesn't honor rebates.

Ordered 4 LG appliances, all showed in stock with an available delivery of 2 weeks, 3 days before they were scheduled to be delivered I was called and told that the stove was a "non-stocking" item, which is not possible as it was in-stock when I ordered it. So I will not be receiving that until over 60 days after the fact. Then I filed the rebate form through their website after having to call into the rebate center on two separate occasions to get the correct one as the first one provided was not the correct one. Now my rebate claim has been denied and when I call back in they cannot even see the order details. On top of all of this they have authorized my credit card every single day for the entire week it was supposed to be delivered for the full amount of everything including the range which I won't receive for another 60 days. They have at this point authorized my card for over $20, 000 for an order that was only $3, 700. I have called into their rebate, customer support and delivery centers a total of 9 times now and they seem either unwilling or unable to help me in any way.

I will never shop at Lowes brickyard in Chicago again, I had a terrible experience with getting my doors put in and the lack of communication was terrible, I ordered doors in june didn't get install for almost 4 months later, now corporate was giving me a gift card and I've been on hold for over 45min and no one has came back to the phone, It just doesn't make sense

Lowe's Trying to get a whirlpool dishwasher serviced

My wife called Lowes to try and get our 15-year-old Whirlpool dishwasher serviced and waited 45 minutes in the call queue. "Layla" wouldn't listen to what my wife said and kept asking about the previous owner of our house and asking the previous owner about the dishwasher's warranty. When my wife finally got through to this clod that we weren't making a warranty claim, she transferred the call to Whirlpool's service queue without warning. What a pathetic "customer service" circus.

They came out to measure for installation. When they returned with countertop they measured the area around the sink to large. My cast iron sink fell threw the hole they cut for the sink damaging all the piping under the sink. Had to hire plumber to replace pipes. Supposedly I'm suppose to get reimbursed and haven't heard or received reimbursement yet. Poor installation, poor service, poor company. Oct 2021- Dec 14, 2021.

West Knoxville location uses a delivery company rated "F" by the better business bureau. Always ask who is delivering. If they say SERVICE DIRECT cancel order immediately!!! Lowe's Samsung washer 5/7/18 & dryer 3/11/19

Bought washer and problems with it from get go and also from dryer twice was told it was to be bought out and these people are rediculous and would not even call back this time every excuse 1) wrong phone number 2) no email listed 3) too many phone calls coming in to handle 4) too many repairs to help with 5) too many machines breaking down.

Look my washer and dryer have been goofing since start door wouldn't even close as of 11/23 had to call 11/25 at 9 am appt for Monday between 9 and 12 the place didn't get fax til 12 noon Monday duh so need any more now 12/10/2021 still nowhere in repair of washer or dryer door fixed but washer drum not and dryer still takes two or three times to dry things cleaned vents out by two companies at cost of 900 bucks cost of new machine. Good grief give me a break when is Samsung going to review these machines and when is Lowe's respectfully living up to Warrenty. If not Lowe's should rip name off this company for sure

Where is my washer and dryer and proper rebate in full no fair

Guess I need to file with BBB if you all cannot get things documented on how many repairs and how much trouble and how many tedious calls I have had to call in to you all and this is truly rediculous. You need better up to date computers

Lowe's Washer and Dryer delivery

I bought a washer and dryer from my Lowe's in Jensen Beach. I was given a delivery date, took off of work, and the dryer was defective. I waited for someone to contact me on the new delivery date but it never came. When I contacted them I was met with rude customer service. Finally my order was rescheduled and confirmed by the delivery company so I took off another day of work only to find out the scheduled the delivery for a different day! I've now missed 2 days of work for nothing and the only response I get is there's nothing they can do about it. Not a great way to do business Lowe's and no one takes responsibility for anything!

Lowe's Delivery of product we ordered to an old address

Recently we purchased a set of Levalor blinds for our bedroom. We are so happy with them we decided to by two more for out storage room. Both sets of blinds were ordered on line through the same website. The first set was delivered to our home with no problem. But for some reason the second set was sent to our old address in Illinois from 6 years ago. Every month for 6 years I have received my bill at my new address here in Texas. I called customer support and they told me that the address they shipped them to was the only address they had for us in their system. I wonder how that is possible when the bill comes to my current address. The customer service representative told me there was nothing they could do and my only option was to order them again in the hopes that they would get delivered to the right address. I have been a loyal customer of Lowes for a long time. Now I will not be going there again and my plan is the do everything I can to damage their reputation. To say that I am angry would be an understatement. This is not what I call customer service.

Lowe's Samsung washer

I have a extended warranty on my washer. originally called because my washer would sometimes not spin and i smelt a burning smell when I opened it. called Lowes the sent some one out. he was very nasty grabbing his privates and cursing like crazy. He ended up flooding my wash room and hallway. he then told my it was something stuck in the motor that makes it spin that why it flooded. however that was not true. he then said it was fixed went to use it the same night and started pouring water out the bottom of the washer. and its hard to think that he needed to drill one bolt that long . called in again to Lowes and told them i do not know at this point what he has done this is not the reason i called in to begin with. they sent someone out again. he then states its a clog in the drain line which is not true. and a month later i still have no washer and Lowes is giving me the run around . and not wanting to do a buy out. on something they created and the tech does not know what he has done to it at this point. because it was not leaking/pouring water out the bottom before he touched it. you call in to Lowes and half the time the person you are talking to doesn't do there job. so when you do a fallow up call you then find out they have no clue what you are talking about and the person before them has not documented anything.

Lowe's Want refund

Had none windows put in in the summer of his year(2021). The windows are supposed to let down and screen can go up so air can come in from the top. The screens never did that and they are the incorrect screens. I have for months trying to get someone here to fix the issue. All they do is push the issue to the side and see if someone else would be bothered. Its almost next year and they still have not fixed the issue. I called 800-Lowes and made a complaint and all they did was call the store manager inwhich he calls me all of a sudden and claim he was going to order new screens. A month went by and the installer comes again with the same screens that are on the window. He stated, " these are the same windows no difference, Ion know why they sent me out here to fix this im just the installer. But I will report back to them bout this."

Another window goes by and I go into the store ask for the manager Shane. He has quick because so many issues(Terrance stated-stor3e manager now). Terrance took my name and number (AGAIN) claim he was going to contact Mr Corey(DM) and get back with me. Another two weeks went by Spoke with another manager (Keisha) she stated she didnt know nothing about the issue I was having and looked up my order. She stated Terrance was out until January02, 2022. She called Jeremy (ASM) on the phone he asking same question "what's exactly wrong with the screens." She then intel stated Jeremy was out until Monday(It was a Friday) he would contact Mr.Corey and he would call me Monday(11/29/21). Today is 12/06/21 and he still has not called me. Now Im in the phone(on hold) with installation team whom is calling the store to put in another work order for the same dam screens.
Do not purchase windows with Lowes go with Champion. They were my first choice but me being so cheap went with Lowes. Do not purchase cabinets form Lowes either. They want the business so bad that they sell you windows and it takes 5 months to receive them and they have no contractors to install them for you. Had that same problem three months, Had 30 boxes of cabinets just sitting on my deck because they had no one to install them. These were special ordered windows.

I want my freaking money back for these windows.

Lowe's delivering of washer and dryer

Lowes delivered our purchased appliances 12/3/21 the deliverer could not speak English, the adjustable feet on the dryer were tilted at an angle I pointed it out to them they just twisted it back to look good after they left, I found that the adjusters were broken {I'll call the warranty department} but if I ever buy another appliance from Lowes and it delivered by anyone that can't speak English I we'll not accept delivery.
I would like 4 new adjusters for our Dryer and the electrical cable connector that came with the dryer that the deliverers did not leave.
