West Knoxville location uses a delivery company rated "F" by the better business bureau. Always ask who is delivering. If they say SERVICE DIRECT cancel order immediately!!! Waited two weeks for delivery, when they finally arrived they could not use the driveway even though we alerted Lowe's to the hill they would need to climb (including pictures). "Oh no...

Repairs were completed and 10/24/2021. At the time I filed the claim I told the gentleman about the water damage. He said the store had Insurance for this and would hook me up with claims. Lowe's Samsung washer 5/7/18 & dryer 3/11/19

Bought washer and problems with it from get go and also from dryer twice was told it was to be bought out and these people are rediculous and would not even call back this time every excuse 1) wrong phone number 2) no email listed 3) too many phone calls coming in to handle 4) too many repairs to help with 5) too many machines breaking down.

Look my washer and dryer have been goofing since start door wouldn't even close as of 11/23 had to call 11/25 at 9 am appt for Monday between 9 and 12 the place didn't get fax til 12 noon Monday duh so need any more now 12/10/2021 still nowhere in repair of washer or dryer door fixed but washer drum not and dryer still takes two or three times to dry things cleaned vents out by two companies at cost of 900 bucks cost of new machine. Good grief give me a break when is Samsung going to review these machines and when is Lowe's respectfully living up to Warrenty. If not Lowe's should rip name off this company for sure

Need to be sincerely reviewed by headquarters and assembled properly. Customers pissed off for sure at this propaganda of phone tag and no response by email or phone rediculous is this a game to save the pot money

Where is my washer and dryer and proper rebate in full no fair

Guess I need to file with BBB if you all cannot get things documented on how many repairs and how much trouble and how many tedious calls I have had to call in to you all and this is truly rediculous. You need better up to date computers

You give them to students yearly
Why not have all these replaced and have these updated and given to students for their school work at home

Makes a big difference again if the Warrenty cannot start up to the name of LOWES get a new company remove these jerks and replace them

Stand up to LOWES name which is very proud for all who buy because we buy for the RED. WHITE. And BLUE and true support of our military and true support of items bought through the stores.

Please do something about this and u truly will Support. Gain. Honor Trust and show your staff the truth of the GUARENTEES. Which have not been so good lately and need to improve

Shall we work on this at a Corporate level and weave this through the Lowe's Warrenty for all things from saws to floors and sealing fans all find of things yes your store sells everything with warranties in them

Lowe's Washer and Dryer delivery

I bought a washer and dryer from my Lowe's in Jensen Beach. I was given a delivery date, took off of work, and the dryer was defective. I waited for someone to contact me on the new delivery date but it never came. When I contacted them I was met with rude customer service. Finally my order was rescheduled and confirmed by the delivery company so I took off another day of work only to find out the scheduled the delivery for a different day! I've now missed 2 days of work for nothing and the only response I get is there's nothing they can do about it. Not a great way to do business Lowe's and no one takes responsibility for anything!

Lowe's Delivery of product we ordered to an old address

Recently we purchased a set of Levalor blinds for our bedroom. We are so happy with them we decided to by two more for out storage room. Both sets of blinds were ordered on line through the same website. The first set was delivered to our home with no problem. But for some reason the second set was sent to our old address in Illinois from 6 years ago. Every month for 6 years I have received my bill at my new address here in Texas. I called customer support and they told me that the address they shipped them to was the only address they had for us in their system. I wonder how that is possible when the bill comes to my current address. The customer service representative told me there was nothing they could do and my only option was to order them again in the hopes that they would get delivered to the right address. I have been a loyal customer of Lowes for a long time. Now I will not be going there again and my plan is the do everything I can to damage their reputation. To say that I am angry would be an understatement. This is not what I call customer service.

Lowe's Samsung washer

I have a extended warranty on my washer. originally called because my washer would sometimes not spin and i smelt a burning smell when I opened it. called Lowes the sent some one out. he was very nasty grabbing his privates and cursing like crazy. He ended up flooding my wash room and hallway. he then told my it was something stuck in the motor that makes it spin that why it flooded. however that was not true. he then said it was fixed went to use it the same night and started pouring water out the bottom of the washer. and its hard to think that he needed to drill one bolt that long . called in again to Lowes and told them i do not know at this point what he has done this is not the reason i called in to begin with. they sent someone out again. he then states its a clog in the drain line which is not true. and a month later i still have no washer and Lowes is giving me the run around . and not wanting to do a buy out. on something they created and the tech does not know what he has done to it at this point. because it was not leaking/pouring water out the bottom before he touched it. you call in to Lowes and half the time the person you are talking to doesn't do there job. so when you do a fallow up call you then find out they have no clue what you are talking about and the person before them has not documented anything.

Lowe's Want refund

Had none windows put in in the summer of his year(2021). The windows are supposed to let down and screen can go up so air can come in from the top. The screens never did that and they are the incorrect screens. I have for months trying to get someone here to fix the issue. All they do is push the issue to the side and see if someone else would be bothered. Its almost next year and they still have not fixed the issue. I called 800-Lowes and made a complaint and all they did was call the store manager inwhich he calls me all of a sudden and claim he was going to order new screens. A month went by and the installer comes again with the same screens that are on the window. He stated, " these are the same windows no difference, Ion know why they sent me out here to fix this im just the installer. But I will report back to them bout this."

Another window goes by and I go into the store ask for the manager Shane. He has quick because so many issues(Terrance stated-stor3e manager now). Terrance took my name and number (AGAIN) claim he was going to contact Mr Corey(DM) and get back with me. Another two weeks went by Spoke with another manager (Keisha) she stated she didnt know nothing about the issue I was having and looked up my order. She stated Terrance was out until January02, 2022. She called Jeremy (ASM) on the phone he asking same question "what's exactly wrong with the screens." She then intel stated Jeremy was out until Monday(It was a Friday) he would contact Mr.Corey and he would call me Monday(11/29/21). Today is 12/06/21 and he still has not called me. Now Im in the phone(on hold) with installation team whom is calling the store to put in another work order for the same dam screens.
Do not purchase windows with Lowes go with Champion. They were my first choice but me being so cheap went with Lowes. Do not purchase cabinets form Lowes either. They want the business so bad that they sell you windows and it takes 5 months to receive them and they have no contractors to install them for you. Had that same problem three months, Had 30 boxes of cabinets just sitting on my deck because they had no one to install them. These were special ordered windows.

I want my freaking money back for these windows.

Lowe's delivering of washer and dryer

Lowes delivered our purchased appliances 12/3/21 the deliverer could not speak English, the adjustable feet on the dryer were tilted at an angle I pointed it out to them they just twisted it back to look good after they left, I found that the adjusters were broken {I'll call the warranty department} but if I ever buy another appliance from Lowes and it delivered by anyone that can't speak English I we'll not accept delivery.
I would like 4 new adjusters for our Dryer and the electrical cable connector that came with the dryer that the deliverers did not leave.

Lowe's SS Refrigerator with 5 year extended warranty

Purchased October 1, 2020. Had to be unplugged to retrieve airpods from underneath. Thereafter the compressor went out. Contacted Lowe's September 30, 2021. Opened claim a few days thereafter. They assigned a 1 star rated Appliance company. They went out on Oct. 5th and reported back to Lowe's on Oct. 6th that the compressor needed replacing. Oct. 8th supposedly it was approved by Lowe's. I called Mid October and was told we had to keep waiting because they have 45 days to determine if the part will arrive in an acceptable time frame. If not, it would be replaced. I phoned Nov. 3rd and was told they denied the claim because the Appliance company supposedly stated that we went to the fridge and poured water over the outlet. Who would do such a thing? The outlet works. No water source nearby. We had to buy another fridge that is plugged into that same outlet. Lowe's Claims is unwilling to repair or replace.

Desired outcome: New fridge. We waited 2 months now.

Lowe's Maytag Front Loading Washer Leaking for 10 days

I have called [protected] at least 5 times and all they say is that they don't have anyone in my area to fix my washer. I live just by Green Bay, Appleton, Oshkosh Wisconsin. They sold me the washer-dryer combination but never said that no one in the area would be able to fix them. I also purchased their Protection Plus plan thinking everything would be covered. To date nothing has happened except when I call they say " we will contact " somebody in their organization.

Desired outcome: Fix the washer or replace it.

Lowe's installation services through HANDY TECHNOLOGY

I have been trying to have a garage door opener installed. I ordered this service November 15, 2021 and was contacted by Handy, third party company. Since the original scheduled install day, Handy has rescheduled my install date 3 times. ESeveral time that I have spoken to a so-called customer representative, they are very belligerent. They do not have any reps in the states and speaking to the people in the Philippines is difficult trying to understand what they are saying. This has resulted in hangups on both ends of the calls.
I WOULD NEVER USE LOWES FOR ANY TYPE OF INSTALLATION DUE TO THIS 3RD PARTY COMPANY -HANDY TECHNOLOGY

Lowe's Terrible customer service on Black Friday

I went in to the Mountain Home, AR Lowe's to shop Black Friday deals. Picked up a few things. Found a row with some of the ladders but not the 22ft Little Giant ladder for $159. I found a nearby employee and asked about the ladder. I was told if they're not with the other ladders they must be gone already. Well, it was about 1:00PM but this is a small town. On my way out I asked ANOTHER employee and was told the exact same thing. Today (Sunday Nov 28) I went in to pick up a 32" six panel pre-hung door and look around at some other things and there with the ladders are 4 or 5 of the Little Giant 22ft ones. And the cardboard in the middle is all warped and faded from being wet a couple times. So it seems the employees have no idea how to locate anything and they DID HAVE more of these ladders. But because of their extreme incompetance I missed out on a good deal. I'm VERY disappointed in my recent experience.

Desired outcome: Would be nice if I could get that ladder for $159.

Lowe's Fridge Delivery

After Breaking My Storm Door and Damaging the Back plate of new Refrigerator Did not make us sign for it and now after 4 calls no answer just saying after 72 hours somebody will call but never closed the claim 2 times I will not use lowes again and see the bad reviews everywhere as a landlord of multiple homes Normore lowes there Customer service is BS waste of Time

Lowe's Customer service

I place a large order of laminate flooring, stair noses an 1/4 rounds. Order # [protected]. Part of my order was 40 boxes of sierra hemlock laminate flooring. I received only 36 boxes. My contractor was here starting the work. I decided to go to Piscataway, NJ store and got and paid for the missing boxes. I contacted Lowe's 4 time now trying to get the credit for the 4 missing boxes from my original order. Come on this is not rocket science... What kind of people work the customer service. Extremely dissatisfied. I will not shop at Lowe's going forward. Please look into this and have my account credited. Please advise via email [protected]@gmail.com. ty!

We ordered 3 doors in July that we were told would only take 30 days to arrive. We paid $2801.25 in cash which included installation. We are still waiting for those doors to be installed. Nobody from Lowe's is willing to resolve this issue. Now we're being told we can't get them installed until January 2022. So disgusted with this company. Clearly taking...

Lowe's Order#[protected]

my delivery was rescheduled from morning to afternoon without my knowledge, yet they never show up and didn't even give me a call, and when I called late at night, I was told my schedule was changed to Wednesday again without my knowledge, they claimed that they will compensate my troubles by giving me a $50 credit and promised to deliver my refrigerator first thing in the morning on Wednesday with a confirmation call Today, yet I received no call, so I had to call back this morning and realized they DID NOT keep their promises and didnt even create any reference regarding my complaint, instead they rescheduled my delivery to Nov 29, again without my knowledge, and also telling me it is not confirmed until 28, apparently Lowe did nothing to resolve my problems nor value me as a customer, I am deeply disappointed and mad, I will do my very best to tell everyone on all social media about my experience

Lowe's Exterior Ceiling Fan

I purchased a ceiling fan from the Jefferson Hwy. store in New Orleans La. and I hired an electrician to install it. He said he got it mounted but he noticed that the wires on the fan had been twisted and also the down pipe is on a slant. Then when he tried to setup the remote control the dip switches were all out of position and there are two different brand batteries in the remote control. This item was obviously returned, reboxed and resold to me and I'm stuck with a used broken fan and a $200 invoice from the electrician. The order number is #[protected]. The situation is not good.
