Male management is insulting, hard to deal with and a waste of taxpayers dollars per hour.
July 23, approx 12 o'clock I purchased at bottle of wine on sale as per pricing on the shelf. The purchase went through at regular price. The pricing had not been adjusted in the system before advertised on the shelf.
I was told I had to wait for a manager before the girl could return my debited amount and recharge. The manager took his time.
This resulted in a big lineup and only one (usually female) teller.
The manager told me it was just my luck, was rude, impatient with my problem and insisted on taking my original receipts for photocopy.
After waiting, I knocked on his door asking for my receipts and please let me leave. I could see him taking his time. He was very ungrateful, rude, not a nice guy. This is very representative of the male managers of the Albion mall lcbo.
Maybe it's the clientele, the neighborhood, but the managerial attitude is unwelcome, any errors are the fault of the customers and any problems resolved are done with typical albion lcbo distaste, take far too long and make all the customers unhappy with the store employees.
I buy good table wine often and haven't these terrible experiences elsewhere.
I don't know today's managers name. I've had the misfortune to deal with a Matty, who is the worst of the lot.
