Levi Strauss & Co. review: I am complaining about the service

22 December 2019 around 12-1pm, Levi's outlet at Bedok Mall, Singapore

I am complaining about the female staff who is not helpful and not friendly at all! When my husband is asking the staff for the stretchable jeans, the staff respond with the black face and impatiently: what size you wear? Whenever my husband needs help, the staff's replies is really unfriendly and impatiently, and when the last question my husband ask her, her eyes looking at another corner and doesn't seem like want to entertain my husband! My husband very frustrated and walk out from the store, he said he rather go to the Tampines' outlet!

I just wonder should such bad service provided by Levi's? I believe Levi's is a well-known brand around the world and your service should be the top one. I can't believe this female staff provide such attituded service to the consumers and that is really Levi's!

Hope the management should look into this matter and train the staff with the positive attitude as Levi's is the service line.
