I purchased two pairs of Levi jeans at Kohl's. Tags cut and jeans washed, I went to put on my black boot cut stretch denim jeans only to find the side seam twisted and almost coming down the front of the leg. Now I'm paying for jeans I will never wear. Pretty expensive pair of shorts. You would think with the price of these jeans quality control would be too notch.

I have ben a loyal customer for over 50 years (I am 70)but my recent purchases have been seriously disapppointing, jeans ripped acoross the knees ! I do not crawl across the floor!I cannot afford to replace these, what happened to your quality!

I'm 4'11 only 97lbs, I've always had issues finding jeans because of my body size and my bf convinced me to try Levi's. He's bought 2 pairs and the first didn't fit the second pair fit ok give or take EXCEPT the knees look as if they stitched it wrong and the stitching itself is WAY off. It looks like my knees would fit better if I wore them backwards, I WILL NOT BUY FROM LEVIS AGAIN . I should've stuck to old navy or better yet Goodwill. Secondhand jeans are better than Levi's and I'm so so so disappointed cause I was genuinely looking forward to owning a pair of Levi's . Disappointed and let down.

Purchased from Kohls online Aug 23rd. They are only 3 months old and one of the shoe string holes has torn. Only thing hold the lace is a thread.

I used to love the Levi brand. Now the quality of the material used has changed so much, they are undistinguishable from any jeans purchased at Target or Walmart. I just purchased my last pair of Levis. Tell me, are they made in China now? They remind me of a Chinese made product, as compared to American made. Looks like you wanted to cu
t deeply the cost of material. as well as labor. Cheap, Cheap, Cheap!

Visited a Levi store to purchase jeans
A censor was still attached to my jeans and I proceed to the cashier to bring it to her attention. Your manager Matt was nice enough to call me an honest thief. Not only was I insulted I was humiliated. It took everything in me not to make a scene. The cashier and I wish I could remember her name apologized for him and I told her it wasn't her fault. Because of her I still bought a pair of jeans. I think u need to make your employees/managers more aware of insulting people. I don't want to insinuate that because he was white and I am non white that that was the issue but it sure felt like it. He was rude and ignorant! Please bring this to HIS attention so he doesn't make the same mistake with someone else that won't be as polite and walk away.

There is a long split beside rear left pocket, , I have only worn these 5 times and I have two pairs that both have same problem.. I would like a replacement or refund.. I got them at Wal Mart so Im not sure if I should return them to the store or to you.. I have bought Levis for many years with no problems until now. They are Signature S51 Straight. My son bought two pair two weeks ago.one pair has ripped out by the right pocket.Did not last at all! Is there any warranty or way to replace?
These were bought at a walmart.

I bought a pair of your 501 grey levi's at Macy's. I wear size 32 so I bought a pair size 33 to allow for shrinkage. I tried them on first and they were lose. I thought perfect, by the time they shrink they will be fine. They shrunk so much that I can't even get the button to the hole. I even washed them in cold water and hung dry. I have bought levi's for 50 years and never had this problem. Now I am out 52.00 dollars. Took them back to Macy's but they wouldn't let exchange them cause they were washed. Being a reputable company as you are I am hoping you will do something about it. I am sure you don't expect me to buy 2 or 3 pair to see witch ones will work.

I have been a faithful cons in mer of Levi 501's for at least 40 years in the past few years I have stopped purchasing Levi's due to the fact they are so hard to unbutton, never had this problem when they were bought in the early years . The button holes are so close together and the holes are so tight . My fingers did not get any bigger, I also noticed that they are not made in America anymore, I still try them on when needing to replace my worn out ones that I still can unbutton due to that they are that old but, when they are so close I go to a competition company . I purchased a LEVI STRAUSS & CO pair of 514 jeans It is a gray blue when I washed them I used a shout it out spray on two small spots. When I washed them on gentle wash and two large red spots showed up and I can not get them out.
any suggestions. I have used shout it out on all your other jeans.

10 months ago purchased three pairs of 550's. Two pair have holes at the top of back pockets and ripped below the zipper. I disposed of the first ripped pair and now that the second pair ripped, thought that I should notify you.

We are in our 60's and have always wore Levi's. It is disappointing to experience the quality of Levi jeans have greatly diminished.

I have been wearing Levi jeans all my adult life, 50+ years. I have two pair of 505 jeans that have tears at the back pocket. These jeans have bee washed less than 5 times each. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. I have never any other complaints about Levi products and they are my preferred jean. I can see by the number of complaints that this is a Levi quality issue. I do not have an original receipt. I am requesting a refund for two pairs of jeans.

In the past year I have purchased two new pairs of Levi 516 jeans. Both split in the same place, vertically beside the back pocket and one on the first wearing. The store (Marks Work Wearhouse) replaced them and then one of the replacement pairs split again in the same place. I took them in for repair at a dry cleaners and they told me that they receive lots of Levi jeans for repair, usually in that same place beside the pocket. They had three pairs in the store at that moment. The repaired pair just split again within a month, right next to the repair. I have been wearing Levi jeans for 50 years and all previous pairs have lasted many years and usually finally giving out at the knee. This is new. I think you have a problem at the manufacturing end.

Hi, my husband bought the pumps 3 weeks ago for occasional use and has only worn them 5 times . They have already split away from the upper shoe along the sides of. both shoe. He has been a loyal customer of Levi since the early 70's and continues to wear your jeans today. He is really disappointed that this has happened so quickly after purchasing them. In the photographs provided, you can see by the sole they are still very new.

These jeans must be made of some very inferior cotton. One month old and they have a 2 inch tear in the crotch area, just next to the inseam and about 2 inches below the zipper.
No object tore into this area - I know because it would have hurt me in a very sensitive place if it did.
The fabric ripped because, maybe, the cotton is not as tough as it used to be. I remember how durable my old levi's were.
You cannot wear these jeans for any type of work.
Remember - jeans are to be tough enough to work in - gardening, shovelling, digging, farm work etc...

These jeans are for fashion shows, not work.
What happened to your durable quality ?

I just bought a pair less than a month ago at Sam's Club and the seat split next to the pocket and this is not the first time. If the company makes an iron on patch I would like to know where to get one. This is not the first time that this has happened. I like the jeans but will have to find another product. I paid $29.00 for them and want a refund.

I bought two pairs of shoes (identical) one brown and one blue. As I tried them in the store they felt comfortable. However, when I started wearing them regularly they started biting into my ankles (under the bone). Now it has gotten to a point that I cannot wear them and would like to return. I did not keep the receipt because I had no intention of returning. This is the number written on the lapel of the shoes:

In September of 2020, I purchased a Levi & Strauss jacket for over $100. Three months later, in December of 2020, the zipper broke (could not zip up jacket), making the jacket unwearable in the winter.
I had to pay a tailor $45 to replace the zipper because it was unrepairable.
