Two pairs of my 550 Relaxed Jeans tore at the crotch. A pocket ripped on a different pair. Intuitively I knew the quality changed and was in denial. Levi's was my choice for 30+ years. I thought if I bought the darker colors instead of the lighter wash jeans the fabric would be stronger. I was wrong. Over the years I see the country of origin changed. I assumed the quality control would be the same as before. What happened?

Same customer add on comment. The rear pocket is torn on another pair. I have a closet full of faded jeans without tears.
