I drove two hours to go to the Levi store in the Tanger Mall. After shopping I stood in line for 15 minutes without the line moving so I took my 7 month old and 5 yr old to another store with the intentions of returning to the Levi store in hopes the line would be shorter but when I returned at 6:25pm I was not let in the store. I was told that they had took there last customer at 6:30 due to covid. I pleaded with the young sales associate, told him that it was only 6:25. He said he was sorry but the manager told him he couldn't let anyone else in. He even ask her and she said no. If they were closing early then there should have been a sign on the door saying so. I specifically looked at the stores hours before I took the kids to another store. I was so upset I almost started crying.
