I have the extended warranty, sometime in April to May of last year 2022 the ice maker quite working water just cam out into the ice cube tray and froze into a solid block of ice. They send a service person out, realized the problem and order the new part. I was out west Aug and Sept and was called that the part was in and would like to come fix it, PS l wasn't home.

When l got back to reschedule an appointment and l guess the place closed down and Leon extended warranty people could not find anybody to repair it the fridge and offered me #1400 l said yes until l found out it was only to be used towards another fridge and l sad nu get it fixed.

I am still waiting PSA little frustrated and disappointed with the way things were handled and now the fridge is not working. Not sure when it started l I am thinking sometime towards the end of Dec l phoned on the Dec 26 have not hear back from but l have called a couple of times

I went through my warranty to get my couch and loveseat replaced. It was assessed and I received an email stating that Leons will replace my furniture for 1699 for sofa and 1699 for loveseat. I then received an email from Leons stating that I bought my couch during a sale so I am only give $1921 to replace both Loveseat and Sofa. I will be unable to find a leather set for that price. I feel its unfair that I was sold furniture that only lasted a year and a half and is now falling apart and now i need to use cash out of my own pocket to replace it. I bought a 4 thousand dollar set and a month later it went on sale so i was given money back. Now the couch/loveseat is no good after a short time and I am expected to buy more furniture from your store? I purchase all my furniture in my house from Leons and can honestly say if im forced to pay money for a new couch I will not be buying from Leons again. The Zucora Home Waranty claim # is 6784193
