Since LBC form is not same as expected for filling address so counter the problem I print a complete address to a 1/4 piece of bond paper. I give to the rider in put it inside the pouch with the cellphone to return. Often times I check the status of the parcel expecting to received by the recipient for a day or two but to my surprised the status of my parcel stays for for4 days in one station this the return voids. Until now 10-10-26 still not delivered

Four days stuck in one station is not normal, and "return void" means someone needs to physically check that pouch. Go back to the Trece Martirez Cabuco branch and ask for the branch manager, not the counter staff. Bring your tracking number, receipt, and the printed address copy. Ask them to scan the parcel in front of you and show exactly where it is, then give you a written status and a delivery date. If they cannot, file a formal complaint with LBC customer care the same day, and copy the DTI consumer office. Demand delivery or a refund and keep every reference number.
