Hi this is Alger Glova. I need your help because I keep on tracking my parcel and they told me that it would be delivered that day but I rechecked it again and they told me this "Shipment issue. Please get in touch with us through our official customer care channels" what will I do? I need your help. This is my tracking number [protected]. Hoping for your fast reply. Thank you

    Nag order po ako sa lazada at nagtrack ako nang order ko dun ang sabi "Shipment issues" ano po ba gagawin ko?

    It's more than 3 months n UNG package ko. Tracking was found n nkrting n Ng Pinas Ang box ko. But then after deliver to Batangas warehouse, while dapat s Nueva Ecija ideniliver. nwala n UNG contact at nkablock n ko s LBC on messenger. Pera po Ang ginamit nmin s laman Ng package at pgpapadala. Sna maaksiyonan agd.

    My shipment was delivered from bicol 11 days back. still I didn't receive my shipment yet.
    If I check my tracking id. since 8 days it is showing enroute to cebu delivery team.
    According to ur lead time I should recievy parcel tomorrow. until now shipment don't reach the destination city only.

    4 days na hindi pa din gumagalaw ang parcel ko. :(
    sobrang lapit lang ng destination, sobrang mahal, sobrang tagal.

    very disappointed ako sa LBC. sobra kayong sumingil pero yung service nyo sobrang pangit.

    sana mabasa to ng kinauukulan, para naman mabigyan ng leksyon ang LBC.

    Sobrang daming delay order na po kami. Di nabibigay sa mga customer ko mga parcel nila . Ano ba dapat kong gawin lahat po ng sinisearch ko na tracking number puro your shipment issue.

    sa susunod nyan LBC naman magsasara..ayaw nalang sabihin kung for pick-up di ung shipment issue eh never naman nagtry ideliver..

    Hindi pa po kayo nag ticket ng ready for pick up po. Pick up daw po ni client yung order po nya next week. Eto po yung Tracking number nya [protected]. Thank you po.

    Lagi lagi n lng nmn LbC sasabhn nyo ready for delivery d nyo nmn dinedeliver tapos i ka cancel nyo tapos sasabhin nyo pa n rejected at doorstep. D nga nyo nga deneliver pano marereject at doorstep. Plagi shipment issue bakit d nyo n lng sabhin n d kau ng do door to door. Nakakainis sana mn lng tumawag kau my number nmn kming bnbgay plag n lng d nkkarating mga order q sa lazada.
