May Parcel na ipinadala sa akin noong October 15, 2022 pa, galing manila. Pick up date ay October 18-21, 2022. Bakit ngayon wala pa din yung parcel ko? Para sana iyon sa birthday. I visit one of your branch at taguig early in the morning to claim the sent money by my sister. Just so you know, one of the representative ask my details for them to send me a message once there's an enough money for me to claim the money that i am going to claim, around 1pm i ask my staff to go back at lbc to ask if they have the enough bills for me to claim, then , they said be back at 2pm.. So , here i come. I went back, then ask, kinda rude behavior of your representative na Nagsabi nag iipun pa nga kmi sir para mbigay yung claim mo, diba etetxt po kita, anung oras na? so pag gabi pa magttxt gabi ko p mkukuha? And he said pa, sa iba niyo nlng kunin , db pwd sa Cebuana? ibng ML or LBC? kaya nga pumunta ako s branch n to kasi ito malapit then itataboy ako? Where is the Customer Experience values? Knowledgeable ba sya n d pwd makuha sa Cebuana ang padala from ML? Please reorient one! Kinda disappointed!

Package or order fr yesstyle (overseas) is not yet received as of now but per checking the LBC track & trace, the package is laready delivered to me.

Haven't receievd any response on email and autamatic answering machines on landline contact number.

Please do sent a proof of delivery and the recipient details if the package is really delivered. No package is received as of now, no notificiation of delivery or any calls/messages yet, just the status on the website insisting it was delivered.

The seller sent me the wrong items i dont know if what she really want but i attached a pictures of our convo and my orders to her and when I received the parcel i just found out that the item was not my order and it was inccorect when i looked the sellers contact number i found out that theres nothing indicated and when i informed the seller she blocked me right away. Now i need to get the refund of my payment since the delivery man told that i will inform the lbc with regards to this! Hope you could solve this right away.

Good day.The estimated arrival date of the parcel on the branch was Sept.24-27. Tracking number [protected] and this is COP.I keep tracking it online and still it is "enroute to Davao" until now.I went to the pick up branch last Sept.28 but still gave me the same update "enroute to Davao".Usually it will takes 4-5 days only with my parcels with plants from Luzon to arrive at the pick up branch.Plants might get dried up and die.please help. I just had my plants delivered with all my orchids damaged.All 5 orchids' canes were broken and also the flowers. They keep on transferring me from one branch to another for the refund.The orchids issue got resolved already.The Bislig Branch provided me the shipping fee refund.I hope i can also get an answer with this problem.

Last august 29,and why until now my cargo is still in port of origin when i track and trace this is my tracking number [protected] ,may i know how many days it will take to be ship ,because as far as i know you have scheduled date for sending it.i know that it takes how many days to received but the question is why still here in riyadh ,

At robinsons magnolia branch, sept 13, 1655H, the people from this branch don’t have any tactics/system to make your customers’ lives easier. I was gonna claim my package, but they made me wait for 2 hours just to claim my single package. They are not very respectful of their customers’ time. They’re not accommodating. They open only 1 counter, when in fact there are 2 or 3 counters. Honestly, this is the worst experience I’ve had from any courier companies. Incompetent!

My item was delivery postponed why?

STOP USING LBC! My mom sends balikbayan boxes to our relatives in the Philippines. In the last few months, she sent a box almost every month. It was discovered that a lot of items were stolen from the boxes and the boxes were re-taped. We don’t know where between Los Angeles and Manila the items got stolen. I don’t know what this site could do to prevent the LBC boxes to be opened by their workers and for them to steal the content. I just had to write this to let others who use LBC to be aware of our experience. We have stopped using LBC. We switched to Atlas in hopes that their employees are not dishonest like LBC’s. We realize how hard life is in the Philippines and probably why these people get tempted to steal. But you have to also realize that we work hard for what we buy and send to our relatives in the Philippines, and they are not financially well that is why we help out and send them a box here and there.

Hello i waited all day for the delivery today but nothing arrived even though i tracked it early in the morning and it said “expect delivery today”. But now that i checked again, “shipment is with a concern, please get in touch with our official customer channels” was what was posted, please help me out. The things inside that package are for gifts to very loved people in my life.

My parcel was not delivered for the third time for the reason that my said address they said is incomplete, which is very impossible since you were able to deliver three of our parcel last August 20, 2022 with tracking number [protected], [protected] & [protected] and with the same address. I called up your call center when the second delivery attempt was unsuccessful, but still the same situation, incomplete address. Maybe your staff is just being lazy to deliver my parcel. FYI: my address is a subdivision wherein one of your branch is located outside the said subdivision, also the subdivision officer confirmed that they received parcels for our homeowners on those same days that my parcel is supposed to be delivered.

Your people in california gardens lbc branch is not approachable at all. They seem to be racist and judgemental with how you look. I am so offended the way they look at each other and talk about me then ask each other is this id even valid. I already tried to cashout money from them many times already. This is not the first time that they acted that way towards me and i am really offended. Just because i dress like ragged it does not mean that i should be treayed fairly [censored] those employees of yours for being so judgemental. I've been to customer service and most of the time i was treated fairly and not like this. Sorry for my word but it is so sick to think that you are hiring those kind of employees. I am not referring to all of your employee of that branch but please do something about this. I just don't want this to happen to your other customer wherein you will be judge with the way you look.

I have booked for my package to be pick-up here in Melbourne today and no one came. No call from them as well.

I called them four times since 1 pm (melbourne time) and they said it will be pick-up between 9:00-1700 (melbourne time) It's already 20:30 at the time I'm writing this and customer service told me that they might pick up tomorrow. What's worse is that I moved my flight from last week to tomorrow early morning just for my package to be pick-up.

I will definitely entertain the option to file a case as my relatives will not received their pasalubong. Moral damages and everything.

2 days in a row the delivery courier arnel did not knock at the gate. He just left the notice that the house is closed. Please provide a mechanism that they will be able to call the recepient. If not inform the recepient an option to claim it at their lbc office. Impossible not to hear the tap on the gate. Did not even try to knock. The house looks closed but there are people inside. Did not indicate time he delivered. I am wasting time just waiting for the delivery.

My parcel has already been paid. My address was clear as crystal but the courier reported that it does not exist! how incompetent are your delivery men? should we place billboards outside our houses for them to locate the place?

and the numbers given to me to be contacted will not answer even after 15 missed calls. Please fix this. Track number [protected]

Dear LBC customer care,

I am writing to raise my concern and will also send a complaint to your complaints department.

I have made several emails of which can be traced within this thread. Several telephone calls have also been made to make follow ups and clarification regarding the collection of the Large balikbayan box which was meant to be collected (that I have booked) last Thursday 04/08/22 and no one had turned up nor made the necessary call to advise me as such and LBC had confirmed that they have my correct contact number which is [protected]. I called last Friday (05/08/22), and was falsely reassured.

Further to the call that I made today at 09:41H, I have been told again, the same non-reassuring statement, that my concern and request will be forwarded to the right team or as I understood the contractor. I had informed a few of the staff that I spoke to via telephone that the form I had been given of which I have filled in has a name of a contractor called Nestor. Can the contractor actually make the communication to enable them to collect my box please?

This is a simple and straightforward request and it seems not being addressed.

I look forward to a clear reply and collection confirmation date and time.

It all started on pickup box that we already paid online. The pickup guy in Modesto named Marvin Tiu can not understand or refuse to understand that the is already paid and just only for pickup. He insisted to get our credit card number so as the code for information and when refused, he left without picking up the box. That same night I was bombarded of messages till past 11:00 PM from a person named Patrick Cruz. Although he showed his LBC ID card on his messages, I am hesitant to believe because all along Patrick phone number was not recognized as LBC STOCKTON phone number. To make my story short, the box was pick up finally the next day. Now, I have two boxes that need to be picked up with confirmation number and I even double confirmation thru 800 number but I waited Monday, Tuesday and Friday but no show and no call. These Stockton LBC employees have unprofessional attitudes that is not acceptable in this kind of business. They ruining LBC’s name whose been in business for a long long time.

Box was received after 3 months of shipment and the following items are missing upon inspection:

1. Surf Detergent Powder (130 wash) 6kg

2. 16 Starbucks coffee pods (cappucino x4, Caffe latte x 4, Caramel machiato, americanox4)

**Box was not in good condition when received and there was a sign that it had been rummaged.
