My sister sent an item (dress) last Aug 6, 2019 thru LBC with a committed delivery date of Aug 8, 2019. We called customer care yesterday, Aug 9, 2019 since item was not yet delievered. It was raised that the item will be used by the receiver urgently. Customer care said that the item is already un Guiguinto Bulacan which is just 2towns away from our location (Pulilan). Unfortunately, until this moment (10AM) item was still not yet received and I will use the dress this afternoon. Only if LBC dis not commit that they cannot deliver the item last Aug 8 we will use other courier services but gave a committed delivery date. All customers expect on time delivery. What is more disappointing is despite raising our concern yesterday thru your customer care, our complaint was not acted upon promptly. Even if we mentioned that the dress will be used today. Nobody even bother to contact us so we resorted to calling again your customer care. This is so disappointing. You need to look deeper in your logistics since this incident resulted to dissatisfied customer. Committed delivery date is very important to us client since some items sent are urgent items.

I would like to report LBC delivery Hub in Lucena. They do not deliver our parcel that should be delivered last August 1 or 2. Track and trace keep saying that it was for delivery within the day then after a while they will state that it ready for pick up in delivery hub. Its been one week. And it gives me so much stress and to my client. Then everyday i follow up in customer service but the scenario is always the same. Pleaaassseeee... make action with this.

I was expecting my package delivered since 07Aug19. When I checked the tracking this morning, it says recipient unknown in the given address. Now I wonder if you even get to the right address. I had no problem like this before with deliveries, even the smaller delivery services such as Black Arrow and Ninjavan are able to deliver my items promptly.
Update 10Aug19:
I called the LBC customer service yesterday and according to her, rider's feedback was he talked to a certain Ms. Dela Cruz who allegedly said she doesnt know me. I saw a similar complaint for LBC using the same name. Ganito ba ang LBC, they tolerate dishonest employees even if it's ruining your reputation? I feel they have no intention of delivering door to door even if it's what they advertise. Are your riders Subcontracted? If it is then I suggest it's time to change your provider.

I sent 3 units of cellphone worth 14, 900 pesos, last July 22, and supposed to be delivered a day after at Baler, Aurora but until now August 8 nothing has arrived/received by the consignee, I went to the LBC branch that I sent the package and they trace it and found out that the package wasnt arrived in its destination and they said that they will investigate. Almost everyday I went to the LBC branch and they always say that they were waiting for update... My God! It took so long for them to have a solution for my concern. I need my package back or make a refund as soon as possible

My parcel was already picked up by my costumer and it is already reflected on the website that it has already been picked up a week ago. i tried to claim my money since it was declared branch remit, but they required me to show the text message of the branch where my parcel was picked-up, BUT THERE WAS NO TEXT MESSAGE SENT TO ME EVEN THE PHONE NUMBER I REGISTERED WAS CORRECT. until now they have no action about this and still keep insisting to me to wait for the text message before i can claim my money. slow service, package delivery overdue, constant mistakes of package delivery
We submitted a package due for delivery to Dasmarinas Cavite last July 23 amounting to 298 pesos. Around August 1, receiver told us the package isnt with them yet. We contacted LBC and theyre insisting that we provided the wrong address hence they couldnt deliver it; even if the address we provided is correct. Even the receiver has informed us that they previously receive package from LBC. They asked us to pay for another 298 pesos for retransfer of the item for pick up on their nearest branch. We requested to have it transferred to LBC Langkaan 1 Branch in Dasmarinas Cavite. The employee there issued me an official receipt which took so long to write. The employee there was a newbie and was so slow with her service. She informed that the item will be ready for pickup the next day and they will notify the receiver once it is on their branch. After that, on August 2, 2019, LBC texted me that the payment i re-paid was void and to be returned to me. On August 7, 2019, receiver informed me she hasnt received any notification and when they retracked it with tracking no. [protected] it can be seen there that they delivered it again to the wrong pickup branch. I went to LBC to re-claimed the voided payment and inform them with what happened and they only told me they will email their team. She told me, the same slow employee, that the item wasnt picked up and so they have to return it again to their main hangar or warehouse or whatever. It wasnt picked up by the receiver because it was on a weekend which they dont have any operation. How come they couldnt even let the package stay there for atleast a week for pickup or why didnt they notify the receiver? The package was long overdue for delivery and is an urgent matter. Their incompetency is causing trouble on our ends. Supplier deals are at risks here.

untimely delivery of package
Per information that had appeared from LBC tracking, my packages arrived at delivery team in Legazpi City at 12:42AM August 6, 2019. Unfortunately, these packages have not been forwarded until 5:00 PM same day to LBC Br Rizal St, Old Albay District, Legazpi City where I am supposed to pick them up. For more than 4 hours, LBC delivery Team did not bother to deliver the packages to the pick up point. Why this delay?

I've been following up this shipment for how many days now and still hasn't arrived! I really need this document and it seems like your team doesn't care. I also requested to transfer this for pick-up instead of door to door delivery, i asked for update a day after and still no actions have been made. This shipment is still pending in your bulacan warehouse! I've already mentioned so many times that this is urgent but still no actions taken. They've been saying/committing the same thing, but no one does anything! Do something about this!
horrible customer service provided by the associate/staff named marco luloy.
One of your staff from lbc marulas branch named marco luloy oic (according to him his the officer in charge that time) august.06, 2019 around 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm provided a horrible customer service. Here's what happenned I approached the lady on the front desk in regards with my encashment of my money refunded by lazada pay-out she asked me how much is the amount on my transaction. I replied to her 1.6k she answered that they will not be able to processed my request because they should meet the 100, 000 qouta. I told her ok and she referred me to the other branch which will consumed and waste my time and money. I asked her a question what if the branch that you're referring to also need to hit their qouta and also advise me to try with other branches. She did not reply though the man that has a lot of tattoo's named marco said that they will allow it. Then I filled out the form given by him then wait for my number to be call. Then during my time marco mention that there's discrepancy on the name I asked him about the exact problem. He mention about the suffix (ii) which is different from my umid (ii). I explained to him that there's no problem at all since the only difference is the second (i) is in lower case but the named itself are just same with my photo shown on the id I also have the valid tracking no. And then he disagreed he's keep on telling same answer with a rude sound. He's not treating me as a customer and he's also trembling while explaining which like he did something wrong.
In addition I called lbc customer service and spoke with jerome which he told me that I can still get the money since the only problem is just about upper and lower case letter on my suffix. I explained to him what happened earlier and he transferred me to a supervisor named madeline villanueva and vent out what I experienced in the store.
I'm looking forward for you to take a disciplinary action on that particular staff and make a review about the real meaning of good customer service not horrible customer service.

shopee package not delivered
The shopee app and the xpost integrated shows that there were 2 delivery attempts that failed in delivering my 2 packages. Usually the LBC Naval will contact me for the schedule of my delivery but now they just post the status that the adress is ODZ but our house is located near the highway of leyte leyte. The courier is not being reliable or just lazy. I have a transaction history in shopee buying in the same store, the same courier the xpost integrated and the same LBC Naval but this time the delivery has failed which is a bit frustrating.
prepaid service
Im going back so many times already at different lbc branches in signal and hagunoy taguig city area and 3days already they said that the prepaid services was unable to do the service... my reply/prepaid documents was urgently needed and until now i havent send it becos they said that the prepaid service/app was updated or change to different i dont know wat they r saying and the sysytem is always prompt error.. so how do u settle this. i always and everyday send prepaid docs and my docs are all delayed! If ur going to upgrade or change ur system pls do it properly or tell ur staff how to do it! Noy like this they having trouble with ur system we are very affected!
irregularities in ability to ship pointed objects / knives in its original packaging
According to PD No. 048 (https://www.lbcexpress.com/uploads/media/downloadable_file/0001/01/c9c1cadf25ae77e3f9a68c1e1572af6389ee080f.pdf),
Knives, kitchen and construction tools with sharp edges (i.e. Chisel, Rasps, Hand Saw),
and other sharp objects that may be used as a deadly weapon are acceptable as long as it
is in the original packaging or use proper packaging material that will cover all the sharp
edges.
My complaint is about irregularities in different branches that will allow knives, kitchen and tools with sharp edges to be shipped via LBC despite being in its original packaging or properly packaged that has a sheath or a packaging material that covers all the sharp edges. I have experienced this personally when I sent a package of unopened and in its original packaging (came from the store directly) knife and I had to open the unopened packaging in order to be allowed for shipping. Although I was able to ship this, it was unfortunate for me because this was an order of a client and client was expecting to open the packaging herself.
Friends who are in the industry of blademaking or related to knives have been having a hard time with this ruling because of the inconsistency. There are branches that allow and branches that do not allow for one reason or another. A reason we heard was that the employees who were part of the Union will not do it because they are protected by the Union so they can't be fired for this.
As someone closely working with the blade community in the Philippines, I would like to have clarification if knives in its original packaging (meaning, bought from the store) and even has a sheath covering the knife, or properly wrapped that nobody will get stabbed, is allowed to be shipped. If it is, then ALL stores, regardless if employees are part of the Union or not, should be able to ship the knives according to the required packaging.
I have attached a sample of the knife I sent which the employee asked me to open to put the knife in the sheath that's included in the packaging. In case the plastic covering cannot be seen, pls refer to the corner first knife (the orange color) to see the plastic.

I thought my parcel will be delivered on they day as it was stated on the site. To my dismay, I didn't receive any. It says that the shipment was not delivered since recipient's address is out of LBC's service area but it's just half kilometer away from my house! I also didn't receive any call or message regarding my parcel. If I didn't track and trace it, I wouldn't know. I've been calling the office many times but no one's answering.

I still did not received my shipment all of you guys same reasons and reasons that you cannot locate my address, out of delivery, unknown persons, no consignee available! Reasons and reasons but your not taking actions! I been in my house everyday and always and I never go out after work I stayed in home all the time! No one no lbc come and walang kumakatok sa bahay namin para merong magdeliver! This was already 2 months now and I still did not received the package I wanted to have! I already send you a sketch of my address the pic of the sketch but nobody tried to look for it!
I have already an appointment from my local dti office here in cebu I already called them and have already an appointment and I will file a complaint about this! This was taking too long!
undue delay in package delivery
On July 24, 2019, I sent a long brown envelope containing a motion to Allan Valencia in Cebu City thru LBC Padre Faura St., Ermita, Manila. The tracking number is 1496 4061 2328. Up to date, or after the lapsed of 7 days, the package I sent has not yet been delivered to the intended recipient.
As per verification with the LBC tracking system, the recipient's address cannot be located, thus, it instructed me to coordinate with LBC customer care channels. It further directed me to inform my recipient to claim the shipment at Cebu Claiming Team 2.
LBC system will certainly disclose that I've been sending package to Allan Valencia in Cebu in many occasions since 2018, thus, there is no valid reason for the LBC server to state that the recipient's address cannot be found. Assuming the address indeed cannot be found whatsoever, the LBS server should have called the recipient's contact number in the duplicate official receipt to trace the address. Why the LBC server did not call the recipient's number if he/she cannot locate his address?
Further, I paid for a door-to-door delivery of my package so it is improper for the LBC server to instruct the recipient to claim the shipment at Cebu Claiming Team 2.
The motion contained in the envelope could have been filed with the NLRC Regional Arbitration branch VII on July 26, 2019 (Friday) or latest on July 29, 2019 (Monday) had the same been delivered on July 25, 2019 following the transaction status that the package is "Ready for delivery. Please expect delivery within the day" on July 25, 2019. The motion is material for the execution of the judgment rendered by the NLRC in a labor case and should have been urgently filed.
On July 30, 2019, I was able to talk to certain Jon thru 8585-999 and advised me that the package will be delivered in 2 days, or until August 1, 2019. As of this writing, however, no delivery of the package has been made to Allan Valencia.
LBC should explain this undue delay of seven (7) days and counting in the delivery of my package in Cebu. Otherwise, I will be constrained to resort to legal action to protect my interest and demand for payment of damages.
Please give this matter the preferential attention it deserves.
