Ang tagal ng processing nila kasi nkikipag kwentohan pa ung cashier/teller sa kasama and akala ko first come first serve ang service nio? nauna ako magbgigay ng form sa teller kaso inuna nia pa ung sumunod skin na iprocess ang form. So un fair ang ginagawa ng teller. Sana naman imaintain yung first come first serve na policy and hindi pagandahan ang gawin nila

LBC Express delayed shipment

[protected] this is my tracking number for a shipment from a souvenier supplier from batangas to zamboanga city. The box was accepted at Bauan on August 20. The shipment was expected to arrived earliest 23 or 24 as verbalized by LBC staff. However, up until now the current update was still received at zamboanga distribution team and still has not arrived in zamboanga city. The wedding date was August 24. This is air cargo shipment..but 4-5 days still has not arrived. I am complaining for the delay of shipment, making it useless when it will arrived as the wedding has long been over. This is clearly a reflection of your poor service LBC! You just ruined a part of my wedding!

LBC Express lbc cabanatuan/shipment issue

LBC Cabanatuan where is my parcel? 3 araw na akong naghihintay and yet wala pa din dumadating.

Everytime na itatrack ko sa website nyo, puro shipment issue. WHAT IS THE ISSUE? Pwede naman siguro kayong magupdate thru text or call.

Ang dami ng complaints about LBC, and siguro dapat ayusin nyo na management and systema nyo. Kung kulang kayo sa driver edi maghiring kayo ng madami para masolve na yang problema sa delayed deliveries.

Buti pa yung ibang courier company on-time ang deliveries.

Ano pa ang silbi ng door to door kung papupuntahin ka din naman sa branch ng LBC. Ang laking abala.

LBC Express "shipment issue. please get in touch with us through our official customer care channels."

I've tried tracking my shipment but just a while ago its update was "Shipment issue. Please get in touch with us through our official customer care channels." What am I gonna do about this? I was not notified through call or text naman eh and complete naman po yung address ko. If you have trouble locating me, I can pick up naman po directly na lang kung nasang branch siya sa Gensan attached naman po ang contact number ko diyan. Thank you

LBC Express company id not accepted

Good day!

I was going to pick up my parcel (COP) but ur staff here in this branch won't allow me to received my parcel which is really important and urgent. As per ur staff there they wont accept because my company ID did not have a government number, what if wala nman talaga and everytime kumukuha ako ng pera at parcel sa branch na un COMPANY ID namn ginagamit ko! is it ur POLICY or JUST THE STAFFS THERE WERE JUST BEING SO RUDE? Please make an impact on this!

LBC Express delivery date of around aug 3 until today august 22 is not delivered

Lbc stupidity. We sent urgent hospital records to dr. Canal at x-ray dept of pgh manila. Your stupid lbc delivery man said that nobody knows the doctor there and asked another doctor and said that doctor does not know her too. Of course, so many doctors in a hospital. New and old. Intern or visiting. Stupid lbc delivery man not to ask the hospital x-ray dept or main lobby reception for more details. His stupidity is horrendous because
1. You can contact the sender of the pouch was not delivered and you stored it for weeks for what stupid reasons
2. You could have texted or call the receipt, dr. Canal to inform her of the delivery
Your stupid expensive rate, you do not have extra customer service to inform booth the sender and the recipient the pouch is accumulating dusts in your warehouse.?
That address is not that is it hard to find, fire that stupid delivery man who did not realise hospital records are urgent and lbc can not seat on it forever. We can file a case on your gross neglect. Thank you. Talking to certain in rea gallardo lbc iloilo e. Lopez branch jaro to deliver the package now. Do not be stuoid, find ways.

LBC Express lbc delivery service

Hi! I am the shipper, hopefully my complaint will be addressed to the management of LBC. I've send the document dated August 15, 2019 until now the consignee haven't receive any.
I've been tracking the LBC and until now no deliveries have made, the courier don't even called the consignee. So what's the use of getting our contact #?
I've been calling your call ctr. 3x but nothing has changed, they only got some info then nothing happens. What kind of service "padala" you have? My goodness! LBC service sucks!
POOR SERVICE.

LBC Express delayed delivery of package

As per tracking status from LBC in the attached picture, the package was for delivery on Aug 15 within the day. I received a call from the recepient today, Aug 17, this morning the package was still not there. I went to the branch where I sent the package and true enough the staff informed me it was for delivery Aug 15. The staff at the branch sent an email to Cebu cargo team, as I was told while I was there but there was no response from Cebu. I was advised to call customer service to follow up. I did call and talked with Jah Irebaria and her supervisor Eric Devera. While they were nice handling the issue, I could not accept their "pasensiya napo" answer. I requested Eric to call Cebu immediately and he told me it was difficult to get in touch with Cebu. I ask if there is only one number he said yes...and I was really angry there is only one number for Cebu for LBC? I told Eric I could not accept the pasensiya napo if the package cannot be delivered within the day. I gave them three options where to deliver, but unfortunately Eric was not very helpful.
I am disappointed with LBC... I hope this is not just a pakitang tao that complaints are heard...looks like there are a lot of complaints already here but I have not read any resolution from the complaints. Can we be given feedback? Or is this just like complaining to the walls? I hope not.

LBC Express delayed delivery of parcels!

I just want to file a complaint about the parcel I was supposed to receive days ago but it has been in Zamboanga distribution team according to the tracker, it was received there last August 10, 2019 but until now I haven't received anything yet. Please do make sure that the parcels you will deliver will be received on time! It is the first time that this happened to me with LBC! Most of my deliveries arrived on time especially those who do not stop at Zamboanga Distribution Center! Please improve your service if you want to have great costumer satisfaction!

LBC Express Mail from bdo

good day. the mail man tried to deliver my mail last august 13 and 14 but I was not present on the mailing address to receive my mail. I waited on the 15th but no attempt of delivery happened. on the 16th tracking update said it will be out for delivery today so I waited but nothing came. evening of the 16th new update was shipment issue already. I chatted lbc in messenger and was informed it will be returned to sender and that i need to contact BDO about it. I need my mail, can I still get my mail? even if I have to pick it up, I would. its going to be too much hassle if it will be returned to bdo. please help. tracking number [protected]

I amexpecting for an update now my clients are waiting for the wardrobes that will use exactly at 7pm today as may receipt stated. Pls im begging you to give me an update with regards to this so that we can find and option and dont wait for it to be piicked up today . We badly needed the wardrobes now . The last update was 2am . LBC Express yung cashier/teller sa counter 2 of lbc, bgc

I went to LBC to pay bills (HDMF), at 5:44pm. I get my number and waited.

At first isa lang yung nasa counter (guy).

Then dumating si "ate girl". She called my number and shouted(angrily), "yung bills payment #xxx cut-off na kanina pang 5pm". Hindi pa ko nakakalapit sinabi na nya yan.

Its my first time here na magbayad, and i don't know na may cut-off. Wala din naman nakapaskil na sign regarding to that.

I walk near her (ate girl), and told her na, next time sabihin mo ng maayos, hnd yung nasigaw sya ng pagalit. Instead na mag-apologize na lang sana, she answered me, "galit ba yun?!". At mas lalo lang nakakainis.

Hopefully, you can teach your staffs na mas maging customer oriented and courteous. Please!

LBC Express rude/ill-mannered customer service/staff

Rude LBC staff (lady) who insulted me with my query instead of answering politely. I was just confused of the number I'm supposed to write on my form since they told me i should avail of their LBC card. I asked for a simple question, i was replied with an insult! to my dismay, i left with a bad and horrible customer experience! LBC please take notice and dont tolerate this attitude of your staff! To the staff whom, i think have a habit of insulting people, just so you know, i know how to [censored]in read, im just clarifying things!

Dear Sir/Mam,

I would like to file a formal complaint regarding the package that I sent last July 31, 2019 at around 2:30 PM with tracking number [protected].

The package contained 3 boxes of pure organic barley. The declared value of the item is PHP 3, 000.00 and the shipping fee is PHP 230.00. The consignee was my customer, Ritzil A. Pedrozo and the pick up branch was LBC Gaisano Butuan branch. The package was labeled as PUP @ BXU03.

My customer didn't claim it and I was surprised when she informed me that the said package was badly damaged due to rat bite.

Attached to this letter are pictures as proof of what had happened to the shipment.

The fact that I saw how the package was properly packed and labeled, and the item was in good condition with no damage or whatsoever. I never imagined that it would turn out bad. I chose LBC because I have high expectations that my package would be delivered safely, since LBC Company has excellent reputation in the forwarding industry.

For this matter, I would like to ask your good office to investigate this incident so I can have a fair reason and claim whatever I am legally entitled with.

LBC Express service very lousy

hi!kakatawag ko lang sa LBC delivery team and ang sabi sa akin ang package daw nasa Zamboanga city na but walang stripper na magdadala doon sa office nila..Very Lousy na excuse naman iyan. Anong ibig sabihin niyan?binubuksan muna ang package before maibigay sa sender ganoon ba iyan?
Hindi po basta basta ang ginamit na pera doon. Na ibang tao lang ang makikinabang. And sana hindi ganyan ang service ninyo..its very very lousy

LBC Express unreliable assurances of agents/ package not delivered

Dear LBC Team,

I am complaining about my package with the tracking # [protected], which was handed over to Donalyn Bragais of LBC, Walkway Makati branch last August 2, 2019 at 9:54 AM bound to Anvaya Cove, [censored]g, Bataan. The package was not delivered on the promised date which was August 3 or 5, 2019. Upon calling your hotline for checking, below are the reasons/excuses of your Agents:

1. Receiver's address was out of service area (FIRST AND FOREMOST, This was not mentioned by your Associate in Walkway, Makati branch. And I was also assured that it will be delivered within 24 to 48 hours). FALSE ASSURANCE.

2. Agent made a report that upon request, item will be returned to its origin within another 24 to 48 hours waiting time. FALSE.

3. Come another follow-up thru your hotline and was told of the same thing as above. It was even tagged as URGENT!

4. Numerous follow-ups were made but until now, AUGUST 13, 2019, THE PACKAGE WAS STILL NOT DELIVERED! PACKAGE IS STILL IN BATAAN FOR 2 WEEKS NOW.

How come the service is like this? Your Agents keep on making assurance to your VALUED CLIENTS THAT THE PACKAGES WILL BE DELIVERED ON TIME.

PLEASE, DO NOT USE THE WORD "URGENT" IF YOU ARE NOT PUTTING AN EXTRA EFFORT OR UNDERSTANDING TO THE WORD ALONE.

DO NOT ALSO MAKE ASSURANCES THAT WILL MAKE YOUR "VALUED CLIENTS" WAIT FOR NOTHING. THAT IS REALLY NOT A GOOD PROOF THAT YOU ARE INTO CUSTOMER SERVICE FIELD.

UPON RECEIVING/READING THIS, I JUST HOPE YOU KNOW WHAT TO DO NEXT. YOUR PEOPLE ALSO NEED A THOROUGH UNDERSTANDING ABOUT THEIR JOBS AND WHAT IT TRULY ENTAILS. THEY ARE WORKING FOR A COMPANY, NOT JUST FOR THEMSELVES.

I AM EXPECTING A RESPONSE FROM YOUR END BECAUSE THIS IS INDEED DISAPPOINTING.

simula sabado (august 10, 2019) lagi nilang sinasabi na wala daw tao sa bahay or nakasarado daw. pero nasa bahay ako buong magdamag tapos wala namang dumadating na lbc dito sa amin or sa street nami tas kapag trinack ko ulit ayun ulit sasabihin nila. LBC Express very poor service

I arrived around 2:18pm and up until 3:00 di parin natatawag number ko. Until 3:04 sabi ng personnel na lalaki, nagooffline daw system niya, sabi ng personnel na babae, okay okay lang daw. Simula ng dumating ako, 5-6 persons pa lang ng natransact nila. More than an hour akong nag-antay for my number to be called, pero ang tagal talaga. Nagmamadali ako kasi kailangan kung ipick up ang eyeglasses ko pero this branch delayed me for an hour. Natapos ako sa transaction ko sa branch at exact 3:33. Ang dami ng client niyo lalo na pagHoliday. Sana mas mapabilis ang transaction niyo kahit konti. Thank you
