Where are my boxes going to arrived? Is it still being transit to cebu?! Or are there any actions done without our permission on our boxes?! Unclaimed unclaimed parcel already disposed without sending any notification to sender/receiver
Hi. Last july 8, 2020 they sent the item which I ordered online worth php1000 through lbc at kiko camarin. Due to the covid-19 issue, there are many travel restrictions per province which causes us not to claim the item on time. I was then busy on my work and was not able to follow up online using the tracking number which they gave me as what I am expecting is that your staff will call the reciever to notify that the parcel have arrived at their branch already. Recently, I just checked the status of my parcel online and it states there last september 20, 2020"shipment is en route to hangar-disposed from pending-hangar exchange. Next update for this shipment will come within 0 day/s.". Now my concern is that, considering the fact that there are many delays due to pandemic, since the day the lbc branch (lbc bonifacio tuguegarao city cagayan valley to be exact) received my parcel, why did they not call the receiver's contact # telling that the parcel is ready for collection? And on your site, the # posted there is unreachable? This day, october 29, 2020, my brother in law went at the lbc bonifacio branch to check on the parcel, as he only have free time to go as he is working in the hospital as well, he already showed to your staff the tracking # with clear printing and yet your staff still told him that they need the receipt? Like really? Your receipt is already faded and yet they still want the receipt and not the tracking #? Using the tracking # I believe that they can still trace it on their computer right? Yes, I admit that we have negligence on our part but do you guys really care about the parcel of your customers? Or your staff will benefit on the unclaimed parcel having those mind set that unclaimed parcel are for them already? Even though the amount of the parcel is not so big, still, someone is expecting to receive the item and yet you still don't care about it. Parcel not received by recipient
My parcel with tracking number [protected] was delivered to one Jonnifer Angeles. A person whom my recipient did not know. Please do retrieve it and have it delivered to my friend Arleen cais cayanan in its given address. She's been waiting for it excitedly. It is my gift to her as a friend since she's suffering some pain for the loss of her dear husband.
Closing the box
They wanted to search my box after I declared everything, however not wanting to close it, only after I left. What is this, crooks and thiefs employed in usa??? You have to close it in front of me... So the women then said I can go to fedex, imagine this? You should fire them... Its a disgrace.. This branch cant be trusted.

October 16 2020 nag email ako for on hold ng package kasi 24 pa dadating yung kukuha. Pero yung raw na october 24 wala na dun yung item. Tumawag ako sa customer service na kausap ko si ms. Remy na baka pd ibalik sa ormoc branch ang sabi nya yes mam pd namn po kasi nasa tacloban warehouse pa. Ang sabi ko sige. Tawag ako sa monday oct. 26 2020 para sa status. Tumawag po ako ng monday naka usap ko si ms. May and sabi sya I papa escalate nya yung shipment pa balik ng ormoc. Para d na po ako pumunta ng branch. And today october 28 2020 tumawag ulit ako for status. Binalik na ulit sa orgin at wala pala ginawa yung mga customer representative na nakausap ko.. Sana magawan nyo to ng action! Nakakagali! 1

Redirect tracking no. [protected]
Order #906039 from ‘Transfer It' with tracking no. [protected] was sent for someone temporarily staying in the Philippines.
The item took too long to arrive and the recipient had to return home to Australia.
I'm trying to get it redirected to the recipients address in Australia and have had no luck for months now.
Am I able to redirect this package?

LBC is LIAR they say that they are offline, everyday my mom was going to LBC every branch near us, but they only say that they are OFFLINE, oh my gosh everyday offline.
We're poor we need money, we need refund but they didn't gave to us.I hate LBC

As per ur tracking app the parcel was already in tawi tawi kn october 14, 2020 but until today no delivery has been made..
Ive already talk to your lbc page but they always say that the matter will be escalated to the assign team.. I dont know how many times a follow will be made in order for them to deliver it..
I also talked with ur support group named hannah through your hotline number but still no concrete answer was given to me as to why it was not yet delivered despite the fact that it was already in tawi tawi for almost 13 days now.. I repeat 13days but no delivery..
It is already 24 days for god sake..

Slow delivery stuck in ifugao-vizcaya team
I ordered from lazada and as of now it's still not here yet. Grabe nmn nauna pa order ko na naplaced ako 3 days after pero from different courrier. 3 days ng nasa ifuga-vizcaya delivery hub ha. And as of searching other complaints here napansin na paulitulit yung problem na laging na sstuck lng ang package sa ifugao - nueva vizcaya delivery team.
Non delivery
On august 8 2020, when I was still in kuwait but now repatriated here in the philippines 8 sea cargo (4 plastic drums + 4 xl cartoon) were collected by lbc kuwait from me.. When I was still in kuwait I already raised the issue why there are cargoes that bear the same tracking number whereas I was charged of the freight charges individually.. No discount of fees though I was sending a lot.. I was told and was assured that there will be no problem and all will be delivered. I paid kd 39 per drum and kd 34 for each cartoon. Up to this date, out of the 8 I only received 7 of them and one still not delivered.. I tried to follow up with lbc kuwait many times already but i'm not getting any reply from them. In fact even before I left kuwait on october 11 2020, I went and raised again this issue in lbc kuwait office and they just told me that they will look into it. I am a bit worried because even the other 7 cargoes that I sent also thru lbc at a later date (picked up on august 15 2020) already we're delivered.. So i'm now following up one drum that I sent on august 8 which until now is not delivered..
Again let me mention that there were 2 pairs of cargoes with same tracking number..

My complaint is only one drum that is not delivered until now.. Tracking number is [protected]
Annoying sms notifications
Hi! I have been receiving annoying SMS notifications that says: "Ka-LBC, your shipment with tracking no. xxxxx was received by xxxxx on xx-xx-2020. Thank you for trusting LBC."
I have already sent them emails thru [protected]@lbcexpress.com but no reply at all. I think it was about January this year or December last year that I started receiving SMS. That is, after I have sent a package through their office. Since then, I receive SMS notifications even at the middle of the night. I tried blocking the number but I guess it only works for calls. I think there is something wrong with the system. I'm just also afraid that the next time I send a package thru their office, the wrong person will be notified and take advantage of the information s/he received.
Delivery
I sent a package from Taguig LBC branch to San Jose pampanga last oct 17 and the expected date of delivery was oct 19 the problem is they didnt even contact/update us until noww regarding the package. That is why, there is contact details, they SHOULD call/message us if they couldn't search the address!
Please do the action regarding this issue. Always this is the problem, not delivering on time/ contacting the person.
Now I need to go to the branch again to ff up my package and to know where is it right now! That's is why there is lbc delivery to deliver it on time but what happened is it's already 6 days but until now we dont know where is the package!

2 weeks ago my buyer recieve the parcel but I did not recieve any text message including the reference number of my cop thats why I cannot get my money, please resend my cop refence number so that I can get my money, I ask tje lbc staff but they are not answering me, pakiayos naman po yong pamamalakad ninyo kasi anlaking abal na po sa amin andami ko pong di nakukuha na encashment ko
Delivery of box from SG
Ive been waiting for my box to be delivered from singapore. My box has been received at mundial caloocan last 12 oct. I called customer service on the same day to check. I was advised to give a call few days later for updates. I tried but to no avail. So I just monitored my box thru tracking number.
I receuved an email last monday, 19 oct that tgey attempted ti deluver my vox but unabke to locate the address. So I replied the same day to deliver on 21 oct, wednesday to the given address with landmark as requested. I even requested to reply to my email as proof of receipt. The email was from roni reyes, custimer service specialist.
Today, 21 oct I called customer service hotline to check and spoken to jackyline de juan. But upon our conversation I noticed that she will not be able to satisfy my queries because everytime she will answer my question, it makes me angry. I dnt think she can handle the irrate customers whens she is the one who triggered. So I asked for supervisor instead (indirectly telling her that she cannot help me), but she said the supervisor is in tye meeting😂 oh come on! What an obsolete reason... Then she said the supervisor already send an email to me that they already forwarded it but anable to deliver. The persob is monathel borrel, anothe customer service especialist😂
Jackylibe didnt mentioned tgat I have received an email last monday, 19 oct from roni. Im still asking fir supervisor still she cannot pass me on. Until I told her that she is not helping so I need a supervisor. Tyen she said a merela ramos will give me a call. So make sure that I will received a call I asked for merela's number or email also so atleast afyer an hour that I didnt received a call, I will definitely call or email. Then she put me on hold again to wait. I dnt know how many times she asked me to wait. Then she told me that lovely alla will call me within an hour. So I waited, but jackyline told me that my number is out of coverage area. So I asked jackyline back of tye number she gave, true enough she gave a wrong number. Instead of 0926, she gave 7926.
To cut my complaint short, lovely alla told me that yes my email was received but no confirmation. For me is until when you will hold my box? Just abproof that the service is getting bad. If there is a communication/updated or a reply to my email, I will understand. But nothing!
So lovely alla will give me a call withing todau, 21 oct for updates. Accdg to her they are communicating with the delivery personnel.
For you jackyline, I dnt know how long youve been working there but it sounds like you are new. You dnt know what you are saying or doing. And you made me very very very angry.
Practice more if you want to last on that field.
My package, its been 1 month and it's not even here🤔
Good day ma'am/sir, bf ko po nagpadala nag 4boxes package from Australia last August 17, 2020. At nun last Oct.7, 2020 na received ko na po ang 3boxes pero un isa hindi pa dumating, hanggang ngayun hindi pa dumating. Sa tuwing e track ko nkalagay lng dun na en route to ormoc city last sept 28, 2020. Ano ba yan bkit ngayun wla pa mg iisang buwan na.. ayusin nyo serbisyo nyo kasi nagbabayad kami ng sakto.. poor service🙄 this is my tracking #[protected]..
