I shipped the item last sept. 23 and the personnel at the branch told me that it will be delivered within 14 days. I was notified that there was an issue with the delivery. I contacted lbc but I didnt get a proper answer with my question. Now I was notified last week that my parcel is for disposal. They shouldve atleast sent my parcel to the origin branch because I already told them to do so.

Good day, I'm Jocelyn M. Wachi po, Dumating ang box November 18, 2020. Ang ng received Po sister at nephew ko dahil ang mother ko na admit sa hospital po. Kinabukasan na po binuksan then meron nawala 2pcs. Slippers (mk&roxy), shampoo & conditioner, notebooks, chocolate, mayonnaise, instant pancit canton & etc., ang box po nilagyan ng packaging tape Po kasing laki ng sukat kamay Po. Hoping Po ako matugunan ang complaint ko.

Its supposed to be delivered yesterday, but it didn't deliver yet. How can I track it?
Or how will I know if my parcel are safe and in good hands.

I am here to ask when will I get my Parcel, it was said there that the Item was arrived late and then will be delivered in the next working hours. I kept on tracking for almost a day but it was still in the status of "will be delivered in the next working hours". it was November 17 since the last update, and I tracked it down November 18 but the status was still on November 17 (will be delivered in the next working hours). Now I looked at it it says "Shipment is with a concern. Please get in touch with our official customer channels." I emailed them to follow up my parcel twice but I did not even get a reply.

Delivery of my item is taking too long, I spoke to LBC Customer Service (02-8858-5999) and they said that the item was missing. My items are electronic parts that cost more than Php2000.

Sabi kahapon sa tracking expect the delivery within this day (november 16, 2020) but after I check again, it says "shipment is with a concern. Please get in touch with our official customer channels." this is the tracking number of my shipment [protected]). So, we expect that the shipment will arrived yesterday.

My boyfriend sent me a document and said he paid for the door to door service. I was in the middle of washing my clothes when I recieved a call that my document is here. But the deliverer said over the phone if I could wait at 7/11 which is quite a distance to my house. He never asked where exactly is my location. My house is located at a street from the national highway but near to the road, which is quite unreasonable. I thought of considering his action that maybe he had his lunch, but no, he's there having a chit chat. I found out that this deliverer (Franklin Gonzaga) had a history of bad performance in his job which lead him to termination. I hope you can make corrective actions because I dont want others to experience this. I dont want this kind of employee you have to ruin your reputation. Last October 7 2020 my Balikbayan at Aljunied Singapore pick-up by LBC Lucky Plaza branch and expected to arrive in Philipines 18 to 25 days but until Today (Nov 16 2020) no information to my Balikbayan box. After 26 days I started follow up everyday to LBC Coordinator of Lucky Plaza Cel no. [protected] but no answer. Nov 4 I texted her why no follow up by LBC staff my balikbayan box and she replied asking me my Tracking number and she follow-up but until today cannot answer me what is the status of my balikbayan box. Now I called LBC hotline [protected] and custumer service informed me my tracking no. [protected] do not have record. My bad experience to LBC Lucky Plaza is unforgetable and nightmare. Please take necessary action.

I place the item on 25 October 2020 at Lazada, I paid it thru gcash, the item should be received on October 29-30 2020 but until now I didnt receive the item yet. The LBC track and Trace says that the item was received at Crossdock Alabang on October 26, 2020 but same update since then. Please give me an update regarding this matter. Thank you

I Ronald T. Taylan filing a complaint against LBC talevera branch. Last September 24, 2020 I send a parcel to the said branch bound to WES Canada. Since then up to this moment in time, there's no movement in my tracking. It's been more than two months of waiting. We keep on follow up to LBC personally hoping that they will take action to my concern but I am failed. I chose LBC knowing that they have better service. The parcel is badly needed by the consignee. I am hoping that you take favourable action in this regard.

I'm the receiver, and I've been tracking my LBC Balikbayan Box since time immemorial via their website, Facebook page, Facebook Messenger and email, but all to no avail. They failed to provide me with real-time updates, and they wouldn't provide me with the Bill of Lading number.
Sure, they respond but they're only focused on their scripts. They're not focused on providing the customers with clear answers and/or resolving their real concerns.
I hope this reaches their contact center director, or the best person who can do something about their representatives.

This is how you manage the deliveries? They will send a msg like this, that in the first place no one comes to our place from your company. Then they will just said unknown resident! If your employee come to our place, it so much imposible that nobody knows thr consignee. I pay for the delivery charge, then it will come out it will not be delivered at my doorstep. This is not the first time that happen, I hope that your company will do an actuon about it.

We sent a box through LBC for the US confident that since they know it contains clothes, they will ensure its safety. When receiver got the box, it was soaking wet such that you don't need to use the scissors to cut the box. all the items inside were WET... we demand for an explanation for this. the tracking number is 461001515808 sent last Nov. 3, 2020.

CASH ON DELIVERY transaction Tracking Number 1619 0865 0279 amounting Php8, 800.00 delivered or received by customer last September 25, 2020 but up to date November 10, 2020 hindi ko pa natatanggap yung pera ko. Nakailang followup and email na ako sa customer service since September 30 up to now pero walang action? Pati sa branch no answer.

Yung parcel ko po hindi pa na delivery hintay ako nang hintay yung customer ko baka mag cancel na, grave serbisyo niyo po pag di niyo po kaya e deliver sana po tawagan niyo nalang po kami para kami napo mag pick up... Napaka pangit po sebisyo niyo...

As per lbc's tracking system, my package that was sent out from manila was shipped june 1, 2020 and arrived here in baguio last june 2, 2020. By the next day it was transferred to another branch which is in la trinidad, the said branch never sent out to me an update that the package has arrived for pick-up. Given the current situation caused by covid-19 non-essential people are limited to go out and has a specific day to do errands so since I have not received any updates from them I missed out on the possibility of picking up the package since it has been returned to the sender already. I got in touch with the seller where they mentioned that they just received back the package august 21 and that they would resend it again to which I agreed. This time I tracked the package and it said that it arrived at la trinidad branch last august 24 (monday). For my baranggay are scheduled to go out from our houses every fridays so when I went to the branch to pick-up the package they have a long queue and has a daily quota of 50 customers to be assisted on a day which I was not able to be part of, hence the package being resent again to the seller the second time given that lbc has a policy of unclaimed packages within 7 days being resent back to its origin. I messaged the seller about this and informed me that they will work with lbc to sort this out since the last update on their tracker is september 30, 2020 - internal mail pending. The seller mentioned that they were able to get in touch with lbc and according to them they are trying to locate the package (mind you this is already in october). Upon checking this day for an update on their tracker it already stated this: november 6, 2020 - shipment is en route to hangar-disposed from pending-hangar exchange. Next update for this shipment will come within 0 day/s. To my surprise they did not even update the seller nor I about this and just simply had the package disposed. I have beforehand emailed lbc's customer service to which they mentioned that I have to check with the seller (very lame response and totally unacceptable knowing that their tracking system is so delayed with updates or even worse having no updates.) this is totally unacceptable. I will seek legal advise about this.
