Shipment delay
May concern ako tungkol sa parcel ko. Last june 22, pa po ito naiship via lbc. From davao city po ako, then by july 20 my customer updated na tumawag po ang lbc sakanya na marereceive na sana ang parcel to manila, pero late ko na narealize po na she changed her shipping address pala, & mali ang na indicate ko na address. It's my fault po talaga kaya delay ang delivery nya. Then for the past few months po, im tracking the parcel and na return po sya sa shipper, so nasa akin at hindi ko po alam kung saang branch. I'm so busy with my online class po & can't find time to visit lbc branches po and limited din ang actions ko outside kasi im 20years old, strikto talaga ang guards sa pagpasok sa malls because required is 21years old & above lang po pwede.
Ang concern ko lang po talaga, kung pwede saan ko malaman nasaan na branch ang parcel ko & if pwede ko pa ba ichange ang shipping address. — details:

Unprofessional customer service
Customer service is so ridiculous calling them but still haven't resolve my issue which caused by their incompetent employee as well for encoding wrong address.
Story:
Item received on sept 18 on your hub and received at delivery hub by sept 20, then it got returned to hub without attempting to deliver. Called sept 23, rep mentioned due to incorrect address (by the way on my record form and shipper's form the address is correct) told rep the address to correct it then rep said will redeliver. As I checked the website to track my item, it has a status shipment has an issue so I called lbc customer again and told me again that the address is incorrect again!. Sept 25, called cs again and kristine told me that I will received the item by monday or tuesday (sept 27 -28). Checked website again by sept 28. Item returned to shipper again and will an update within 2 days. Contacted the shipper and told me they already ask lbc to reship the item. Called oct 1 all the rep that I spoke with hung up on me after hearing the issue. Asked for supervisor and promised me that they will call me back. Called again today oct 2 because no one calls me back, I spoke with jinky, derek, jp and brem, and they hung up on me again.! How rude and unprofessional!
If there is a way to sue you, I will do it. This is not the first time it happened. And you know what, the shipper also haven't received the item that you said was already returned!

ilang araw na po yung pinadeliver ko..bakit ang tagal malapit na pasukan, puro nlang daw na late yung package nkarating na sa cebu bakit ayaw pa ipa deliver? nasa cbu na last month nung sept.30 2020, hanggang ngayun hindi pa pina deliver.

How can I get my order? Your delivery man took off and never waited for me outside the building of my workplace. I ordered a shirt from Lazada and I was texted that the order will be delivered. it is best if we could get a number from the delivery man so we can contact him. it happened yesterday October 1, 2020 in the morning here in LGU Manolo Fortich Bukidnon. Undelivered important document; lazy delivery staff
Always saying that for delivery already yet, documents are not received. Keep coming back and forth from Manila to Batangas and vice versa, the delivery staff is saying that unknown resident, but I am a resident of that barangay since birth and we sometimes order via online like Lazada and Shoppee but they can deliver right away with the same address and details provided.
Please investigate and help me get my document ASAP.

Super delayed 70days waiting
From united arab emirates to mindanao general santos city pick date july 12, 2020, until this date sept.28, hindi parin na receive ang box.more than 70days waiting na po, expecting days 45-50 days, super delayed, sana po maiwasan ganito issue.
Shipment issues / delay of delivery
Hi! I am filing a complaint regarding delivery or shipment issues on one of your branches in Calabarzon which is the Upper Laguna delivery team. my shipment was dated September 13 and up to this writing there was no update whatsoever on my shipment. The last update was Sept. 15 which is en route to Upper laguna delivery team and that's it. When will this parcel be delivered? I am only from the same region and yet it took 2 weeks and counting to deliver my parcel. Where is the "Hari ng Padala" there, you are almost going to be "Hari ng Sablay".

My parcel was not delivered
It's been 4 days and the status of the shipment is not changing. Please do something about this or give me the real time status of my parcel. I've been waiting for too long.
Cash on pick up
I sent the package to the customer 10th of august for cash on pick-up, after of almost a month the package was ready for pick up on the 3rd of September so the customer picked up the item on the 4th of September but until now, I still don't have the payment for the shoes that i have sold because the website it not yet updated or i mean LBC's system is not yet updated that the customer already picked up the item. the customer already sent me pictures that he already have the shoes, but still I can't have the payment?! I badly need money the reason why I sold my shoes but now it's almost a month from when the customer picked up the item and i dont have the money still. I've tried contacting LBC multiple times, but the last email i received was on the 18th of September saying they already escalated the issue. I keep asking for updates but there none until now. I'm really worried and i dont think LBC is taking any action regarding my concern
Service to slow
My shipping items I sending at your branch at cash and carry mall taguig last september 18. 2020, going to cabuyao calamba laguna, now is already 26 of september, my package haven't arrived yet. I thought if luzon area maximum 3 to 4 days only? It take so long, like u shipping at visayas or mindanao. Pls improve your service, to make your client satisfied.

Sept 18 2020 pa pina lbc galing lang sa manila, sept 22 nanjan na sa lower laguna, Tagapo Santa Rosa lang ako bakit until now wala pa? ano ba yan? ang liit liit lang ng item na un, di nyo pa naisingit, pakibilisan naman. ninyo at kailangan na un. Staff attitude
I went to lbc manggahan general trias to send a package to my friend, which they told me that it has to be in a box. They didn't have the initiative to offer me a small box or any suitable box for my item. They are very rude to their customers. I was in line together with the other people and I ended up going home still with my package. Its a waste of time and effort. They don't deserve to have a job, there are a lot of people who is more deserving to have that job.
Balikbayan box
Goodmorning, I want to file a complaint about our box from usa that has been stucked in taiwan. Upon tracking online, it arrived since last september 13. Normally within 4 days right after the arrival in taiwan the package is already in thephilippines. I have been calling hotlines and email customer service but of course they just depend on what they see in their system. Kindly act on this matter please. The box is really very important

Parcel not delivered
It was 2 weeks already since the document was sent to my husband till now didn't received yet.. I asked somebody to looked at digos branch but told him it was not there.. Yet the tracking says it was there since sept 16 received by authorized person name gina.. Why don't you call the receiver since the contact number is indicated.. That's an important documents were badly needed..

delivered today or by tomorrow as per lazada app.
What happened? Last update in lazada is it is already in sortation center and
being prepared for shipment as of Aug. 5, 2020.
I need the items be delivered by wednesday at the latest or to refund my payment.
I will copy furnish DTI on my next follow-up, I expect the package is in good condition
given that it was in the sortation center for 1 month and a half already, kindly see

When i arrive at the Lbc branch, I did not know if theres cut off time. While waiting for me to called on, suddenly one man just go directly to the staff and he wants to deliver his things then the staff quickly accept the customers things. When i go to the staff to give my things that i want to deliver to my relatives she then insist that theres a cut off time 2pm but i told her why did you accept the other guy's things it is already past 2pm. That is so unfair. It is urgent to deliver my things to my relative because its essentials. I was at Gaisano Tisa Lbc Branch. Cebu Philippines. Hope you have an action with this.
Undelivered document
I would like to know what happened to the package I have sent because the last time I checked, it was on its way to hangar-disposed from pending-hangar exchange. Tracking number is 149683909621. What are we going to do with this? Why weren't we contacted by lbc regarding the package? It was sent last feb. 3, 2020. There were clearly contact details on the receipt but none of us were informed what happened. The document is very important because it's a contract for the new property we have bought. "Shipment is with a concern..."
I tracked my parcel using the LBC Trace and Track, and it said that "Shipment is with a concern..." (September 19, 2020). I got in touch with LBC, and they said that my address was "incorrect" so they asked for my complete address. But I triple-checked my home address in Lazada, and there was nothing wrong with it. Then, LBC said that they will contact their delivery team to ask for their delivery schedule.
I waited around for almost two days to see if they will deliver my parcel, but so far, nothing. I've been messaging them thru Twitter, but they're not replying to me anymore.
I had the same issue saying it has concerns and been calling their customer service for like 5 days for updates and they give me different reasons on every call. They always promise that it will be delivered but then the next day same error shows up. It's been 5 days now and my parcel was still not delivered.
