LBC Express - Closing the box

They wanted to search my box after I declared everything, however not wanting to close it, only after I left. What is this, crooks and thiefs employed in usa?
You have to close it in front of me... So the women then said I can go to fedex, imagine this? You should fire them... Its a disgrace.. This branch cant be trusted.
