Parcel claimed but no parcel arrived
You notified me early in the morning that my parcel will be delivered within the day but when I tracked my parcel it was already claimed but no parcel arrived. Please help me with my concern. Thank you
Disbursal of earnings
My parcel was claimed by my customer last March 31, 2021.
Disbursal of earnings should be 3 to 5 business days, however it's 12days already and haven't received/deposited the payment of my customer to my default bank account.
We also need our funds.
Heads up LBC Mexico Pampanga Branch.
I already emailed customer service multiple times and I am only getting a same response from your agents with no resolution to my concern.
Imagine, 12 business days already.

I'm complaining about the shipment issue, my friend sent me my credentials and ID from my school. March 13, 2021 she sent me my credentials and my parcel still hasn't arrived. As per customer service delivery failed because my address cannot
be found. However, no one contacted me to check my location and ask for landmark.
Now my delivery was delayed! :(
Would it be possible to inform your rider to call me if they can't find my location?!
Desired outcome: Rider should call me and ask dor my location or landmark!!!
Refund
Nakiusap ako na huwag muna e remit sa seller yung payment ko kasi COD naman pero di nila sinuli pera ko kasi automatic daw ma send ang pera kapag pumirma na sa digital device.
Inaksyonan ko naman agad pagkadeliver sa akin para mabawi ko pa yung binayad ko. Pwede naman siguro na e return to seller na lng yung parcel kasi di naman tama yung pinadala. Di ako pinagbigyan at ibibigay or binigay na ba yung pera sa seller kahit nagreklamo nako sa branch nila. Sa katrabaho ko nakakuha nga sya ng refund from LBC pero sakin wala.
I begged LBC not to remit my payment to the seller first because it was COD but they didn't return my money because they said the money would be sent automatically when I signed on the digital device.
I took action immediately after it was delivered to me so that I could get back what I paid for. Maybe the parcel can be returned to the seller because it wasn't sent correctly to me. I was not given and will give or have the money been given to the seller even though I complained to their branch. My co -worker did get a refund from LBC but I didn't.

Non-delivery of package
We have a package that has been undelivered. We understand that it takes a long time to deliver from the US to the Philippines, 74 days per your website. The tracking number is [protected], which was one of the 5 boxes we shipped. All 5 boxes were shipped on December 29th. We received the other boxes starting March 29th. Well over the 74 days. Understandably with this pandemic. We have been trying to locate this missing package, supposedly in La Union, but no one can get a hold of anyone there. What kind of service is this? We have been trying to have someone give us news since March 30th but no one can seem to help. It is now April 6th. Please locate the package - let's hope it's in good condition and deliver to the address provided/labeled on the box.

Its been 6 days ang I still haven't receive the parcel that I supposed to be receive yesteday. They indicated on their newly sched of parcel arrival 3-5 days from visayas to Mindanao but its way passed the due. I hope that you solve this problem and send the parcel on thedl the right schedule that is indicated in your own sched.

Irresponsible Branch Head and Staff
I hope you knock on the heads of your Quezon City branch head, staff, and delivery team because they are obviously not doing their job well. I ordered a sentimental piece from Serre and it was supposed to be delivered and handled well by your team. However, as fate would have it, the staff from Serre wrote the wrong address. The delivery guy and a woman from your QC branch called me and "assured" me that they will have the piece returned to Serre so it could be sent to the right address. However, days have already passed since that half baked promise was made. Serre has tried to reach out to your very irresponsible QC branch through their partner LBC branch (San Pablo) a lot of times, but the QC branch has not replied to any of their messages and return requests. Even phone calls are unanswered. I hope you work on this because that piece I've asked to be crafted maybe just an accessory for you but it's a part of me and honestly, your QC branch's irresponsibility is causing me too much emotional stress and anxiety. I hope you do live up to your tagline. You're the "Hari ng Padala, " right? I hope you can prove that that's not just some catchy phrase so you can rake in and deceive and cause emotional stress to your customers who placed their trust on you. I hope you act professionally and speedily on this.

Hi LBC,
Just want to let you know that the girl representative in LBC One Pavilion is very rude. I was just asking question if I can opt to use the document mailer since my parcel is very small but she answered with so much sarcasm. We have J&T and JRS nearby but I want LBC's service yet your staffs are very rude.
Don't get me wrong, I'm not haggling for the cost of delivery. I know LBC's is pricey compared to others but then again I am willing to pay just to secure my delivery.
This is not the first time I heard complaints on your LBC One Pavilion staff (it's always that woman they complain about!) but this is my first time experiencing this. I hope this is the last time.

My parcel was sent to other destination and it is very hard to get it back
The parcel was sent to me last March 16 via Cop but instead of recieving it here in San Miguel, it went to Sanchez Mira. I have been trying to get in touch with lbc customer service but it seems like they dont really have concern in my parcel. I ask the sender to follow up with the staff in lbc sm tarlac but they are only saying that it was always offline. How am I supposed to get my parcel then? They are not doing anything

I want the parcel to deliver at our residence please
The delivery boy was carcastic! He never come to the house of the recepient/receiver to deliver the item. He only call once only at 9:00pm but he never tried to call again but only text, base on his reason its a globe cp no. That's why he only text. The receiver of the parcel is senior citizen already that's why he never replied back to his messages coz they only know to answer calls not text! So far this only man owned this number 09197965153, only number because he did not give his name! We encountered for so many online deliveries we transact was so irresponsible! Kindly please send us back the parcel because its important for our special child needs! We have already reserve the money for the cost of that parcel. Thank you

Sa Lazada i stop nyo na ang LBC masisira lang image nyo jan then nasasayang lang dn ang oras at araw ng tao sa pag hihintay na hindi naman pla dadating dahil sa LBC nayan
Shipment delayed
I sent a box through LBC last 01/12/2021 and I called LBC Manila for updates. They keep telling me that the delayed is caused by congested shipment in the location. The box is in Taiwan for more than a month now.

February 20 2021, nag padala ako ng maximum of (2) two packages, naka fragile pa yung isa, but ilang buwan nag daan wala padin yung isang package ko.

Ilang times na pa balik2x yung reciever doon sa provence namin, sabihin ng head pati mga teller doon na balik nalang kayo bukas ! until now! wala pa!
