I would like to complain about the courier of the file from CDO to Cruz na daan. I understand that there was a mistake in the sender. But the delivery man was so rude to us. He called without manners. He even scold me for having a mistake about the parcel which is it wasn't my fault. He even command me to meet him in cruz na daan. Without asking what im doing earlier. I told him to left the parcel 3x at LBC branc cruz nadaan. Because i mentioned that he was on the area. I told him my mom will pick it up there. And he agreed, and say "next ayusin kasi ung papapadala". And after that he hung up. My mom go to LBC cruz nadaan, but the parcel wasn't there Its still on the delivery man, he even lied that i told them my mom cant go to get the parcel. He's such liar and a dick person.

I made an appointment for pick up three XL boxes on May 29, 2021. The courier did not show, did not call and did nothing. LBC company does not care if they have a long list of complaints. The couriers only goes back to former customers who tip them very generous. If you tip reasonably, they don't go back to you to pick up your boxes. If you are new customers, you will wait or have an appointment and will not materialized. This has been going on and nothing is done.

Tracking No. [protected]. I sent a package last May 26, 2021 and was recieved last May 27, 2021 by another person. The item is still not recieved by the consignee until this time. The personnels of LBC Baguio City coordinated but is taking time to find or fix the problem. With regards to this kind of issue, I would like to be aware of what should be done to solve the issue. Thank you.

My sister-in-law in Ozamis City, Misamis Occidental can't claim the emergency fund I sent to her through LBC.
Initial response from the teller is OFFLINE.
Other remittance partners rejected transactions related to LBC.
My sister-in-law is in trouble with the medical emergency the LBC being offline is making it worse.
We need this resolved or return the the money, the transaction fee, and interest for holding the money longer.

Hi I just wanted to verify if package was picked up by different representative. Because I didn't receive any calls or message from you guys. I don't know who is KJasmin Novis. Please let us know asap regarding this so that we could make action. The package was very important.

LBC Odiongan, Romblon Branch

I've been waiting for my parcel to be ready for pick up since April 28. But I did not receive any message from LBC. I thought it was because of the municipality's strict restrictions as part of our community quarantine until May 31. Just now, I tracked my order. This is the screenshot. May I know where is my parcel and why am I not receiving any message from LBC?

My parcel po ako na pinadala nung May 25 2021..May 26 nka receive n ako ng txt gling lbc na ideliver na daw parcel ko within d day..kaso wla dumating ..track ko parcel ko sa lbc online tracking..nag pending ung delivery kc daw incomplete address so nag email ako sa lbc para sa correction ng address ko kaso until now wala update..pls need po nmin update

Money sent was 95k (converted from dollar amount) to a certain location which was far from the receiver, who called customer service to have the money transferred to a different location closer to her home. The customer service agent confirmed that she will send a message for money to be transferred to the location of choice. When the receiver went to pick up the money, she was told that it was not available and she had to return the following day because they did not receive the email from the previous LBC location. That money was intended to be paid for hospital bills, and it took 3 days to be retrieved. I'm quite disappointed with the way things were handled by Customer Service. Your staff must be honest, reliable, trustworthy and capable of performing what they are expected to do.

Yung teller na lalaki ng LBC Express - North Edsa Congressional mag-isa lang nagduduty walang mask & face shield, tapos Dalawa lng pinapapasok niya ei ang nakalagy sa Door nila 3 customers allowed. So They not follow their own rule. Di niya din sinusunod Health & Safety Protocol. Ito pa po pinagbukan ako ng Pinto na galit na walang pagrespeto bilang customer niya ko na dapat kalmado lang siang nakikipag-usap. Maling-Mali na yung ginagawa nia na gusto lang ipaliwanag kung bakit mag-isa sia bakit 2 customers lng pinapapasok nia ei malinaw na 3 customers pwde pumasok. Pinapasok lang ako nung alam niang tama ako. Basto siang kausap po. Imbes na dapat long patient to interact to the customer. View niyo po CCTV nila 2-3:30pm. Sana marunong siyang makipag-usap sa Customer hindi yung idadahilan mag-isa at dalwa na lang pwde pumasok pwde nmn sabhin in a good way of talk at sumunod sia sa Protocol dahil pwde masilipan ung company niya. Aksyunan niyo yan po dahil sa Attitude niya kung makaasta ng customer di tama. Salamt po

My box were picked up last Feb 17 and until now it's not been delivered. It's almost 4 months. This is so incompetent LBC! You can do better than this. I called the customer service few times and they can't even give me an exact date when is my box will be delivered. I don't know who is telling the truth, the other agent said that there is port congestion in china and other agent said that there's a problem with the vessels. I don't know what will happen to the goods that i put inside my box. Some of the goods are probably expired since you didn't delivered it on time. I want a compensation for this!

I brought 3 items just awhile ago (May 23, 2021 at around 230 pm) to your SM Trece Martires City Branch here in Cavite. The items were to be delivered to 3 places (2 in carmona, Cavite and 1 in Las Pinas. I approached your counter personnel named "Jimmy" and told him it was to be delivered. The items are in a gift bag and quite large. He asked me if the items can be folded and I said it is possible. At first, I already do not like the way he talks to me, he was not respectful or say things with courtesy. He threw to me 3 forms to fill-out and told me not to fill it out in front of him but in another counter. Once I filled-out the forms he told me if there are no contact numbers of the recipient. I told him that the package is part of a school activity and a surprise of the students to their parents. I would fully understand if the package will not be accepted if it is a company policy. Again, I told him that it is a package from the school. Then he said with a smirk "ano, ano, ano?! para saan niyan? ano gagawin dyan sa package?" He said it in a way that is annoyed to customer and is not respectful. That's the time that I raised my voice and said: "bakit ganyan ka makipag-usap sa customer?, kung hindi tatanggapin ang package walang problema. Pero hindi ko kailangan -justify syo.

The Date now is may 22, 2021 Too much days in Cavite North Delivery Team. Please resolve this problem until now we didn't received the package.

How many days does the parcel will stayed at the branch? I sent a my 5 boxes parcels last May 17 at Solano Branch were the is a employee who has a bad attitude a fat girl na akala mo kung sino suplada. When ever I tracked my parcels they are still at the branch anu yon bubulukin muna bago I moved?

Nag inquiry PO ako using txt dahil wala akung pang tawag Ng time na Yun... 1pm PO ako nagtxt Tapos nasundan pa Ng mga tatlong beses until malapit na pong mag 5 pm nakapagtxt PO ako sa staff ng untouchable ka ata dyan mam sa inis ko Kasi Hindi sya talaga magreply Kasi busy daw sya at Hindi nya mapansin Ang txt... after Ng pagtxt ko Ng ganun nagreply sya gamit ibang number.. screenshot ko po conversation namin hopefully nakakaintindi Kayo Ng bisaya or cebuano language Kayo na PO humusga

Staff Here in Barretto Olongapo City Branch are Lazy the closing time is 6pm but they dont want to accept transaction at 5 pm he said because the transaction he will make today will not be counted it still early but they dont want to work just they are sitting and they dont wan to make any transaction because I think they closed already the account for the day, I dont know but still are very and very unprofessional

Im complaining regarding the services of your staff on lbc 11th ave branch caloocan.. Even though it is still early the staff there are not receiving money remitance they're saying that it's cut off already even though its just 4pm and the store closes at 6pm. Please make some disciplinary action regarding this matter the name of the staff is jeff

I would like to make a complaint with your girl representative at A. Bonifacio branch.

She is not approachable nor accommodating. Doesn't know how to smile.

1st visit..."papalitan nyo ng name!"...instead of "need nyo po icorrect ung name pra po mareceive nyo"...sarcastic magsalita, nde marunong magexplain ng maaus.

2nd visit...when I gave her my tracking no. She said "wala...walang email"...instead sna sa mas maaus na way na wala pa po narereceive pa follow up nlng po sa sender.

Same tone sa ibang customer. Maaus xa kknakausap pero prang siga galit sumagot.

Rude customer service.

What are these guys doing?
my package arrived from luzon to mindanao for only 5 days.
Received in out city distribution team the same day. Now that it's already in out city branch, it took already more than a week and ky package still not released or delivered...
Ozamis city is a very small city, what does ozamis delivery team do for 7 days? trying to ship my package ozamis to ozamis and takes more than a week ?

2 dyas attempted already my parcel to delivered but it always failed because im at work with the office hours, and my daugther called me when the next day attemp to deliver in order i will be able to go home because.my work is is only in the next brgy. Where i lived but the delivery man doesnt call or inform or contact me that he will deliver my parcel.. im badly need my parcel right now thats why i even sacrifice to get undertime at my work..the delivery man dont coordination with the costumer... this is my track no. [protected] i didnt know the name of that delivery boy.
