LBC Express I don't receive any packages and no one answers my concerns

We're not able to pick this up because of the ECQ we barely go outside that time and I got no messages from the branch that my package is ready for pick up. You guys should notify the receiver's if the package is arrived at the branch am I right? So when we went to Sucat branch they said that we need to pay fee in order to receive the package again but they said we need to contact lbc first but we don't get any response. Please don't involve the sender since they're my buyers and they just sent back the items to me. If you have any questions or concerns please do send me a reply. You guys have no rights to dispatch the items since I got no messages from the branch that my items are ready for pick up.
Kindly check the attached photos. Thank you and I hope I receive a response asap since I'm getting tired of waiting. Thank you

LBC Express Delivery Failure

Good day. I am Ellen Joyce C. Larroza and I am writing to inform you about the status of my package with the tracking number [protected]. The sender sent me the package last February 1, 2021 and 3 weeks later, I still haven't received it. I thought it was just delayed due to the pandemic. I asked her the tracking number that time and she forgot to send it to me until today. When I tracked the package, it was stated that shipment has been received at internal mail - pending. While I am also at fault for not following up, I am really disappointed that the delivery man didn't inform me that he went to our house twice already. I also had appointments and the least you could do is to inform me that you will deliver the package on that day, but I didn't receive any texts or calls. Other couriers message beforehand, so why can't you? I went to LBC earlier and the staff told me that I need to pay the same amount in the receipt, but I didn't because I think that it is not fair in my part since you also had your lapses.

I am hoping for your response about this matter.

Thank you so much.

Desired outcome: I hope I can just receive the package again without paying for the delivery fee.

34 days today march 8 yong box ko. Arrive at general santos balikbayan and cargo team feb 27, march 8 na andon pa rin. Hindi pa rin ba naubos yung delivery schedule ng team sa saranggani na hanghang ngayon wla pa rin schedule ng delivery sa south cotabato?

LBC Express Payment not received

My receiver claimed the package last Feb 26, 2021, with the tracking number [protected]. Until this day I haven't received any notification that I can get my payment refund. Even the status of the tracking online shows that it was not been updated. Can you call the attention of the branch LBC Grand mall Talamban, Cebu regarding this matter. They are not working their job well! I need this complaint to be sorted out asap!

Desired outcome: Give me my payment refund!!!

LBC Express delayed delivery

my package from dubai has arrived 5 days ago here in our province, i contact customer service thru phone call and via twitter requesting if they can make a request to deliver it since it is very important for me to receive that box on the prior day but they just ignored my request and do nothing, they even ignored my dm and tweet via twitter..

Desired outcome: please deliver my pacakage today, please please!

LBC Express Package delivery/ wrong address

I've been trying to contact you since yesterday and this morning but your landline number was always busy. Please resolve this! It seems like you're having a hard time looking for the exact address since you have entered the wrong address when it was shipped out from Cebu City.

The correct address should be

P2 San Jose, Libona, Bukidnon only.

Malaybalay City is not part of the address at all. Please call the phone number on the receipt or also call me at my number [protected]. Thank you!

Desired outcome: Any kind of compensation for the inconvenience

LBC Express Discrimination and unethical behavior

I went to the LBC Gusa branch earlier, at around 8:05 AM (March 4, 2021). This branch is nearest my home and with WFH set up during these days, it is the most convenient. I never had an issue until now.

I arrived and was told at the door by the security guard that the attending staff was still eating inside. So I asked if it will take long since I was considering going to the city proper and might drop by any other LBC branch along the way instead. He said it will not take a while, since theyre open already. He invited me in and said to sit down and wait. I went inside, and looked at the nearest counter and checked the stack of slips to see if the parcel slip is available so I can fill out the form while waiting. I didnt see any so I sat down. I then realized the other slips in the other 2 counters might have the parcel slip I was looking for. So I stood up and made a peek, as in ni-lili (merely a peek) lang ko, I didnt touch the counter or made any comment. At this point, the guard started ranting - Gahi ka ug ulo! Gi-ingnan na ka nga maghulat! (You are hard-headed, I told you to wait!). To which I reasoned out, 'Sir, I didnt do anything, I merely stood up to check if the slip is there.' He then berated me, 'Giingnan na ka nga gakaon pa ang staff, nganong dili man ka kahulat! Ikaw pay edukado, ikaw pay wala kasabot! (I told you the staff is still eating, why cant you wait! Your are the educated one, why cant you understand). To this point, I came up to him and CALMLY explained, 'Sir, I merely looked, I didnt do anything.' He went on, saying all the same things about me not waiting, not listening, AND THAT PEOPLE LIKE ME (I was wearing the hijab) ARE HARD HEADED. And then I figured it out, this guy for no apparent reason, just exploded because Im Muslim? I wanted to explode as well but I was alone inside the office with him, and I assumed he had a gun or some weapon that in his very agitated state (as he was already forcefully ranting and shouting) might be used to harm me, and it made me reconsider. Eventually, the lady at the counter came out, Joecel, and asked me if I needed anything. Because I felt threatened at that point, I asked the girl if the manager was around. She said she was the only one there at that time. So I asked if there was any way to address this, a grievance hotline or customer service. She would have heard all the rants. The guard then answered, 'cge, irekalamo ko! Wala ko mahadlok sa imo! Ipatangtang ko nimo? Naa pud koy abogado! (Go ahead, complain, I am not afraid of you. You want me fired? I also have a lawyer). I was facing the girl, and tried to ignore the guard because I figured he was still ranting, even while I was not answering back or even in the presence of other customers.
Another staff, a male staff arrived and I went up to him and explained what happened. I told him what happened, that I was waiting and merely looked, even the CCTV cameras can attest to that. The guard respondend (even if I wasnt talking to him), 'Oo makita ug madunggan mana sa cctv akong tingog! Ngano man diay!' (The CCTV cameras can capture my voice, why does it matter). At this point, I was shaking because I had so much pent up anger but the fact that this guard called out my identity, being Muslim, I didnt want Islam to be dragged into it if I got a spat with him. All while I was talking to the staff, he kept on berating and ranting. I asked the male staff, 'does this happen to your other customers?' - No, Maam - So this happened only to me?. No answer. So, his impatience turned into disgust or rage because a Muslim literally stood up to check on parcel slips? I left the branch shaking (my heart monitor had been beeping several times, telling me of abnormal heart levels), and went to the branch near City Central to complain, but was told to go to the main one in Corrales, near CU. I spoke to Ms. Liwanag and narrated the entire thing. She gave me the mobile numbers of the area head (Ms. Nacario) and her assistant (Clyde), we have been calling both numbers but these are out of reach.

This is the worst form of discrimination that I felt, and I felt fear. I felt threatened because I did nothing wrong and this man, who may have a weapon to hurt me, was just berating me out of nothing. I could have called for help from family and friends, but that would not resolve this. As I left that branch, and as I passed by him, I said, 'Sir, God Bless you'. He shouted back, 'Unsa, Ginoo ka?! (What, are you God?!).

Please make sure that LBC branches are safe places for business. I am at a loss for words. And I am currently nursing a bad migraine and elevated blood pressure. I do not want the guard to lose his job, but I do not want to feel this way, especially that I know CDO has a significant number of Muslim residents. I hope LBC can rectify this practice, and orient their staff to protect customers and not stay silent when similar situations happen.

LBC Express I am complaining about the delayed delivery in my lazada order.

It's already been 1 week since the expected delivery of my lazada order. And when I tracked the parcel it says there that it is out for delivery, pero may nakalagay din na "shipment is with concern, please get in touch with our official costumer channels". How come it is out for delivery tapos may concern naman pala yung shipment ng parcel ko. They can just call me instead. I also tried to call the lbc, but walang sumasagot.

Desired outcome: I just want the parcel to be delivered in my place.

LBC Express Service

To whom it may concern;

Your agent Lovely Jean Jadumas LBC agent at ADB Center Bldg., Amang Rodriguez Ave, Santolan Pasig is very incompetent. While she was processing my transactions she asked me "Maam is these all for COD?", I told her "I already indicate COP and COD there on the sticker I also wrote the word pick-up and the branch for pick-up just double check it." and she still manage to get it wrong! 3 transactions are actually for pick up and she tagged it as COD on the receipt. Earlier, I noticed that she was absent minded, I already placed the stickers on each item then she asked me "Maam something's missing?" Then I advised her "How come? The stickers are already placed on each parcel why would it be missing" then I advised her to double check it again. This is very unprofessional. Your agent is literally absent minded!

I called your hotline today to report and change it to COP and she said that the amount to collect is still the amount on the receipt which is 415 pesos even if it has been change from COD to COP. This is very unacceptable. How can you trust your delivery to someone who's mind is out of nowhere. My gosh! I advised your hotline agent to place it on hold since I have no choice, I don't want my client to be charge for the amount that is not on our agreement.

I need your response on this. ASAP!

LBC Express 4 layer oven gas type

Hanggang ngaun feb. 19 wala pa ang oven ang sabi ng lbc roxas nasa san jose occidental mindoro daw nadala ng delivery van bakit ganun my address nman ...at ang sabi pa ng suplado na staff nyo na galit pa sa roxas oriental mindoro himdi daw nila kasalanan at driver daw my mali anu kmi ba dapat ang gumawa ng paraan nagagalit n rin sakin ang kausap kung tao dahil order nya sakin ang oven at nasabi ko n dumating na pero inilayo pala ng delivery service nyo...pakiayos namn ng serbisyo nyo..dumarami n tuloy ayaw magtiwala sa inyo...

LBC Express Laptop

I would like complaint about my laptop which I received February 12, 2021 that when I opened the parcel (laptop) the screen is already damaged but when it was being processed to be shipped the laptop was in a good condition and it doesn't have any dents on it. I complained to the lbc February 13 at the baybay, city, leyte branch but they did not accommodate us. They insist that it is our fault why the laptop broke, but we checked the laptop before it was sent and there was no damaged.

It was wrongly packed, the contents of the tupperware are very loose and there is a possibility that the loptop will be shaken internally.
My parcel was processed from Baybay, City, Leyte branch.
Please do a quick response about this, I am a student and I needed the laptop because I have so many requirements to pass, thank you!.

LBC Express Tracking number for parcel is not working

I am the receiver, phoebe puzon, entered the tracking number on the lbc webpage so many times but to no avail tracking page always says "no record found". Please advise, the parcel is really important to me.

LBC Express Unsystematic delivery / delivery with issues

Usually, when a rider attempts to deliver a package, a notice either text or call should be sent to the receiver. But LBC does not do that. This caused my package to not be delivered. The sender got the lot number wrong but my house is on the same block. If only they called me, it would have been delivered immediately on that same day. When I track my order, it say it has concern /issues. I have been trying to reach lbc through phone and e-mail but they are not responsive and this sucks. Now it has been 2 weeks and I really need my parcel.
Never in my life will I ever send something through LBC again. 0 stars. Not recommended.
Customer service is not systematic.

LBC Express Damaged parcel (laptop)

I would like to pass a complaint about my parcel which I received today that when I opened the parcel (laptop) the screen is already damaged but when it was being processed to be shipped... The laptop was in a good condition and it doesn't have any dents on it.
It was wrongly packed my laptop was inversely placed (Upside down).
My parcel was processed from Centro Mall, CABUYAO, Laguna branch.
Please do a quick response about this thank you.

LBC Express Item disposed without consent

My item was put in a storage facility and I was advised to coordinate with the dispatcher, tuktukan branch. However, I told csr that I was out of town and was unable to take care of it till I get back. I went to tuktukan branch yesterday and was told that my parcel was already disposed. How can someone dispose other people's belongings without their concern? Isn't that considered theft?
