To the LBC delivery personnel at the Toledo City branch, I am writing to address the arrogant attitude exhibited by your delivery man. It is your responsibility to locate the address provided by the customer. Although you were given a description of the location, it seems there was a lack of comprehension on your part, and you even threatened the customer regarding the delivery of the document. Please do not claim that you didn’t receive my responses to your queries; that is an unacceptable excuse. Delaying your services reflects poorly on the company’s image. Additionally, your unpleasant behavior does not represent the standards expected from your company.
