I gotta say, I've been using AusFF for a while now and it's been a bit of a mixed bag. On the one hand, their service is pretty good - they've got a decent range of shipping options and their prices are reasonable. But on the other hand, there are some things that really bug me.

I mean, I get that it's not their fault, but it's still frustrating to have to pay extra just to keep using their service.
