LBC Expressalways offline

I am really pissed off by your service. For three days everytime I went to your Branch in METROLANE P.TUAZON CUBAO and ALIMALL CUBAO your staff will asked "ANO PO TRANSACTION" will told them "RECEIVE PO NG MONEY"...your branch will only say "OFFLINE PO...DI PO ALAM KAILAN MAG ONLINE"
For 3 consecutive days Oct 07-8-9, 2017 OFFLINE.

What's going on with LBC???? I just wanted to get my refund from LAZADA.
Your services now is so disappointing.

    This is soo true. I went to Palawan Express the other day to claim my money since partners naman sila ng LBC. They said, "wala pa pong advise ang LBC na online na sila". That afternoon, I went to an LBC branch at SM. They said, "offline pa po simula kaninang 7:00 am". The following day, I went back to that LBC branc. After waiting for my turn for almost an hour, nung ako na biglang sinabi sakin, "maam, bigla pong nag-offline. kanina online pa." Naka-receive daw kasi sila ng email from their tech na offline and lahat ng branches. WTH. parang diba, nanloloko ba kayo? They were still accepting items na pinapadala ng ibang customers. Bakit pagdating sa pag-release ng pera parang ayaw niyong maglabas kahit sa amin naman yun? Paki explain LBC.

    lagi naman offline lbc sunstar mall laguna nakaka badtrip na ngayon andto na naman ako for 5 times different days offline na naman letse

    Puro nlang offline yung lbc sinusumpa ko kayo lbc mawawala kayo, di nakayo makikilala wala ng magtitiwala sa inyo!
