November 11, 2017 at around 5:30 pm. FTI Branch near Puregold.
I supposed to send a parcel (1 catalog) to San Jose Dinagat Island, but the counter girl said there's no delivery in San Jose, I insist that the LBC San Jose will pick up at Surigao City. ( And then there was a short conversation regarding how to send the said catalog) The other counter girl who is very talkative during on her duty said, na strissed (Visaya diction)ka ba name noong counter girl na nag assist sa akin, ) while we are on conversation with the 3rd counter girl how to send the parcel ) the talkative girl repeatedly saying na strissed ka ba in visaya diction many times. When I looked at her I felt offended and in my mind she is bullying me because there was no other customer with conversation except me.. That's why i confronted her and I told her, if she's insulting me, the way I pronounce my tagalog words, and also told her please serve and treat the costumers professionally. I cancelled my transaction and left the area with a trembling angry personality. I hope and pray that you will make an investigation and action with this kind of employee to avoid anger between your costumers and company. Please don't ignore my personal complaint, so that it will not happened to others. Thank you very much.

Since 1st stage, we will try to mail and call but no response. After a week, we have just known that DHL require additional document. We have provide document on last SAT 04.11.17. As tracking since yesterday, customer service team can answer only the shipment is tie-up with DHL as same as tracking in website.
- 08.11.17: shipment tie-up, customer service suggest to call to check again tmr.
- 09.11.17: shipment tie-up, customer service suggest to call to check again on Sat or next week.

We need more detail and closely monitor on this shipment with estimated delivery date.

Natanggap ko yon delivery parcel from davao in the name of my wife Luz Beltran from Reychie Vasques. Dapat po 3 pcs. Bag, 3 pcs paper bag plus 1 pc dust bag. Ng amin buksan 2 pcs bag, 3 pcs paper bag n 1 pc dust bag. Nawawala po yon LV bag. Ayon s supplier ko iniwan nya lhat sa lbc davao at pkikita ko po yon picture n pinadala sa amin n dapat n aming matanggap. Meron din po 2 picture n pkikita ko sanyo kung paano ko narecieved yon pavkage kung gano kalaki at taba nya. Nway sana bigyan ninyo ng agaran action itong complaint ko n i trust lbc.

Hindi daw liable xa sa pagkakamali nang lbc kaya hindi xa mag settle nang problema.. Bakit hindi ba xa empleyado nang lbc? Tang ina... Ang issue kasi nagkamali po ang LBC sa pag dispatch nag item ko napunta kasi sa ibang location.. So ang nangyari sinabihan ako agad nang tga LBC customer rep na..twgaan ko dw ang tao na nagpadala sa item ko at sabihan na pa balikin xa sa lbc branch na pinadalhan nya.. So parang hindi tama ang approach nya..dapat my gagawin muna xa na 1st step to solve d problem.. Kasi alam ko na meron yan ang lbc.. Sabi pa nya na matatagalan pa dw.. Ang sabi ko problema nyo yan kasi lbc ang nagkamali.. Wag mo sabihin na matatagalan.. Kasi ang tagal na nga dimating.. Tapos pg my problema..hindi pa dw xa liable.. Anak ng topa..

I am complaigning about the items that was picked up on Oct 29 and failed to deliver to my buyer on their first attempt Oct 31. I was waiting for a notification if their 2nd attempt via shopee app. The Status says Nov 2 in transit... so I reached out to shopee support. Nov 2, But they failed to respond to me. And I only got a response this morning. Anyway Nov 4 the shipment status was then updated to Expect delivery within today. So I informed my buyer that it will arrive nov 4. I was surprised that the parcel was returned back to me. And there was no notification on the app that it has been returned to sender so I can refuse. There was no 2nd attempt. Did not attwmpt to deliver to the customer and they failed to tag correctly. all taggings were incorrect. Can you investigate the rider or hub whose responsible for this? Its only last night Nov 5 that I received a return to sender tag on my shopee ship status. But tagging says Nov 4th not 5th. So they are incorrectly tagging it to make it seem like theyre doing their jobs. Frauding customers with incorrect information. This is veey frustrating for both me as a seller and for my client as a buyer. She was expecting the items and even stayed home all day from Nov 1-4 just to wait for her parcel. She also availed of her birthday promocode upon purchasing. Now since it appears to be cancelled items which I was not aware of because I didn't cancel. My buyer even tried to extend shopee guarantee. So I wanted to know what can you do about this. How can you help? Items were returned to sebder due to negligence and fraudulent tagging.

My shipment is just a local one and it's been a month that i haven't received it. When I track it, it always say that house was closed and no one is there.. oh come on, I am on maternity leave and I'm just at home with helpers and parents around. That is too impossible! Been following it up with the main shipper and it says that its still with LBC so someone called me and asked the details of the house and landmarks so i said everything and yet come nov 1, tracking said recipient is unknown with the given address. How's that? Every mail and deliveries that we have especially from 2GO always arrive here in our house on time. Please make your delivery men work efficiently and make sure they do their job well. Please deliver my shipment asap!

I still Don't receive my parcel for like 10days now, I always calling and following up but still it's on the yakal warehouse.. what's wrong?! Why can't you deliver my parcel?! I have some deliveries from smaller courier but they're able to deliver my parcel in the next day or 2. What's wrong with LBC?! Your shipping fee is SO expensive but you can't deliver it on time and have a good costumer experience..

Young Babae nasa front desk tells me na di daw siya pwedeng maghalungkat sa package kasi trabaho ni delivery man yun. Day-off si DELIVERY MAN ng time na yun. Naghintay nalang ako dumating sa bahay namin ang package. 8 days already since it has been shipped out by the seller. 5 days na tong nakatambay sa Gaisano Danao. Malapit lang namn yan sa amin.Pero hanggang ngayon, di pa rin nadeliver item ko. Baka mablock pa ako sa SHOPEE. COD ang item ko.

Nung paalis na po ako. Saka ko nakita na kulang yung contents na nakalagay dun sa receipt! How rude! So ang maipapadala ko lang eh yung ibang gamit? Papano po yung watch at chocolates? Makailang beses kong tinanong if pwede ba yung ipadala at umoo si guy. This is the worst. Your service is soooo ridiculous. The padala was processed last oct. 29 and to my surprised it was misrouted to cabanatuan which is supposedly for cabantian, davao city. What a negligence! And up to now, I haven't received my parcel yet. What's wrong, are you really true in providing us good service? Or are u just after our payments? My clients are already upset. I lost a lot of money because of your mishandling and I will certainly demand a compensation for this, for the wasted time, effort, money and clients.
