LBC Express

I went to LBC express along UN avenue at around 830 am to pay for My NBI clearance as my mode of payment. As instructed on the Internet just bring the reference no. And pay on any Bayad center or LBC outlets. This man on duty behind the counter is suffering of boredom and is obviously sick of his job.( 1) He has ask Me to have the web page printed where the reference number is printed which is no longer necessary, I have to find a computer service and log on to the Internet and have it printed for an extra cost. (2) when I got back to him with the print out with sarcasm telling Me to have an exact bill since the first guy before Me has taken 10, 000php cash from him, as if it is My problem.

I Hope he doesn't lose his job for this but He does deserve an action, for him to know the value of having a job and loving it because there are many people in this country who struggles just to have a job.

Area out of coverage? kahit na naka-ilang order na ako sa online thru lazada & shopee, hinahatid naman tlaga nila ahh, bakit eto, hindi. Pls.deliver it po. Pinadala po yung item ko (modem) thru lbc cavite, pina.care.of po yu sakin. Need ko pa naman yung item na yon' dapat sana kanina pa idinilever ehh bakit ganun? Out of delivery service in your area nakalagay?. Wag nyo naman po sanang ganyanin kaming mga customer, nagbabayad naman kami ng maayos sa inyo tapos ganun kayo magserbisyo? .Sana naman po bilis.bilisan nyo naman po deliveries niyo, mas mabagal pa sa internet natin dito sa Pinas😞😒

Lbc is not a good courier service as they don't deliver parcels on time and their delivery men are liar. Bakit nman ilalagay sa tracking na deliveryfiled due to payment not received? eh wala nga kayong na-deliver na item. Nakamura waste of time and lbc hndi ginagawa ang trabaho nila ng maayos. Mas ok pa ang 2go or black arrow...Ang tatamad ng delivery men nyo lbc magpalit kayo ng trabahador nyo

Madalas offline sa branch niyo dito sa trece martires city, cavite. About 11:20 am ako dumating sa lbc, inabot ng 11:55am hindi naprocess ang remitance ko. Konti lng nmn customer. Sa pag-iintay ko may nakasabay akong limang customer na kukuha din sana ng remitance. Nagtaka ako dahil thru lbc ang pinadalang pera n kukunin ko pero yun nagbayad ng meralco tinanggap. Offline dahil dahil wala daw connection PLDT. Lumipat nalang ako sa Palawan pawnshop dahil nainip na ako. Tinanong ko kung anong connection ng palawan, PLDT din naman. Nakapagtataka lang kaya baka pwedeng pakiinvestigahan. Masungit approach ng tao niyo sa branch. Sa inis ko, nagpicture ako ng pasimple..

Lbc express daw? My ordered items has been to their bataan delivery hub for 4 days. And yet, hindi pa din nila dinideliver ung items ko. Ang galing diba? Apat na araw ng natutulog sa bataan delivery hub ang parcel ko!

September 25 na ngayon tapos wala pa din.
Galing lang talaga.
Yung lbc express dapat palitan yan ng lbc patience kasi you need a lot of patience para hintayin yung mga items nyo.

May reklamo na ako sa LBC SM North. Yung document hindi nakarating kay Romeo Alejandro 5th Floor Y Tower II L.L. Liveste corner Gallardo St. Salcedo Village Makati (Tracking [protected]). Maraming beses na kaming nagpapadala diyan sa LBC branch sa Market, Commonwealth Q.C. dito lang nagkaproblema sa SM North branch. Sa Web site ng LBC tracking menu na received daw ni Ruel Manalili subalit walang employee o security guard na ruel manalili. Baka kasi sa ibang building ibinigay ng messenger o naiwala niya yung mga delivery batch niya kasama din doon yong kay Julie Arceo tracking [protected] na ang dahilan incomplete addresss daw (PH9 Blk 12 Lot 15 PKG 1-A Bagong Silang Caloocan City) sa record ninyo maraming beses na kaming nagpapadala kay Julie Arceo wala namang problema, pero sa SM North problema na. Please investigae dapat makarating yung document sa kanila. My CP [protected]

Please kindly discipline the staff of Caticlan Branch! Punong puno na po ako! Lagi akong nagpapasensya kasi gusto ko rin ang services nyu pero yung staff nyu po jan sobrang suplada! This sucks! They said they can deliver my item in a day so I trust this damn courier service. The transaction date was on Sept 18, 2017 but till Sept. 22, the day of my friend's flight to Kuwait they didn't make it in time to deliver. I tried to call them through their webtalk as many times as I could but nothing answer it and I tried to email them so many times and their Customer Relations Specialist, Jenny Rose A. Acorda who is also a worthless [censor], replied ounce telling telling that they are insuring the delivery on time but nothing happened, still my friend left for Kuwait without the shipment! I'm so dissapointed!

good day!sir ako ay umorder sa lazada ng item cod po sya tapus gusto ko sana kunin sa office nila dito sa lbc branch tandag city ang problema yung manager inisnab kaming mga costumer bakit daw apurado ako sabi ko yung item ay recieve at tandag kaya instead na ideliver nila sa akin kukunin ko nalang kase baka hindi ako makuntak, ang response ng manager wala akong paki alam sa inyo maraming akong ginagawa yung order ng lazada ay hindi ko trabaho, strickly kami sa cod ng shopee, lazada no pick up policy, ako ang manager ako ang masunod, biro nyo sir at maam hindi ito ang karapat dapat bilang manager walang galang sa mga costumer.i hope mabigyan po ito ng pansin ng lbc main office.

1 week nakong nag aantay ng deliver laging nag tetex saken na idedeliver today pero walang dumadating saken na package. Hindi ako makaalis sa bahay para lang jan. Mag papaasa kayo ng deliver today walang dumadating! Tapos iiissue niyo house close ? Anong house close ni hindi ako makaalis dito para lang makuha yung package na yan ! Paki ayos to please lang !

Napakawalang-kwentang services. Umordee ako sa shopee then lbc yung magdedelivee. Ang tagal kong hinintay na madeliver yung item lagpas 2 weeks walang dumating then malalaman ko na lang bumalik na pala sa seller yung item. Di daw malocate address. Full address na yun with number di pa rin nalocate di sana tinawagan nila. Ano pang purpose at hiningi number kung di naman tatawagan. I didn't receive the item na inorder ko sa shopee thrice dahil sa kapalpakan na service ng lbc lagpas one month na kong umorder pero bumabalik sa seller again dahil sa poor services ng lbc. Hindi manlang nagtry na hanapin kami para madeliver yung item or just simply contact me para kung sakali maguide. Pero wala I didn't any call and messages regarding dun sa dedeliver.wala manlang update.sana naman gawan nyo ng paraan yan tawagan nyo ng mahanap nyo location!

My package from tv shop is not been delivered to me by lbc candon branch and they didn't even inform me about my package if they cannot deliver it! My 1st package was sent back to the sender because they cannot locate my location now the 2nd package is been the same! How can it be if the address is written on the box and the contact number as well!

Hi I have a parcel delivered last September 18, 2017. Was expecting it all day yesterday (September20) to be delivered to the destination address but when I tracked the parcel it said there was a request for postpone of delivering to the destination address. Why these things happen? The parcel is important & the customer is already expecting it. Track # [protected]

This is michelle memije obido bakit po hanggang ngayon hindi pa din nadedeliver yung passport ko sep 14-19, 2017 po and delivery date. According sa dfa megamall, yung sa passport ng husband ko dumating nung sep 18 at yung sa kin po hindi man lang nadeliver ng lbc sa 1480 governors drive bancal carmona cavite... Hindi ko po alam kung ano na status bakit hindi dinedeliver ng lbc. Kung puwede po sna matulungan aq pano n ang passport ko sa lbc pkicontact naman po ako sa [protected]... Please

Yung tipong ngayon dapat ang delivery ng item na inorder ko, pero kahapon pumunta ang rider nila. worst is, hindi ko na receive yung item kasi hindi ko agad napansin ang message at calls ng rider coz i really am so busy the time his trying to contact me, and expected ko na this day yung delivery as stated in my order info. ang malala pa, ang sarcastic ng way of response ng rider sakin thru msg though im making apologies naman. so, ako pa talaga ngayon ang kelangan mag adjust sa kanya?! like, wtf?! ok naman sana na early on the expected date sila nagdeliver pero uso naman siguro ipaalam muna na idedeliver na nila diba?! tapos dagdagan pa na hindi man lang siya nagtanong tanong kung saan banda ang ganito ang ganyan or kilala ba nila si ganito si ganyan. tapos makikita mo sa shipment info nila na "DELIVERY FAILED. INCORRECT ADDRESS." the FVCK! seryuso?! im really am disappointed sa service nila. then now, wala man lang paramdam?! sige lang, sa inyo nalang yang item na yan. kayo na lang din magbayad sa seller ha. 😏😏😏

bakit po hanggang ngayon wala pa din yung order ko? september 9 pa ko nag order sa lazada thru lbc pero hindi ko maintindihan service ninyo, nasa camarines norte ako, napunta ang order ko sa laoag city, medyo nakakainis na ang services ninyo po, pagkatapos sa laoag pinunta naman ang order ko sa SCS returns, paki update naman po ng order ko kasi nakakaasar na yang ginagawa ninyo, salamat. ang order number ko sa lazada kasi e-shopping po yun ay [protected], ang tracking number ko naman sa lbc ay [protected]
