We have spent over $16,000 with La-Z-Boy in the past year, expecting both quality products and reliable service. Unfortunately, our experience has not reflected that.
One of our recent orders has now required two replacements due to quality or damage issues. The initial delivery was defective, and the replacement item — meant to resolve the problem — has now also proven to be unsatisfactory, requiring yet another replacement.
This ongoing cycle has not only disrupted our home and schedule but also eroded the confidence we once had in your brand. Coordinating repeated deliveries, inspections, and service calls is inconvenient and time-consuming, especially considering the investment we’ve made as loyal customers.
At this point, we respectfully request the following:
• A prompt and guaranteed resolution for the current issue.
• Assurance that the next delivery will be fully inspected and meet quality standards;
• A gesture of goodwill or compensation for the repeated inconvenience and lost time.
