Chairs came at 10 pm! Seriously? And they still ain't fixed. Been having the same issue since I bought them. Don't even bother with the extended warranty, it's a total rip-off. So bummed out with the product and service.

This company don't tell you that all sales are final. I bought a loveseat that's super uncomfortable and bad quality. I called them the day after it was delivered to ask for an exchange, but they're gonna charge me 25% for restocking and delivery again. Now I gotta spend more money to buy something else. Their customer service is terrible. I ain't never going back there and I ain't recommending them to anyone.

I got a sofa from Perfect Home Furniture in Calgary with an extra warranty. But, within a week, the cushions started to sag and wrinkle the fabric. Plus, the dyes from our clothes and body oils transfer to the couch, making it look dirty. Even the bottom of the cushion is stained. They replaced the foam, but it's still not good. They didn't even fix the staining. My husband and I are retired and clean, with no pets or kids on the couch. After only 3 months, it looks like it should go to the dump. Even with the extra warranty, Perfect Home in Calgary doesn't answer my calls or emails.

We got a couch from Perfect Home in May, but they gave away the matching ottoman by mistake. They said they'd bring it in July, but then they said September, October, and now November. This company is terrible, don't buy anything from them. They mess up and then just make excuses and delay. They don't call back and we have to keep calling them every month to get another excuse. We're going to post this everywhere until they take responsibility for their mistakes and give us the ottoman.

I got a couch and loveseat from Perfect Home Furniture and had to wait a whole 4 months for it to come. When it finally arrived, the cushion started sagging after just 2 days! I was so mad and told them it was terrible that it needed fixing so soon. But they insisted on fixing it anyway. Long story short, they let me pick a different couch for more money and said I had to return the old one right away. I told them I had nothing else to sit on and my husband just had surgery, but they didn't care. We had to sit on the floor for 5 weeks! I'm in my 60s and this was just terrible customer service. They don't care about people at all.

I bought six chairs from Perfect Home Furniture and was told they were made locally. I went to the warehouse on Saturday to pick them up and they looked fine, but when I got home and started to assemble them, two of the chairs had rust pouring out of them. Some of the mounting brackets on the legs were bent and some of the welds were only half done or done improperly. I contacted the store and was told to file a warranty claim, which I did. The warranty department then told me to return the chairs to the store. The store offered to help me find another chair, but they were unable to get the chairs I liked or confirm availability and pricing. They are now refusing to return my money and have taken one of my original receipts.

Got a couch and ottoman from Perfect Home in July with the extended warranty. After a year, the cushions on the couch were sagging bad and the fabric was pulling. They said the warranty covered it, so we put in a claim in August to replace the couch. We got the new couch early December , but it had a broken frame. We called to fix it, and they said they didn't have that color anymore, so they ordered a new color. A few weeks later, they said it was ready, but the frame was broken again. Now we have to wait for the couch to be delivered a THIRD time. There's no quality control, and it's a waste of our time. We're stuck with a couch in a color we don't like while we wait for another one.

I got a couch from Perfect Home Furniture in Calgary. They didn't have the one I wanted, so the sales lady showed me one that was kinda like it. I paid $2300 for it in August . I waited for over 6 months and finally got it 2 weeks ago. But it's not what I was shown. It's really bad quality and started sagging after a few days. The stitching on the back is coming apart. The cushion sounds like plastic when you sit on it. It looks old and cheap, but I paid a lot for it. I'm really mad and want to return it, but their claim department won't talk to me. Their customer service and return policy are terrible. I want my money back and I'm gonna go somewhere else next time. Thanks for listening.

I ordered a leather sofa from Perfect Home Furniture in Nov 2019 for $6,750. The salesperson was nice and drew out the specs for us. But, they didn't tell us that a part of the sofa would be disconnected from the rest. We were promised the sofa by end of Jan 2020, but it arrived on 12-Mar-2020. We had to call them many times to get updates, and got different answers each time. When it arrived, we found out that the sofa frame wasn't built properly to support the feet, and a part of the sofa base wasn't connected to the rest. We complained, but they said it was drawn that way. We asked for a refund because we don't trust them anymore.
