I bought something from Landing Closet and they said it would come in 8 to 12 business days. But it hasn't come yet and when I checked with USPS, they don't have it. I emailed the company to cancel and get my money back, but they haven't answered. It's really frustrating.

I bought a "shirt jacket" for fall from Landing Closet and it took a whole 4 weeks to arrive. I had to email them twice because the tracking info they gave me was fake. They only sent me screen shots and wouldn't give me the real tracking number, even though I asked 3 times. When the jacket finally came, it was terrible quality. The material is scratchy and see-through, and it's way too thin to be called a jacket. There were loose threads everywhere. Don't waste your time or money on this. Update: I tried to email them to return it, but the email on their website and in the package didn't work. It bounced back as undeliverable.

This company is a complete disaster! I would give them a big fat zero if I could. I saw a cute dress on Pinterest and decided to order it along with a denim jacket to get free shipping. After waiting for 5 weeks, I still hadn't received my order. I had to email them to find out that the jacket was out of stock and they would ship the dress that day. It was strange that they didn't notify me about the jacket and I had to contact them to get my order shipped. They promised to refund me for the jacket and send the dress soon. I ordered on June 3rd and it's now July 12th, but I haven't received my refund or the dress. Don't waste your money on this company, they took my money and didn't deliver the product.

I got 2 dresses from Landing Closet, but they came late and I couldn't wear them. I asked for a return, but they said it's costly so they only gave me 25% back. I said no and asked for all my money, but they haven't replied to me even though I tried many times.

I bought a piece of clothing from Landing Closet on June 11th. The website said it would take 2 to 4 days to handle my order, but it still hasn't shipped. I've emailed the company a bunch of times, messaged them on social media, and tried to contact them through the shop app, but nobody has responded. It seems like other people are having the same problem too. I saw some reviews from people who never got their stuff and can't get a hold of anyone. My order number is ***.

I buyed a shirt in medium size from Landing Closet and the picture was just what I wanted. But when I got the shirt, it was like a month later and it was way too big, like five sizes too big. And the shirt didn't look like the picture at all. I think they just steal pictures from other websites and then some not very good sewer makes the clothes. There are no tags on the clothes and they use cheap material. And the sizes are all wrong. My shirt was like a XXXL size. My daughter and I could both wear it and button it up. I asked for my money back but they keep trying to make me keep it for a little bit of money back. I said no, I want all my money back.

This company messed up my order and won't give me my money back like they said they would. I bought a dress on 3/11 and they sent me the wrong one on 3/29. Their website says they'll give refunds for stuff like this within 30 days, but they're not doing it for me. They asked for pictures of the problem on 3/31 and I sent them, but they only offered me a 30% refund on 4/2. I said no because I don't want the dress and it's not what I ordered. They offered me a 50% refund on 4/3 and I still said no. I asked how to return the dress on 4/8 and 4/12, but they didn't answer me until 4/13. They gave me an address in China to send it back to, but they didn't give me a shipping label like they're supposed to. Their website says they're in California, not China, so I told them that too. They haven't said anything else to me since then.
