Theresa continuously rushed toward me in an awkward manner. Acting very erractic, annoying, and unprofessional. She moved to me in a very hyper manner due to a bad reference she received. She believe I deserved to be harassed with each visit. The store manager agreed she should not come near me. Customer service managers overlooked the incident and didn't mind when it occurred again. So I complained again and the assistant store manager banned me from the store.
Desired outcome: Theresa and the store manager should be fired.
